Description

药物输送设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物输送设备,具体地,涉及一种用于将药物注射到患者体内的注射器。
背景技术
如注射器这样的药物输送设备已在市场上变得普遍,尤其是主要用于药物的自给药的注射器。在这里,注射器应容易且几乎直观地操作及使用,因此,在其中内置多个自动或半自动特征。
这种注射器的一个例子在专利申请EP1743666中公开。该注射器设置有多个自动特征,其中最重要的是自动注射特征。根据该文件,这是通过可作用在容器上用于排出药物的柱塞杆设置有环形槽而实现的。在槽内放置柔性舌以锁住柱塞杆的位置。接下来,柔性舌被围绕舌的锁定环保持定位。当进行注射时,该锁定环被轴向稍微移动,舌也如此,由此锁定环释放该舌,这从而使舌弹出柱塞杆的槽。现在,柱塞杆自由移动,并因驱动弹簧而朝药物容器受推力,进行注射直到药物容器内的止挡器到达完成剂量输送的其最前端位置。

文件US5679111公开一种包括自动注射机构的注射装置,该自动注射机构包括由注射弹簧操作以排出预设剂量药物的柱塞杆和用户控制的可释放的柱塞杆锁定机构。后者包括具有楔形横截面面的纵向槽和具有协作的横截面的锁定突耳。该锁定突耳被推到槽内以锁定柱塞杆的移动。该锁定突耳可由用户操作的手柄移动而脱离与槽的接触,由此移动柱塞杆,直到手柄被再次释放或柱塞杆到达剂量止点。这样用户能够通过手柄/突耳与柱塞杆的槽摩擦接触或脱离摩擦接触而控制注射序列.
根据US5679111的设备的缺点是用摩擦力保持/锁定所述柱塞杆。本领域技术人员明显知道来自注射弹簧的力需要非常高,尤其是在注射序列开始时用于克服在药物容器内部移动止挡器的初始力。因此不确定该摩擦力能经受住来自注射弹簧的力。
另外,当柱塞杆在注射期间以一定速度移动时,可能无法只通过摩擦力而停止移动。因此锁定机构能否如上所述为用户提供临时停止注射序列的真实可能性是存疑的。
因此需要改进用户控制注射序列的可能性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是弥补本领域现有装置的缺点,并允许药物剂量能以较小的部分有临时输送止点地按顺序输送。
该目的通过根据独立权利要求的特征的输送设备实现。本发明的优选实施例形成从属权利要求的方案。

围绕所述释放装置布置并布置成轴向作用在所述致动装置上的弹性装置(60),其特征在于所述柱塞杆包括多个停止接合部(38),所述停止接合部(38)布置在所述柱塞杆的外周表面上并布置成与柔性锁定装置上的相应停止接合部(37)共同作用,使得当所述致动按钮被近向按下时,所述柔性锁定装置上的所述停止接合部(37)与柱塞杆的一个停止接合部(38)完全脱离接触;并使得当释放所述致动按钮(48)时,所述弹性装置(60)迫使所述致动按钮既而所述柔性锁定装置远向移动使得所述柔性锁定装置上的所述停止接合部(37)与柱塞杆的另一个停止接合部(38)接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物输送设备,其中所述柔性锁定装置(36)是柔性舌,其中所述柔性锁定装置的所述停止接合装置(37)是朝向内的突起,并且其中所述柱塞杆的所述停止接合装置(38)是环绕槽。
3.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的药物输送设备,其中所述药物容器是包括至少两种物质的多腔室容器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的药物输送设备,其中所述远外壳部包括混合接合装置,所述混合接合装置布置成与设置在所述容器保持器的远端上的相应的混合接合装置协作,使得所述容器保持器相对远外壳部的远向移位导致所述容器相对所述柱塞杆的远向移位,由此柱塞杆迫使止挡器近向移位,由此进行容器内物质的混合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的药物输送设备,其中所述混合接合装置是螺纹。
6.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的药物输送设备,其中所述柔性锁定装置的停止接合装置(37)和柱塞杆的停止接合装置(38)是环绕的,只要连续的输送在进行中就发出听得见的指示。
