Abstract

本发明涉及一种产、储气一体化发酵罐气体测位装置,发酵罐体上设有双层膜储气装置,测位标线的一端与双层膜中的内膜连接,另一端位于发酵罐体外侧,发酵罐体外侧设有测位标线定位器,测位标线定位器上设有刻度,测位标线的另一端位于测位标线定位器内。本发明提供了一种能准确及时的测得储气装置中气体充盈状况的气体测位装置。

一种产、储气一体化发酵罐气体测位装置
技术领域
     本发明涉及一种测量容器内气体充盈程度的装置。
背景技术
目前,对于生物燃气工程中的双层膜储气装置中气体充盈程度的判断,多是通过储气膜膨涨的程度人为的判断气体的充盈程度,这样作出的判断结果往往误差较大,并且不能及时的做出判断。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,设计开发了一种能准确及时的测得储气装置中气体充盈状况的气体测位装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种产、储气一体化发酵罐气体测位装置,包括由发酵罐体上设有双层膜储气装置,测位标线的一端与双层膜连接,另一端位于发酵罐体外侧,发酵罐体外侧设有刻度。
一种产、储气一体化发酵罐气体测位装置,所述的发酵罐体外侧设有测位标线定位器,测位标线定位器上设有刻度,所述测位标线的另一端位于测位标线定位器内。
一种产、储气一体化发酵罐气体测位装置,所述的测位标线的一端与双层膜中的内膜连接。
固定在双层膜内层储气膜上的气体测位标线与储气膜跟随储存气体的充盈而升降。气体测位标线穿过固定在发酵罐壁外侧的透明管状测位标线定位器,在透明的管状测位标线定位器中标记出储气装置中充满时和未储气时的两种极端状态下的位置。这样,当储气装置中气体不断增加时,储气膜便会涨大,固定在储气膜上的气体测位标线也跟着上升,通过观测固定在发酵罐外壁气体测位标线在透明管状标线定位器中的位置,便可直观,方便地反映发酵罐内目前的厌氧发酵状态,产气情况以及储气装置中气体充盈程度,便于运营人员对于工程的运营作出决策,保证工程的安全运营。

具体实施方式
参见附图所示。
图示中下部为厌氧发酵罐体,上部为产储气一体化的双层膜储气装置,发酵罐体部分与产储气一体化储气装置构成的整体具有气密性特征。双层膜的外膜1与内膜2之间为恒压空气层,内膜2为弹性材料,内膜2以下和发酵罐液面以上的空间为储气空间。气体测位标线 3的一端固定在双层膜内膜的外层表面,另一端穿过固定在发酵罐外壁上的透明的测位标线定位器4,并可以上下移动。当发酵罐内原料在发酵时不断产生气体时,原料液面以下产生的气体不断聚集,压强不断增大,当液面下气体量的增加,聚集在液面下气体的压力大于液面原料产生的压力时,气体便会冲出液面,由于气体的比重轻的缘故,气体便会上升进入双层膜的储气装置中。如储气装置中储存一定的气体时,双层膜内膜的位置在如图所示的b, 固定在内膜外表面的气体测位标线3在透明测位标线定位器4中显示的位置为B,。当气体不断产生时,储气装置中气体压力不断增加,由于双层膜中间层恒压作用,内膜2膨胀达到a位置时,固定在内膜2表面的气体测位标线3的一端跟随着内膜膨胀也达到a位置,气体测位标线3在透明测位标线定位器4中的另一端便会达到A位置。这样工程运营人员从固定在发酵罐外壁的透明测位标线定位器上便可获知发酵罐内厌氧发酵的状况和储气装置中储气的充盈程度,为运营工作人员运营工程做出运营决策,保证工程安全,正常运营提供依据。

1.一种产、储气一体化发酵罐气体测位装置,包括有发酵罐体上设有的双层膜储气装置,其特征在于测位标线的一端与双层膜中的内膜连接,另一端位于发酵罐体外侧,发酵罐体外侧设有刻度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种产、储气一体化发酵罐气体测位装置,其特征在于所述的发酵罐体外侧设有测位标线定位器,测位标线定位器上设有刻度,所述测位标线的另一端位于测位标线定位器内。
