Abstract

一种中空杆走线定位装置,包括中空杆、螺母以及中空的座体,中空杆端部包括一外螺纹部,座体上设有安装孔。所述外螺纹部还包括一开口部,导线从所述中空杆外螺纹部的开口部穿出。中空杆的外螺纹部穿过所述安装孔,通过螺合于外螺纹部的螺母将中空杆固定在座体上。在螺母与座体之间还设有垫片,垫片表面上还设有一个线槽,导线从所述中空杆的开口部穿出,定位于垫片的线槽内。在拧紧螺母过程中,导线定位于垫片内,置于螺母的上方,套筒扳手不会因为导线的阻挡无法拧紧螺母,该中空杆走线定位装置装配步骤简单,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种走线定位装置,特别涉及一种中空杆的走线定位装置。
背景技术
在台灯、落地灯等照明灯具中通常需要在中空杆中布线,导线贯穿整个中空杆。请参考图1,为传统的中空杆走线装置截面图。中空杆10为中空结构,导线60贯穿于整个中空杆10内部。中空杆10端部包括一外螺纹部101,座体20上设有安装孔(未标出),中空杆10的外螺纹部101穿过所述安装孔,通过锁紧螺合于外螺纹部101的螺母40将中空杆10固定在座体20上,在螺母40与座体20之间还设有垫片30。
在装配过程中,套筒扳手50无法穿过导线60,只能先锁紧螺母40将中空杆10固定在座体20上,然后再将导线60穿过中空杆10内部,进行穿线动作。传统的中空杆走线装置装配步骤繁琐,操作麻烦。尤其是当中空杆10已与其他元件连接并装配好导线60时,普通套筒扳手无法将螺母40锁紧于中空杆10的外螺纹部101。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种装配步骤简单的中空杆走线定位装置。
一种中空杆走线定位装置,包括中空杆、螺母以及中空的座体,中空杆端部包括一外螺纹部,座体上设有安装孔。所述外螺纹部还包括一开口部,导线从所述中空杆外螺纹部的开口部穿出。中空杆的外螺纹部穿过所述安装孔,通过螺合于外螺纹部的螺母将中空杆固定在座体上。
一种内部走线的中空杆,该中空杆端部包括一外螺纹部,所述外螺纹部还包括一开口部,导线从所述开口部穿出。
该中空杆走线定位装置在装配时,导线从中空杆的开口部穿出,定位于垫片的线槽内。螺母锁紧于外螺纹部,抵扣垫片于座体的内侧壁。在拧紧螺母过程中,导线定位于垫片内,置于螺母的上方,套筒扳手不会因为导线的阻挡无法拧紧螺母。

具体实施方式
请参考图2,LED台灯120包括灯头11、中空杆12以及座体22。灯头11和座体22分别固定于中空杆12的两个端部,座体22内设有驱动电路(图未示出)以及电源(图未示出)。
请参考图3,中空杆12为中空结构,导线62贯穿于整个中空杆12内部并连接灯头11和驱动电路以及电源。中空杆12包括相对的第一端部121和第二端部122,该第一端部121与灯头11相连接。所述第二端部122包括一外螺纹部123,该外螺纹部123包括一开口部124。所述第二端部122还包括一阻挡部125,该阻挡部125设置于外螺纹部123的螺纹末端,阻挡部125的直径大于中空杆12的外径。
请参考图4,座体22上设有安装孔(未标出),阻挡部125的外径大于安装孔的直径。中空杆12的外螺纹部123穿过所述安装孔,中空杆12通过螺合于外螺纹部123的螺母42固定在座体22上,螺母42与座体22之间还设有垫片32。
请参考图5,在本实施方式中垫片32为圆环形,垫片32采用橡胶材质。垫片32环形面上还设有一个U型线槽321。
请再次参考图4,导线62从所述中空杆12第二端部122的开口部124穿出,定位于垫片32的线槽321内。螺母42锁紧于外螺纹部123,抵扣垫片32于座体22的内侧壁。在拧紧螺母42过程中,导线62定位于垫片32内,置于螺母42的上方,套筒扳手52不会因为导线62的阻挡无法拧紧螺母42。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种中空杆走线定位装置,包括中空杆、螺母以及中空的座体,中空杆端部包括一外螺纹部,座体上设有安装孔,其特征在于:所述外螺纹部还包括一开口部,所述开口部沿轴向贯穿整个外螺纹部的侧壁,导线从所述中空杆外螺纹部的开口部穿出,中空杆的外螺纹部穿过所述安装孔,通过螺合于外螺纹部的螺母将中空杆固定在座体上,导线穿出所述开口部位于螺母的靠近安装孔的一侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的中空杆走线定位装置,其特征在于:所述螺母与座体之间还设有垫片。
3.如权利要求2所述的中空杆走线定位装置,其特征在于:所述垫片表面上设有线槽,用于定位从所述开口部穿出的导线。
4.如权利要求2所述的中空杆走线定位装置,其特征在于:所述垫片采用橡胶材质。
5.如权利要求1所述的中空杆走线定位装置,其特征在于:所述中空杆还包括一阻挡部,该阻挡部设置于外螺纹部的螺纹末端,阻挡部的直径大于中空杆的外径。
