一种用于定向钻孔钻进的弹性钻杆接头,包括上母接头和下公接头,该上母接头的一端连接一钻杆,另一端连接上凸连接盘;该下公接头的一端连接另一钻杆,另一端连接下凹连接盘;该上凸连接盘与下凹连接盘之间通过高强橡胶垫连接,且该上凸连接盘的朝向下凹连接盘的端面向外凸出,该下凹连接盘的朝向上凸连接盘的端面向内凹进,两者凸出与凹进的程度相匹配;该上凸连接盘与下凹连接盘通过一组高强螺栓及高强螺母锁紧。本发明能有效改善定向钻孔钻杆孔内弹性弯曲扭转工作条件,完全能适应弯曲强度小于0.5度/米定向钻孔钻杆弹性变形弯曲扭转工作条件,可应用于石油、煤炭、地矿、水电等行业勘探工程定向钻孔钻进。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于石油、煤炭、地矿、水电等行业勘探工程定向钻孔钻进的钻杆接头。
背景技术
定向钻进技术已在我国石油、煤炭、地矿、市政等行业得到广泛应用。由于定向钻孔轴线轨迹一般为空间曲线型,定向钻进过程中钻杆孔内承受着压缩、扭转和弯曲等复杂的载荷。毫无疑问,定向钻进对钻杆及接头管材性能(柔性和强度)、加工精度、表面处理等提出了更高的要求。近几年来不断改善钻杆柔性特性已成为定向钻进研究的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提供一种能适应定向钻孔钻杆孔内弹性弯曲扭转工作条件的弹性钻杆接头。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种用于定向钻孔钻进的弹性钻杆接头,包括上母接头和下公接头,该上母接头的一端连接一钻杆,另一端连接上凸连接盘;该下公接头的一端连接另一钻杆,另一端连接下凹连接盘;该上凸连接盘和下凹连接盘分别插设于上母接头和下公接头中,该上凸连接盘与下凹连接盘之间通过高强橡胶垫连接,且该上凸连接盘的朝向下凹连接盘的端面向外凸出,该下凹连接盘的朝向上凸连接盘的端面向内凹进,两者凸出与凹进的程度相匹配;该上凸连接盘与下凹连接盘通过一组高强螺栓及高强螺母锁紧。
该弹性钻杆接头由40CrMnMo合金钢制成。
该高强螺栓采用9.8级高强螺栓。
与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:
1、针对定向钻孔(空间曲线型轨迹)中钻杆受力特性,本发明弹性钻杆接头采用上凸连接盘与下凹连接盘之间压接高强橡胶垫,并通过高强螺栓及高强螺母锁紧固定,使其完全能适应弯曲强度小于0.5度/米定向钻孔钻杆弹性变形弯曲扭转工作条件,能应用于石油、煤炭、地矿、水电等行业勘探工程定向钻孔钻进。
2、本发明弹性钻杆接头上凸连接盘与下凹连接盘之间不仅通过两凹凸面连接,还在中间夹设高强橡胶垫,同时还通过高强螺栓及高强螺母锁紧固定,使其能保证该钻杆接头的弹性变形与过水通道的密封功能。
在定向钻孔弹性弯曲扭转工作条件下,弹性接头通过一组高强螺栓与高强弹性橡胶垫两凹凸面安全有效传递钻进扭矩和钻进压力。
3、本发明弹性钻杆接头采用的高强螺栓规格与数量按照与同规格钻杆接头最小截面等强度计算确定,使得本发明在弹性变形条件下能实现安全有效传递钻进扭矩和钻进压力。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明用于定向钻孔钻进的弹性钻杆接头包括上母接头1和下公接头2。该上母接头1的一端连接一钻杆,另一端连接上凸连接盘11;该下公接头2的一端连接另一钻杆,另一端连接下凹连接盘21。该上凸连接盘11与下凹连接盘21之间通过高强橡胶垫3连接,且该上凸连接盘11的朝向下凹连接盘21的端面向外凸出,该下凹连接盘21的朝向上凸连接盘11的端面向内凹进,两者凸出与凹进的程度相匹配。该上凸连接盘11与下凹连接盘21通过一组高强螺栓4及高强螺母5锁紧。
本发明材质选用40CrMnMo合金钢,且对其进行严格的热处理。该高强螺栓4的规格与数量按照与同规格钻杆接头最小截面等强度计算确定,优选采用9.8级高强螺栓。该高强橡胶垫3采用优质高弹性桥梁专用橡胶垫。

1.一种用于定向钻孔钻进的弹性钻杆接头,包括上母接头和下公接头,该上母接头的一端连接一钻杆,另一端连接上凸连接盘;该下公接头的一端连接另一钻杆,另一端连接下凹连接盘;该上凸连接盘和下凹连接盘分别插设于上母接头和下公接头中,该上凸连接盘与下凹连接盘之间通过高强橡胶垫连接,且该上凸连接盘的朝向下凹连接盘的端面向外凸出,该下凹连接盘的朝向上凸连接盘的端面向内凹进,两者凸出与凹进的程度相匹配且成弧面;该上凸连接盘与下凹连接盘通过一组高强螺栓及高强螺母锁紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性钻杆接头,其特征为,该弹性钻杆接头由40CrMnMo合金钢制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性钻杆接头,其特征为,该高强螺栓采用9.8级高强螺栓。
