Abstract
本发明公开一种橡胶坝自动清淤排沙系统,涉及河流堤坝。通过S形坝体、清淤排沙装置和自动降坝装置来解决城市沿河橡胶坝风景带内泥沙沉积问题。本发明在橡胶坝风景带的拦水坝、蓄水坝、隔离坝基础上研发的,包括清淤分沙坝、一级进水口、排淤排沙管、虹吸式清淤排沙管、一级和二级清淤排沙管、二级弯道进水口和自动降坝装置。S形坝体将上游来水聚积在蓄水坝前的蓄水分沙区,泥沙在此沉淀,清水从一级进水口进入人工观光湖,清淤排沙管则将人工观光湖内的泥沙排出,以保证一级拦水坝和二级拦水坝内没有大量泥沙沉积。当有较大洪水到来时,自动降坝装置工作,让洪水顺利通过,实现清淤排沙和防洪功效。本发明用于城市橡胶坝风景带的清淤排沙和防洪。

[0002] 目前,城市建设日新月异,为了给市民创建一个美好的生活环境,很多有河流经过 的城市和地区都修建了橡胶坝风景带。泥沙较少的河流,将整个河床用橡胶坝封闭,形成人 工湖风景带;泥沙较重的河流,将河床一分为二,少部分为排洪区大部分为蓄水区,蓄水区 建成人工湖供游人观光。但这种将河床一分为二的橡胶坝风景带目前在清淤排沙方面存在 较多问题:一是蓄水坝泥沙沉积太多,清理不便。二是遇有较大洪水时泥沙大量进入多级拦 水坝,既不美观也不便于清淤和维护。

[0005] 本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现,橡胶坝自动清淤沙系统包括橡胶坝风景 带的河堤、拦水坝、蓄水坝、人工观光湖、排洪区、蓄水区,还包括清淤分沙坝、排淤排沙 管、虹吸式清淤排沙管、一级清淤排沙管、二级清淤排沙管、一级进水口、二级弯道进水口、 清淤排沙闸门和自动降坝装置。所述清淤分沙坝与隔离坝相连逆水流方向先以直线形延 伸,再以S形向一级拦水坝一侧靠拢,终端与一级拦水坝一侧河堤相连接,此端为坝头,与 隔离坝相连一端为坝尾;清淤分沙坝坝体上在靠近一级拦水坝处设有一级进水口;蓄水坝 底部铺设有排淤排沙管;虹吸式清淤排沙管一端伸入一级拦水坝前方的湖内,另一端落在 排洪区内;一级清淤排沙管设在一级拦水坝下方,其上有阀门;二级清淤排沙管设在二级 拦水坝前方水域,穿过隔离坝下部,通向排洪区,将二级拦水坝水域与排洪区连通,其上设 有阀门;二级弯道进水口设在河堤内;清淤排沙闸门设在二级拦水坝上游隔离坝上,直接 将二级拦水坝人工湖与排洪区连通;自动降坝装置设在河岸边,用以有较大洪水时,降下橡 胶坝以排洪。
[0006] 本发明的有益效果如下:1、清淤分沙坝坝体将上游来水聚积在蓄水坝前方蓄 水分沙区,河水中所带泥沙在此沉淀,待水位上升到一级进水口处时,已澄清的河水流入人 工观光湖,实现了清淤分沙的目的,保证进入人工观光湖的水质清莹;2、通过排淤排沙 管、一级清淤排沙管、二级清淤排沙管、虹吸式清淤排沙管、清淤排沙闸门的共同工作,可将 蓄水分沙区和人工观光湖内沉积的泥沙排入排洪区,长期保持人工观光湖无大量泥沙沉 积,节省了大量的人力、物力,降低了维护成本;3、由于设有自动降坝装置,当有较大洪 水到来时,可自动降下橡胶坝,使洪水顺利通过,保证无大量泥沙进入人工观光湖;当特大 洪水到来时,洪水可从正面、侧面越过清淤分沙坝进行紧急分洪,保证了整个河道的安全。

[0015] 如图1图2所示:橡胶坝自动清淤排沙系统包括了橡胶坝风景带的河堤2、一 级拦水坝10、二级拦水坝14、蓄水坝3、隔离坝16、人工观光湖15、排洪区20,上 述部分采用橡胶坝风景带的现有技术;橡胶坝自动清淤排沙系统还包括清淤分沙坝7、 蓄水分沙区6、排淤排沙管4、虹吸式清淤排沙管18、一级清淤排沙管11、二级清淤 排沙管13、清淤排沙闸门17、一级进水口 19、二级弯道进水口 12和自动降坝装置5 。所述清淤分沙坝7与隔离坝16相连逆水流方向1先以直线形延伸至一级拦水坝10 最高蓄水位所能达到的上游河床位置9,之后以S型向一级拦水坝10 -侧靠拢,终端 与一级拦水坝10 -侧河堤2相连接,此端为坝头,与隔离坝16相连一端为坝尾,坝头 高出河床8为100-200CM,坝尾高出蓄水坝3为50-100CM ;清淤分沙坝7上设有一级进水口 19, 一级进水口 19处于一级拦水坝10至一级拦水坝10最高蓄水位所能达到的上游河床位 置9之间距离靠近一级拦水坝10的1/3处,一级进水口 19上沿与蓄水坝3上沿平齐,长宽 比为5 : 1 ;蓄水坝3底部设有二根排淤排沙管4,排淤排沙管4流量远小于河道平时水流 量;虹吸式清淤排沙管18中部为拱形,其上装有阀门,从一级拦水坝10底部进入一级拦水 坝10上游水域,另一端穿过隔离坝16伸入排洪区,直接将一级拦水坝10前方的人工湖与 排洪区20连通,用于一级拦水坝10人工湖的清淤;一级拦水坝10下部设有一根一级清淤 排沙管11,其上装有阀门;与一级拦水坝10相接的河堤2内设有二级弯道进水口 12,其下 沿低于一级拦水坝10,其作用是既保证一级拦水坝有足够的水位,又能保证一般情况下水 不从一级拦水坝10坝顶流过;二级拦水坝14上游的人工湖内设有二级清淤排沙管13,其 上装有阀门,直接将排洪区20与二级拦水坝14上游的人工湖连通;二级拦水坝14上游的 隔离坝16上设有清淤排沙闸门17,用于二级人工湖的清淤排沙;蓄水坝3的上游河堤2上 设有自动降坝装置5,如图3所示,自动降坝装置5由浮力桶21、换水口 22、浮力球23、连接 杆24和吸附式电源开关25组成,当较大洪水来临时,水位上升,浮力球上升,连接杆24另 一端向下,吸附式电源开关25内有磁铁,当开关闭合到一定程度时,磁铁自动吸附电源开 关降下蓄水坝,保证洪水顺利通过。清淤分沙坝7坝体的直线部分为钢筋水泥结构,宽度与 隔离坝相同;弯曲部分为为梯形水泥沙石结构。
Claims (6)
1. 一种橡胶坝自动清淤排沙系统,包括橡胶坝风景带的河堤、拦水坝、蓄水坝、隔离坝、 人工观光湖、排洪区、蓄水区,其特征在于本发明还包括清淤分沙坝(7)、排淤排沙管(4)、 虹吸式清淤排沙管(18)、一级清淤排沙管(11)、二级清淤排沙管(13)、二级弯道进水口 (12)、清淤排沙闸门(17)、自动降坝装置(5),所述清淤分沙坝(7)的坝体是与隔离坝(16) 相连逆水流方向先以直线形延伸,再以S型向一级拦水坝(10) -侧靠拢,终端与一级拦水 坝(10) -侧的河堤(2)相连接;清淤分沙坝(7)坝体靠近一级拦水坝(10)处设有一级进 水口(19);蓄水坝(3)的底部铺设有排淤排沙管(4);虹吸式清淤排沙管(18)中部为拱形, 其上设有阀门,一端伸入一级拦水坝(10)前方人工湖内,另一端连通排洪区(20)内;一级 清淤排沙管(11)设在一级拦水坝(10)的下方,其上设有阀门;二级清淤排沙管(13)设在 二级拦水坝(14)前方的水域,穿过隔离坝((16)通向排洪区(20),其上设有阀门;二级弯 道进水口(12)设在河堤内;清淤排沙闸门(17)置于隔离坝(16)下部;自动降坝装置(5) 安装在河岸边。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的橡胶坝自动清淤排沙系统,其特征在于清淤分沙坝(7)的坝 头高出河床(8)为100-200CM,坝尾高出蓄水坝(3)为50-100CM。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的橡胶坝自动清淤排沙系统,其特征在于一级进水口(19)上沿 与蓄水坝(3)上沿平齐,其长宽比为5 : 1。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的橡胶坝自动清淤排沙系统,其特征在于虹吸式清淤排沙管 (18)中部为拱形结构。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的橡胶坝自动清淤排沙系统,其特征在于排淤排沙管(4)的流 量远小于河道平时水流量。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的橡胶坝自动清淤排沙系统,其特征在于自动降坝装置(5)由 浮力桶(21)、换水口(22)、浮力球(23)、连接杆(24)和吸附式电源开关(25)组成。
