背景技术
风疹是小儿常见的一种出疹性急性传染病，以发热、咳嗽、全身出现淡红色细沙样皮疹及耳后、枕部淋巴结肿大为特征，本病主要发生于冬春季节，以5岁以内的小儿多见，本病的主要病机是由外感风热时邪所致。本病的特点是突发高热、伴头疼、咽喉肿痛，1～2天后出现皮疹，皮疹依次见于颈、胸背、四肢，2天后遍布全身，皮疹按出疹顺序消退，轻者数小时退净，重者一周左右，疹消后为大片状脱皮，历时3～5周。中医临床中采取疏风清热、透疹之法治疗风疹，取得了很好的效果。
发明内容
本发明是在传统的中医辨证施治的基础上结合多年临床实践研制而成的治疗小儿风疹的中药制剂，具有疗效可靠、见效快、无副作用等特点。
本发明一种治疗小儿风疹的中药制剂，其特征在于各原料的重量份数为：连翘4份、防风3份、白芍6份、丹参4份、全蝎3份和甘草4份。
制备方法是按上述重量份数称取原料，洗净、晾干，粉碎成颗粒，60℃低温干燥60分钟后，研磨成120目细粉，搅拌均匀，装袋，每袋10克。口服，每次一袋，一日2次，五天为一疗程。
药理分析：
连翘清热解毒、消痈散结、疏散风热，本品能清心火、解疮毒又能散气血凝聚，兼有消痈散结之功，本品清热解毒、透热转气。
防风发表散风、胜湿止痛、止痉止泻，本品辛甘发散，气味具升，以辛为用，故善疗风，转散肌表风邪。
白芍养血调经、平肝止痛、敛阴止汗，本品有养血、祛风之功。
丹参活血调经、凉血消痛、安神。
全蝎祛风止痉、攻毒散结、通络止痛。
甘草补中益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、缓急止痛、调和药性。
本发明的优点在于所使用的中草药符合中华人民共和国药典规定，药物安全可靠，诸药相和共具有疏风清热、透疹解表之功，治疗小儿风疹具有疗效确切、无毒副作用、服用方便等特点。
疗效判断：
痊愈：肉眼判断病变皮肤恢复与周围皮肤组织相同的健康状态，全身皮肤无斑疹，皮色正常。
好转：皮疹消失，局部偶有隐痒。
无效：诸症无改善。。
治疗结果：治疗小儿风疹60例，患者服用本发明散剂剂，每日早晚各一次，每次一袋，五天为一个疗程。经过3个疗程治疗，痊愈57例，占95％，好转3例，占5％，总有效率100％。通过治疗所示，对病人无任何副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常现象。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患儿刘某某，男，5岁，因感冒发烧突见颈部、双上肢出现大小不等的粟粒状丘疹，诊为风疹，口服本发明药物两个疗程后痊愈，随访半年无复发。
病例2：患者张某某，男，11岁，患风疹3天后口服本发明药物两个疗程后痊愈，随访半年无复发。
病例3：患儿齐某某，男，5岁，患风疹4天后口服本发明药物三个疗程后痊愈，随访半年无复发。
具体实施方式
实施例：
