技术领域
本发明涉及起重机技术领域，尤其涉及一种阴极导电座。
背景技术
行车、吊车、天车等均为起重机的统称，其中的阴极导电座一般用于阴极杆的定位和阴极导电。现有同类导电座，其端部开口角度为60°并先用元宝和铜排连接，然后再通过铜排引出，此过程中的材料损耗较大，人工加工成本也比较大，制作精度难以保证，导电效果较差。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷，本发明的目的是提供一种具有一体式浇铸结构、能够节约成本、导电效果较高、可确保导电座的水平和垂直度的阴极导电座，以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种阴极导电座，包括铜元宝组件、水冷盒，所述铜元宝组件安装于水冷盒内部并通过六角螺栓固定，此铜元宝组件上端呈45°开口状，此铜元宝组件为一体式浇注结构。
本发明所述的阴极导电座的有益效果为：采用一体式浇铸结成型，端部开口角度为45°，可确保导电座的水平和垂直度；能够节约成本、可提高导电效果；提高了阴极杆定位的准确性，减少了水冷盒的空间。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示，本发明所述的阴极导电座，包括铜元宝组件1、水冷盒2、压板3及绝缘板4，所述铜元宝组件1安装于水冷盒2内部并通过六角螺栓6固定，此铜元宝组件1上端呈45°开口状；所述水冷盒2下侧设有绝缘板4，该绝缘板4边缘部位上侧盖有压板3并通过U型螺栓5固定。组件采用一体式浇铸结成型，铜元宝组件1端部开口角度为45°，可确保导电座的水平和垂直度；能够节约成本、可提高导电效果；提高了阴极杆定位的准确性，减少了水冷盒2的空间。

1.一种阴极导电座，包括铜元宝组件(1)、水冷盒(2)，其特征在于：所述铜元宝组件(1)安装于水冷盒(2)内部并通过六角螺栓(6)固定，此铜元宝组件(1)上端呈45°开口状，此铜元宝组件(1)为一体式浇注结构。
