Abstract
一种指定用于注射成型设备的传感器装置(1),具有一外壳(2),在该外壳内设置:用于至少一个物理测量参量的测量参量感受器(3),它输出与该至少一个物理测量参量对应的模拟测量信号;A/D变换器(4),所述模拟测量信号能被供给该A/D变换器,并且该A/D变换器输出与所述模拟测量信号对应的数字测量信号;总线接口(5);总线控制器(6),所述数字测量信号能被供给该总线控制器,并且该总线控制器将与所述数字测量信号对应的、且归总线编辑的总线信号供给所述总线接口(5)。与现有技术不同,所有部件(3-6)都设置在一个公共的外壳(2)内。亦即该传感器装置(1)是作为传感器盒构造的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种指定用于注射成型设备的传感器装置。
背景技术
迄今为止都是按如下方式构造用于注射成型设备的传感器装置,即,直接在测量地点设置测量参量感受器。相应于物理测量参量的模拟测量信号经由总线耦合器(将该信号连接于实际的现场总线例如Ethercat)和端子总线(在总线耦合器与顺序排列的接线端子之间的通信装置)向SPC(PLC)传送。接线端子、总线和总线耦合器(防护等级IP 20)位于一个开关柜内。
这使得需要很大的布线花费。防护等级IP 20相对较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的传感器装置。
上述目的通过具有权利要求1特征的传感器装置得以实现。
也就是说,与现有技术不同,在本发明中,所有需要的部件都设置在一个公共的外壳内。换句话说,传感器装置是作为传感器盒构造的。不需要花费很大的布线。因为传感器装置可以直接安装在测量地点,所以它能够具备较高的防护等级(IP 40或更高)。
测量参量感受器例如可以针对压力、温度、力、加速度、空气湿度或者位置这样的物理测量参量进行构造。
优选地,传感器装置直接设置在测量地点。
本发明还涉及一种具有按照本发明的直接设置于测量地点的传感器装置的注射成型设备。
对于作为处理设备(Handlingvorrichtung)构造的注射成型设备,其中该处理设备具有一个可行驶的处理头(Handlingkopf),可以规定:将传感器装置随同行驶地设置在处理头或者在一个运动的处理部件上。这里,作为物理测量参量优选是采用力或者加速度。
对于作为注射成型机构造的注射成型设备,可以规定:将本发明的传感器装置设置在下述位置中的至少一个处(在括弧中分别给出优选的物理测量参量):
塑化缸(温度)、液压桥(力或者压力)、闭合单元或者注射单元(力或者压力)、模具保护装置(力或者压力)。

具体实施方式
图1示意表示传感器装置1的按照本发明构造的逻辑结构,其中有意义的是,所有的部件3到6都设置在一个公共的外壳2内。图中表示出一个用于作为箭头示意表示的物理测量参量(例如空气压力)的测量参量感受器3。测量参量感受器3输出与该物理测量参量对应的模拟测量信号,并且把该测量信号通过一条线路传输给A/D变换器4。A/D变换器4把该模拟测量信号变换为数字测量信号,并且将其通过一条线路向总线控制器6传送。总线控制器6把该数字测量信号编辑为总线信号(例如EtherCat)。亦即该信号直接在现场总线上提供PLC之用。为此而使用总线按口5。
图2a表示本发明的传感器装置1的俯视图,其中,它的结构作为传感器盒可以看见。可以看到4个用于采集空气压力信号的输入管10。在外壳2内,这些输入管10通入到测量参量感受器3中。另外可以看到4个M8插头11,它们表示可选的附加的数字输入。在外壳2的另一侧可以看到一个用于供给电流的24V输入12。此外,在这里还设置了一个电流输出13,以便必要时向其他设备供给电流。此外还可以看到两个M12插头14,它们表示数字输入或者输出。在本例中,图2a中左侧的M12插头14作为数字输出构造,并且在外壳内与总线接口5连接。
图2b和图2c表示图2a中所示传感器装置1的直视图以及侧视图。
图3表示作为处理设备7构造的注射成型设备,其中,示例性地表示了在不同的位置设置本发明的传感器装置1。处理设备7具有一个可直线式运动的臂15,该臂上可运动地支承着一个所谓的X滑架16。在该X滑架上以已知方式设置一个Y滑架17。特别优选的是,传感器装置1设置在处理头8上。
图4a和图4b表示一个作为注射成型机9构造的注射成型设备。在此,图4a中仅表示出注射成型机9的闭合单元,而图4b中仅表示出注射成型机9的注射单元。示例表示了在一个固定不动的模具夹板18上设置本发明的传感器装置1用来测定闭合力,或者在注射单元上设置用来测定注入力。
在所有图示的定位中,可以在所示各位置之一处分别仅设置唯一一个传感器装置1。但是也可以在多个或者所有这些位置处设置本发明的传感器装置1。
当然,根据本发明,注射成型设备既可以配备上面所表示的注射成型机9也可以配备所示的处理设备7。
Claims (5)
1.一种指定用于注射成型设备的传感器装置(1),其特征在于有一外壳(2),在该外壳内设置:
-用于至少一个物理测量参量的测量参量感受器(3),它输出与该至少一个物理测量参量对应的模拟测量信号,
-A/D变换器(4),所述模拟测量信号能被供给该A/D变换器,并且该A/D变换器输出与所述模拟测量信号对应的数字测量信号,
-总线接口(5),
-总线控制器(6),所述数字测量信号能被供给该总线控制器,并且该总线控制器将与所述数字测量信号对应的、且归总线编辑的总线信号供给所述总线接口(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述测量参量感受器(3)是为压力、温度、力、加速度、空气湿度、位置这组参量中的至少一个物理测量参量而设的。
3.注射成型设备,包括根据权利要求1或2所述的传感器装置(1),其特征在于,所述传感器装置(1)直接设置在测量地点。
4.作为处理设备(7)构造的根据权利要求3所述的注射成型设备,其特征在于,所述处理设具有一个可行驶的处理头(8),并且所述传感器装置(1)在该处理头(8)上或者在另一个运动的处理部件上随同行驶地设置。
5.作为注射成型机(9)构造的根据权利要求3所述的注射成型设备,其特征在于,所述传感器装置(1)是设置在下述位置中的至少一个处:塑化缸、液压桥、闭合单元或者注射单元、模具保护装置。
