技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的传感器系统,其具有能够固定在汽车玻璃上的保持架、能够附加在所述保持架上的传感器壳体和以可枢转的方式受支承的操作杆,其中,所述传感器壳体能够通过所述操作杆的枢转弹性地联接到汽车玻璃上。
背景技术
由专利文献EP 1 202 885B1公知这种传感器系统。所描述的传感器具有两个杆状的固定件,它们各通过一个板材冲压件形成,所述板材冲压件具有弹性的区域,并且利用端部区段附加在该传感器的壳体件的各一个槽形的塑型部上。该固定件以可围绕其在壳体件上的连接部位枢转的方式布置。固定件的自由端部可以逆着其弹性区域的弹簧张紧作用压在耳轴之上,所述耳轴在构成保持架的固定装置上成型。由此,传感器的壳体件在弹簧张紧作用下被压向汽车玻璃。杆状的固定件通过将端部铰接在壳体件上而构成各一个单臂式操作杆。因为通过向所述单臂式操作杆的某一区段施加力而实现将该固定件附加在固定装置上,所以为此所要施加的安装力相对大。
还有的缺点是,安装力必须直接作用于相对复杂地成型的固定件上,该固定件相对难以操纵。此外,缺点是,在该公知的系统中,需要至少两个单独地待安装的固定件,以便实现均匀地将传感器压紧到汽车玻璃上。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,实现一种简单且成本低廉的传感器系统,能够以很小的力量消耗将该传感器系统安装到汽车玻璃上,并且在安装时易于对该传感器系统的组成部分进行操纵。
根据本发明,该任务通过如下方式来解决,即,张紧钩能够固定在保持架上,操作杆以可枢转的方式支承在所述张紧钩上,并且,所述操作杆通过枢转来张紧将传感器壳体压紧到汽车玻璃上的弹簧元件。
有利的是,可枢转地布置的操作杆是一种非常便于操纵的用于将传感器壳体固定在保持架上的机构。
特别有利的是,操作杆构成双臂式操作杆,其中,第二杆臂通过与操作杆的枢转轴连接的偏心轮形成,该偏心轮作用于与传感器壳体连接的板簧。由此,能够以在操作杆上的相对小的操作力来实现传感器壳体到汽车玻璃上的很大的压紧力。通过偏心轮的成型方式和板簧的构造方式,可以精确地计量该压紧力,而且还可以将其限定在最大值上。可供选择地,弹簧元件也可以通过传感器壳体的可弹性变形的区段形成。
同样特别有利的是,在将传感器壳体压紧到汽车玻璃上之前,就可以使操作杆与保持架预卡合。这一点优选通过如下方式来实现,即,在操作杆的张紧钩上设置有固定机构,所述固定机构从后面啮合保持架上的背切(Hinterschneidung)。该固定机构尤其可以实施为钩状的成型部,该钩状的成型部可以与在保持架上成型的槽或耳轴连接。

具体实施方式
图1示出用于机动车的传感器系统,该传感器系统具有传感器壳体7,该传感器壳体7可以固定在保持架13上。所示出的是,传感器壳体7即将附加到保持架13上。在传感器系统的最终安装状态下,保持架13与此处未示出的汽车玻璃连接。
在传感器壳体7内布置有此处未详细说明的电子和光学部件,例如使电磁辐射经由光学耦合体入射或出射到汽车玻璃中的光导体,以及载有电子的传感器部件并使其彼此电连接的电路载体。优选地,传感器壳体7包括至少一个光学传感器,更确切地说尤其是包括至少一个照相机。
传感器壳体7和保持架13之间的机械连接部通过两个由金属构成的张紧钩6制成,将这两个张紧钩6嵌入到传感器壳体7的彼此平行的两个表面上的容纳槽4内。基本呈U形地构成的操作杆5可枢转地支承在这两个张紧钩6上。在每个张紧钩6上均一体式地成型有两个弯钩(Umgriff)9,这两个弯钩均朝向传感器壳体7的方向弯曲。
通过将传感器壳体7置入到由保持架13包围的容纳区域内,弯钩9滑过保持架13的边缘区段,并且嵌接到在保持架13的侧向上成型的槽11内(图2)。由此,传感器壳体7就已经松弛地与保持架13预卡合。
通过使操作杆5越过传感器壳体7翻转(如图3所示),将与传感器壳体7连接的板簧张紧,该板簧将传感器壳体7压到未示出的汽车玻璃上。

通过图9至图12形象地说明图1至图4中未示出的板簧的张紧。图9示出操作杆5,其可枢转地支承在两个张紧钩6上。操作杆5的两个枢转轴8分别与一个偏心轮2连接。在每个偏心轮2上有一根条状的板簧3以相切的方式紧贴。
此处单独示出的板簧3是传感器壳体7的组成部件,在图10至图12中分别以不带有其外表面的方式示出该传感器壳体7,也就是说例如以不带有壳体顶盖的方式示出该传感器壳体7。
如图10所示以及如图11的剖视图特别清楚地所示的那样,板簧3水平地,也就是说平行于传感器壳体7在汽车玻璃上的接合面

地,与传感器壳体7连接。此处,操作杆5处于中间的枢转位置。这两个偏心轮2均紧贴在板簧3的各一个中间的区段上。偏心轮2的紧贴在板簧3上的半径随着操作杆5的枢转而增大,从而使板簧3在其中间以不断增加的方式被张紧。由此在板簧3的端部区段上出现弹簧力,这些板簧分别在所述端部区段上与传感器壳体7连接,所述弹簧力将传感器壳体7压向汽车玻璃。
偏心轮2的最大半径在操作杆的最终位置上(图12所示)作用于这两个板簧3,从而在此处获得作用于传感器壳体7的最大压紧力。有利地,偏心轮2的形状也可以通过如下方式来确定,即,在达到操作杆5的最终位置之前,弹簧张力就已经相应地具有局部最大值,从而通过接下来减轻板簧3的负荷而使操作杆5处于特别稳定的最终位置。
图5至图8示出传感器系统的可供选择的实施方式,其中,以相同的附图标记来表示相同或作用相似的部件。与前述实施方式的区别之处主要在于张紧钩6上的弯钩9的构造方式,这些弯钩在此处不是垂直于张紧钩6,而是取而代之地朝向张紧钩6的方向弯曲。由此,弯钩9可以与在保持架13上成型的耳轴12连接。
这两个张紧钩6还通过一体式成型的张紧箍1相互连接,从而由张紧钩6、张紧箍1和操作杆5构成的系统就已经形成相对稳定并且易于操纵的系统,可以将该系统放置在传感器壳体7之上。
图6中,传感器壳体7已经松弛地附加在保持架13上。通过张紧箍1的翻转运动使弯钩10钩住耳轴12。如图7所示,张紧钩6与保持架13预卡合,并且在保持架13上对齐。张紧箍11紧贴在传感器壳体7的外表面上。由此,就不再需要,像前面所描述的实施例中的那样例如在容纳槽4内(图1),将张紧钩6额外地固定在传感器壳体7上。
在最后的安装步骤中,将操作杆5送入到其在图8中所示的终点位置上,其中,与操作杆5连接的偏心轮2按照已描述过的方式使弹簧元件张紧,由此将传感器壳体7压向汽车玻璃。

Claims (10)

1.用于机动车的传感器系统,所述传感器系统具有能够固定在汽车玻璃上的保持架、能够附加在所述保持架上的传感器壳体和以能枢转的方式受支承的操作杆,其中,所述传感器壳体能够通过所述操作杆的枢转弹性地联接到所述汽车玻璃上,
其特征在于,
张紧钩(6)能够固定在所述保持架(13)上,所述操作杆(5)以能枢转的方式支承在所述张紧钩上,
并且,所述操作杆(5)通过枢转来张紧将所述传感器壳体(7)压紧到所述汽车玻璃上的弹簧元件(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传感器系统,其特征在于,所述操作杆(5)基本呈U形地构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的传感器系统,其特征在于,所述弹簧元件(3)是与所述传感器壳体(7)连接的板簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的传感器系统,其特征在于,所述弹簧元件(3)通过所述传感器壳体(7)的能弹性变形的区段形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的传感器系统,其特征在于,所述操作杆(5)与偏心轮(2)连接,所述偏心轮在所述操作杆(5)枢转时抵着所述弹簧元件(3)运动并且由此使所述弹簧元件(3)张紧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的传感器系统,其特征在于,所述张紧钩(6)构成能与所述保持架(13)连接的弯钩(9、10)或接片。
7.根据权利要求6所述的传感器系统,其特征在于,所述弯钩(9)能够与在所述保持架(13)上成型的槽(11)连接。
8.根据权利要求6所述的传感器系统,其特征在于,所述弯钩(10)或者接片能够与在所述保持架(13)上成型的耳轴(12)连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的传感器系统,其特征在于,所述传感器壳体(7)包括至少一个光学传感器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的传感器系统,其特征在于,所述光学传感器是照相机。
