Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The IMS service is an IP broadband service, and if a user wants to sign up for the service, the user may be signed up for called Subscription Information (T-CSI) or calling Subscription Information (O-CSI) on a Home Location Register (HLR), and a Service Control Point (SCP) address is pointed to an AS of the IMS network. However, because the user is restricted to sign only one intelligent service on the HLR, if the existing GSM network user already signs the intelligent network service, the user is signed another service (T-CSI or O-CSI) which is not supported on the HLR, therefore, on the premise that the HLR cannot be modified, the prior art triggers the call to the AS of the IMS domain in an anchoring mode on the SCP, and the AS of the IMS domain completes the call control logic. Anchoring here refers to routing calls of the CS domain to the IMS domain.
Through the above analysis, the present IMS service provisioning involves signing a contract on the HLR of the mobile GSM network and opening an account on the SCP of the intelligent network. In the prior art, both actions are completed through a service Operation Support System (BOSS), and the account opening process of the BOSS on the SCP is static, once the account is opened, the SCP anchors all subsequent calls of the mobile terminal to the AS of the IMS domain, and finally the AS routes the call back to the CS domain and falls to the ground through a gateway office or an end office, thereby causing a call path to bypass.
The embodiment of the invention informs the SCP to open the call anchoring service for the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal user registers in the IMS core network by introducing the service platform, and informs the SCP to open the call anchoring service for the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal user logs out from the IMS core network, thereby realizing the dynamic account opening on the SCP. The SCP can be anchored according to the registration condition of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network, and the speech path roundabout is reduced.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart for implementing dynamic account opening of a call anchor service according to an embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes:
s101, when a mobile terminal user registers to an IMS core network, a registration event is obtained;
when the mobile terminal user registers to the IMS core network, the service platform may receive a notification from the IMS core network or the mobile terminal that the mobile terminal user registers to the IMS core network.
S102, the call anchoring service is used for routing the call of the mobile terminal circuit switching CS domain to the IMS domain;
after learning that the mobile terminal user registers to the IMS core network, the service platform opens the call anchoring service for the mobile terminal. Specifically, the service platform may notify the SCP to open the call anchor service for the mobile terminal by sending an account opening request to the SCP, where the account opening request is generated by the service platform and carries the mobile terminal identifier and the service identifier, and the service identifier is used to identify the IMS core network device registered by the mobile terminal user. After receiving the request for opening an account, the SCP judges whether the record of the mobile terminal already exists, if so, the SCP indicates that the mobile terminal also opens other intelligent network services, and the SCP directly adds the service identifier carried in the request for opening an account in the record of the mobile terminal; if not, it indicates that the mobile terminal user does not open other intelligent network services, SCP creates a record for the mobile terminal, and adds the service identifier carried in the account opening request in the created record; in the subsequent calling process, the SCP anchors the calling of the mobile terminal to the IMS domain according to the service identification.
S103, when the mobile terminal user logs off from the IMS core network, acquiring a logout event;
when the mobile terminal user logs off from the IMS core network, the service platform may receive a notification from the IMS core network or the mobile terminal that the mobile terminal user logged off from the IMS core network.
S104, according to the cancellation event, the SCP belonging to the mobile terminal is notified to cancel the call anchoring service of the mobile terminal.
And after the service platform learns that the mobile terminal user logs off from the IMS core network, the service platform cancels the call anchoring service for the mobile terminal. Specifically, the service platform may also notify the SCP to cancel the call anchoring service for the mobile terminal by sending a cancellation request to the SCP, where the cancellation request is generated by the service platform and carries the mobile terminal identifier and the service identifier. The SCP deletes the corresponding service identification in the record of the mobile terminal according to the received subscriber request, and if the mobile terminal does not open other intelligent network services, the SCP can further delete the record of the mobile terminal.
It should be noted that the call anchoring service in the embodiment of the present invention may exist in an independent service form in the SCP, or may be implemented by using an existing intelligent Network service, for example, a Virtual Private Mobile Network (VPMN) service, and by adding a service identifier in an account opening request to the existing intelligent Network service, the SCP may anchor a call of a Mobile terminal that subscribes to the intelligent Network service to the IMS domain according to the service identifier.
The embodiment of the invention dynamically opens and cancels the account on the SCP through the service platform, so that the SCP can dynamically anchor according to the registration condition of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network, when the mobile terminal user is not in the IMS and registered, the subsequent CS calling of the mobile terminal is not routed to the IMS domain any more through the dynamic account cancellation in the SCP, thereby reducing the speech path roundabout and avoiding the problem of call obstruction caused by AS failure.
In a specific embodiment, the above steps S102 and S103 may be obtained by subscribing to the state of the mobile terminal in the IMS core network when obtaining the registration event and the deregistration event. Specifically, the service platform may subscribe to the state of the mobile terminal by receiving a third party registration initiated by the IMS core network. The third party registration process may be implemented by three pairs of SIP messages, i.e., register, subscribe, notify, etc., in the 3GPP specification, which may specifically refer to S307-S309 in fig. 3. The service platform can also obtain the registration or cancellation event of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network by receiving the registration event notification or cancellation notification initiated by the mobile terminal on the Portal Server, wherein the registration event notification and cancellation event notification can be HTTP requests.
Through the two modes, the service platform receives the registration event when the mobile terminal user registers in the IMS core network, and receives the logout event when the mobile terminal user logs out from the IMS core network. Of course, the above two methods may be implemented in other ways, which are not exemplified here.
The above embodiment is an improvement on the account opening process on the SCP, and in order to improve the efficiency of opening the IMS service, the embodiment of the present invention may further improve the subscription process on the HLR through the service platform, and the improvement on the HLR subscription flow is further described below.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of HLR subscription provided in the embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes:
s201, receiving an intelligent network service opening request initiated by a mobile terminal, wherein the intelligent network service opening request carries a mobile terminal identifier and an intelligent network service identifier;
specifically, the mobile terminal may initiate an intelligent network service provisioning request to the service platform through the HTTP interface.
S202-S203, calling a BOSS interface of the service operation support system, and completing the manufacture of the intelligent network service subscription data on the HLR through the BOSS.
And after receiving the intelligent network service opening request, the service platform calls the BOSS interface and transmits the intelligent network service opening request carrying the mobile terminal identification and the intelligent network service identification to the BOSS. After the BOSS receives the request for opening the intelligent network service, the work order is sent to the HLR to sign the intelligent network service, and the HLR completes the work order making.
Optionally, after receiving the call of the service platform, the BOSS may send back a response message indicating that the request has been received to the service platform, and the service platform forwards the response message to the mobile terminal to notify that the request has been accepted.
S204, the HLR returns a signing message response to the BOSS.
It should be noted that the intelligent network service provisioned on the HLR may be any intelligent network service, which is intended to trigger the call of the mobile terminal to the SCP via the intelligent network service, thereby implementing the anchoring to the IMS domain at the SCP.
The following further describes the scheme of the present invention by taking the registration of a mobile terminal to an IMS core network as an example, with reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of opening a call anchoring service in the embodiment of the present invention, the present embodiment takes the state that a service platform subscribes to the mobile terminal by receiving a third party registration initiated by the IMS core network as an example, and the specific flow includes:
S301-S304, signing an intelligent network service for a mobile terminal in a home location register HLR in advance, so as to trigger the call to SCP when the mobile terminal initiates the call;
the specific implementation of this process may refer to S201-S204 of fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
S305-S306, the IMS core network receives the registration request of the mobile terminal user, completes the registration of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network, and returns a registration response to the mobile terminal user;
a mobile terminal user can log in and register the IMS core network through a soft terminal or a WEB page, wherein the user identification of the user registered in the IMS core network is the same as the mobile terminal identification, such as a mobile phone number.
S307, the service platform receives a third party registration request from the IMS core network;
the registration request may be a register message in the 3GPP specifications.
S308, the service platform sends a subscription request to the IMS core network according to the third party registration request, and subscribes the state of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network;
the subscription request may be a subscribe message in the 3GPP specification.
S309, the service platform receives the state notification sent by the IMS core network according to the subscription request, and acquires the registration event of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network from the state notification;
after receiving a subscription request sent by a service platform, an IMS core network sends a state notification to the service platform, wherein the registration state notification may be a notify message in a 3GPP specification, and the service platform may distinguish a registration event from a deregistration event through an expire field in the notify message.
S310-S311, the service platform sends an account opening request to the service management point SMP, and the SMP sends the account opening request to the service control point SCP.
When knowing that the mobile terminal user registers to the IMS core network, the service platform informs a service control point SCP to which the mobile terminal belongs to open a call anchoring service for the mobile terminal. The method for informing a Service Control Point (SCP) to which a mobile terminal belongs to open a call anchoring service for the mobile terminal specifically comprises the following steps: the service platform generates an account opening request, the account opening request carries a mobile terminal identifier and a service identifier, and the service identifier is used for identifying IMS core network equipment registered by a mobile terminal user; and calling an SMP interface, and sending the account opening request to a service control point SCP to which the mobile terminal belongs through the SMP. The SMP is optional, when there are multiple SCPs in the network, the service platform needs to send an account opening request to the SMP, and the SMP determines the SCP to which the mobile terminal belongs. Under the condition that the service platform knows the SCP to which the mobile terminal belongs, the service platform can not be forwarded through the SMP.
And S312-S313, after receiving the account opening request, the SCP performs account opening processing and returns a receiving response to the service platform through the SMP.
The above embodiment is an opening process of the call anchoring service, and can be similarly implemented for a cancellation process of the call anchoring service. In contrast, in S305-S306, the IMS performs IMS core network deregistration for the mobile terminal user, and in S310-S312, performs subscriber notification and subscriber cancellation, where the specific procedures of subscriber notification and subscriber cancellation can be implemented with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 1. In addition, when acquiring the logout event, S307-309 may also be referred to be implemented by request, subscribe, and notify, but the logout event of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network is acquired from the status notification in S309, and the service platform may distinguish the registration event from the logout event by using an expire field in the notify message, where, if the expire field is 0, it indicates that the registration event is the logout event of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network.
The following further describes the scheme of the present invention by taking the whole registration and deregistration process of the mobile terminal from the IMS core network as an example, with reference to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of implementing the call anchoring service in the embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment takes the example that the service platform obtains the registration and deregistration events of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network by receiving the deregistration event notification initiated by the mobile terminal on the Portal Server, and the specific process includes:
S401-S404, signing an intelligent network service for a mobile terminal in a home location register HLR in advance so as to trigger the call to SCP when the mobile terminal initiates the call;
the specific implementation of this process may refer to S201-S204 of fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
S405-S406, the IMS core network receives the registration request of the mobile terminal user, completes the registration of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network, and returns a registration response to the mobile terminal user; the specific implementation of this process can refer to S305-S306 in fig. 3, which is not described herein again.
S407, after receiving the registration response returned by the IMS core network, the mobile terminal sends a registered notification to a Portal Server of a Portal service terminal.
S408, the Portal Server initiates a registration event notification to the service platform; the registration event notification may be an HTTP message.
S409, the service platform returns a response message to the Portal Server.
S410-S413, the service platform opens an account to the service control point SCP through the SMP, and the process may refer to S310-S313 and is not described herein again.
S414, the mobile terminal user logs off from the IMS core network.
S415, after the mobile terminal logs out from the IMS core network, the mobile terminal sends a logout notice to a Portal Server of a Portal service terminal.
S416, the Portal Server initiates a logout event notification to the service platform; the logoff event notification may be an HTTP message.
S417, the service platform returns a response message to the Portal Server.
And S418-S419, the service platform sends a subscriber cancellation request to the service management point SMP, and the SMP sends the subscriber cancellation request to the service control point SCP.
When the service platform knows that the mobile terminal user logs out to the IMS core network, the service platform informs a service control point SCP to which the mobile terminal belongs to cancel the call anchoring service for the mobile terminal. The method for notifying a Service Control Point (SCP) to which a mobile terminal belongs to cancel a call anchoring service for the mobile terminal specifically comprises the following steps: the service platform generates a subscriber cancellation request which carries a mobile terminal identifier and a service identifier, wherein the service identifier is used for identifying IMS core network equipment registered by a mobile terminal user; and calling an SMP interface, and sending the subscriber cancellation request to a service control point SCP to which the mobile terminal belongs through the SMP. The SMP is optional, when there are multiple SCPs in the network, the service platform needs to send the cancellation request to the SMP, and the SMP determines the SCP to which the mobile terminal belongs. Under the condition that the service platform knows the SCP to which the mobile terminal belongs, the service platform can not be forwarded through the SMP.
And S420-S421, after receiving the cancellation request, the SCP performs cancellation processing, and returns a receiving response to the service platform through the SMP.
After receiving the request of canceling user, the SCP deletes the corresponding service identifier in the record of the mobile terminal according to the request of canceling user, if the mobile terminal does not open other intelligent network services, the SCP can further delete the record of the mobile terminal.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a system for realizing the call anchoring service, and as shown in fig. 5, the system can comprise a service platform 501 and a service control device SCP 502. Wherein,
a service platform, which is used for acquiring a registration event when a mobile terminal user registers to an IMS core network, and informing a Service Control Point (SCP) to which the mobile terminal belongs to open a call anchoring service for the mobile terminal according to the registration event, wherein the call anchoring service is used for routing a call of a CS domain of a mobile terminal circuit domain to the IMS domain; when the mobile terminal user logs off from the IMS core network, acquiring a logout event, and notifying an SCP (service control point) to which the mobile terminal belongs to cancel the call anchoring service of the mobile terminal according to the logout event;
the service control device SCP is used for opening an account of the call anchoring service according to the notification which is sent by the service platform and is used for opening the call anchoring service for the mobile terminal; and according to the notification sent by the service platform for canceling the call anchoring service for the mobile terminal, carrying out the cancellation processing of the call anchoring service.
Similarly, the service platform may also notify the SCP to cancel the call anchoring service for the mobile terminal by sending a cancellation request to the SCP, where the cancellation request is generated by the service platform and carries the mobile terminal identifier and the service identifier. The SCP deletes the corresponding service identification in the record of the mobile terminal according to the received subscriber request, and if the mobile terminal does not open other intelligent network services, the SCP can further delete the record of the mobile terminal.
The service platform can obtain the registration or logout event of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network from the IMS core network or the mobile terminal. When the service platform obtains the registration or cancellation event of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network from the mobile terminal, the system for implementing the call anchoring service provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include a Portal Server for receiving a registration or cancellation notification from the mobile terminal and notifying the service platform of the registration or cancellation event of the mobile terminal user in the IMS core network.
In order to improve the efficiency of opening the IMS service, the system for implementing the call anchoring service provided in the embodiment of the present invention may also include an HLR and a BOSS system. The service platform is further used for receiving an intelligent network service opening request initiated by the mobile terminal, the intelligent network service opening request carries a mobile terminal identifier and an intelligent network service identifier, the service platform calls a BOSS interface of a service operation support system according to the intelligent network service opening request, and the intelligent network service subscription data on the HLR is manufactured through the BOSS. The BOSS system is used for receiving an intelligent network service opening request which is transmitted by the service platform and carries the mobile terminal identification and the intelligent network service identification, and sending a work order to the HLR according to the request so as to sign the intelligent network service. And the HLR is used for receiving the work order sent by the BOSS system and finishing the manufacture of the intelligent network service subscription data according to the work order.
