Abstract

一种搅拌摩擦焊焊接跟踪结构体,其特征在于:在结构体表面设置凸棱或者凹槽。本发明在结构体表面设置凸棱或者凹槽,进行搅拌摩擦焊焊接时,以凸棱或者凹槽为基准,可使搅拌针实时对中焊缝中心,操作跟踪过程简单并容易控制,保证跟踪精度,焊接质量稳定可靠。通过试验对比,采用跟踪标记进行搅拌摩擦焊工艺,焊缝表面成型美观、直线度良好,无内部未焊透、吻接线缺陷和焊缝跑偏现象。同时,针对焊缝的打点编程方法来说,大大提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌摩擦焊焊接跟踪结构体。
背景技术
目前国际轨道交通业发展迅速,列车速度在不断提高,国内几家主要的轨道客车生产企业,铝合金车体均采用中空的挤压铝型材通过弧焊自动焊焊接技术制造,其长大焊缝焊接跟踪方法采用对坡口形式预先编制激光模板进行激光跟踪。目前铝合金车体采用熔化焊接方法,焊接气孔、热裂纹等缺陷已成为制约铝合金车体焊接质量和生产效率的焊接技术难题和瓶颈。鉴于搅拌摩擦焊方法的焊接效率高、焊接变形小、接头强度高于熔化焊接头且质量稳定,缺陷率低、制造成本较低,是一项高效、节能、环保的新技术,采用搅拌摩擦焊技术制造轨道客车铝合金车体已成为国内外发展趋势。采用搅拌摩擦焊技术焊接铝合金车体要求型材结构上无坡口,型材组对无间隙,焊缝跟踪多采用打点编程,此方法重复劳动、效率低。因此,寻求一种新的搅拌摩擦焊焊接跟踪结构体是解决搅拌摩擦焊长大焊缝自动跟踪的关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有跟踪标记的铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊接结构体,解决搅拌摩擦焊长焊缝采用示教操作的弊端,实现焊缝自动跟踪,大幅提高生产效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种搅拌摩擦焊焊接跟踪结构体,其特征在于:在结构体表面设置凸棱或者凹槽。
本发明在结构体表面设置凸棱或者凹槽,进行搅拌摩擦焊焊接时,以凸棱或者凹槽为基准,可使搅拌针实时对中焊缝中心,操作跟踪过程简单并容易控制,保证跟踪精度,焊接质量稳定可靠。通过试验对比,采用跟踪标记进行搅拌摩擦焊工艺,焊缝表面成型美观、直线度良好,无内部未焊透、吻接线缺陷和焊缝跑偏现象。同时,针对焊缝的打点编程方法来说,大大提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。

具体实施方式
参照图1,在结构体2和3上设置有半径为0.5-1.5mm的凸棱1作为跟踪标记。结构体2和3组对,形成一个对接部分,对所述的对接部分进行搅拌摩擦焊,采用激光跟踪结构体上的凸棱,可使搅拌针实时对中焊缝中心,保证跟踪精度,焊接质量稳定可靠。
参照图2,在结构体2和3上设置有半径为0.5-1.5mm的凹槽4作为跟踪标记。结构体2和3组对,形成一个对接部分,对所述的对接部分进行搅拌摩擦焊,采用激光跟踪结构体上的凹槽,可使搅拌针实时对中焊缝中心,保证跟踪精度,焊接质量稳定可靠。
