Abstract
本发明涉及通信领域,公开了一种实现路径预拥塞判断的方法,该方法适用于以太网路径,通过以太网路径中的入口节点或中间节点判断并标记预拥塞,由出口节点发送预拥塞状态指示报文给入口节点或策略服务器,使入口节点或策略服务器获得以太网路径的预拥塞信息以通知应用功能实体AF实施接纳控制。利用本发明所述方法,可以避免现有拥塞控制技术造成的报文丢失和时延过长的问题,保证已有业务的用户体验。
