Abstract

本发明提供一种户内侧装电动操作装置，该操作装置包括有框架、面板装配、箱罩、电气辅件、主传动部件、门板、底架、电机支架、底板；框架与箱罩蝶形螺母固定，框架与底板通过连板与底板螺栓连接、面板装配与底板螺栓连接、电气辅件与底板螺栓连接、主传动部件与底板螺栓连接，门板与框架螺栓连接。本发明的效果是该操作装置采用两级整体涡轮蜗杆减速机侧装输出方式，更为平稳可靠地实现高压开关的分合操作。具有运行平稳、安装使用方便、操作可靠、方便维护检修作业、外观美观，经济效益是十分明显。由于该产品在技术上的领先性和价格上的经济性，决定了该产品必定产生良好的社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种户内侧装电动操作装置。
背景技术
高压开关电动操作装置是电气化铁道牵引变电系统正常运行所必须的产品，其承担着在无负载情况下高压开关的分合操作任务，是保证电气化铁道牵引变电系统正常运行的主要设备，它主要分为户外型和户内型两类。户内型操作装置主要是应用在牵引变电所，对高压开关操作装置的主要要求是操作可靠性高，分合位置准确。
目前，国外户内垂直打开高压开关的电动操作装置大多采用两级传动方式，一级为皮带传动，一级为丝杠螺母传动。如法国scdem公司的MR40E机构、瑞士R&S公司的MFL-200机构，都是采用此种传动方式。而国内大多引进国外技术，其传动方式基本都为两级传动，这种传动方式结构复杂，可靠性差、噪音大，特别皮带磨损大、维护难。这样给电气化铁路牵引变电所高压开关操作、维护检修带来不便。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题，本发明的目的是提供一种户内侧装电动操作装置，该装置能可靠实现户内高压开关的分合操作，噪音小，并且方便维护检修工作。
为实现发明目的，本发明采用的技术方案是提供一种户内侧装电动操作装置，该操作装置包括有框架、面板装配、箱罩、电气辅件、主传动部件、门板、底架、电机支架、底板；其中：框架与箱罩蝶形螺母固定，框架与底板通过连板与底板螺栓连接、面板装配与底板螺栓连接、电气辅件与底板螺栓连接、主传动部件与底板螺栓连接，门板与框架螺栓连接；所述主传动部件包括有电机、两级减速机、主轴、接头、连接法兰、摇把套、减速机底架、行程开关、机械限位螺钉、行程板、辅助开关；所述电机与两级减速机侧面的连接法兰键连接，主轴与两级减速机键连接，接头与主轴键连接，连接法兰与接头螺栓连接，摇把套与两级减速机销连接，减速机底架与两级减速机螺栓连接，行程开关通过安装板与两级减速机螺栓连接，机械限位螺钉通过安装板与两级减速机螺栓连接，行程板与主轴键连接，辅助开关通过联轴器与主轴连接。
本发明的效果是该操作装置具有运行平稳、安装使用方便、操作可靠、外观美观等优点。按照国内电气化铁路交通发展的速度，由于该产品在技术上的领先性和价格上的经济性，决定了该产品必定产生良好的社会效益，具体可体现在以下几点：
1、本装置采用两级整体涡轮蜗杆减速机侧装输出方式，更为平稳可靠地实现高压开关的分合操作；
2、本装置采用框架与箱罩的箱体模式，大大方便维护检修作业；
3、产品形成规模后，可出口到国际市场，为国家创汇。

具体实施方式
结合附图及实施例具体说明本发明的户内高压开关电动操作装置的结构。
如图1、2、3、4所示，本发明的户内高压开关电动操作装置结构是：该操作装置包括有框架1、装配面板2、箱罩3、电气辅件4、主传动部件5、门板6、底架7、电机支架8、底板9；框架1底部开孔处与箱罩3蝶形螺母固定，框架1底部开孔处与底板9通过连板与螺栓连接，装配面板2与底板9前部螺栓连接、电气辅件4与底板9螺栓后部连接、主传动部件5与底板9中部螺栓连接，门板6与框架1前面螺栓连接。
所述主传动部件5包括有电机10、两级减速机11、主轴12、接头13、连接法兰14、摇把套15、减速机底架16、行程开关17、机械限位螺钉18、行程板19、辅助开关20；所述电机10与两级减速机11侧面的连接法兰键连接，主轴12与两级减速机11键连接，接头13与主轴12键连接，连接法兰14与接头13螺栓连接，摇把套15与两级减速机11销连接，减速机底架16与两级减速机11螺栓连接，行程开关17通过安装板与两级减速机11螺栓连接，机械限位螺钉18通过安装板与两级减速机11螺栓连接，行程板19与主轴12键连接，辅助开关20通过联轴器与主轴12连接。
所述箱罩3通过蝶形螺母与框架1连接固定，箱罩3在所述蝶形螺母固定处设有开槽。
本发明的户内高压开关操作装置功能是这样实现的：

可适用于以下环境要求：
a.海拔高度：一般≤1000m；高原型≤2500m；

c.相对湿度：95%RH；
d.地震烈度：能满足8度的要求；
e.覆冰厚度：≤15mm；
f.防护等级：IP4X；
g.不适用于有易燃物质、爆炸危险、化学腐蚀及剧烈振动场所。
2.结构及运行方式：
运行原理是：按钮分/合闸按钮，电机得电正转（反转），通过两级减速机，带动主轴转动，主轴带动行程板在分/合位置强迫行程开关断电，并且通过机械螺钉限位实现装置准确分合。装置主轴带动传动接头、连接法兰和传动杆操作隔离开关准确分合。手动操作时直接用摇把摇动摇把套带动减速机正/反转，实现分合。这样的主传动原理保证了装置操作的可靠性。
该装置箱罩3与框架1蝶形螺母固定，箱罩在蝶形螺母固定处开槽，在装配、检修、维护时可以整体抽出箱罩，方便简洁。
研制户内电动操作装置关键问题是：保证功能实现和运行的可靠性。根据技术要求选用电机、减速机传动，保证输出转矩和输出转速，在分合可靠性和准确性方面采用行程开关限位和机械螺栓限位的双重保险方式，可靠地实现高压开关的分合操作。

1.一种户内侧装电动操作装置，其特征是：该操作装置包括有框架（1）、装配面板（2）、箱罩（3）、电气辅件（4）、主传动部件（5）、门板（6）、底架（7）、电机支架（8）、底板（9）；其特征是：所述框架（1）下部开孔处与箱罩（3）开槽处蝶形螺母固定，框架（1）下部开孔处与底板（9）通过连板螺栓连接，装配面板（2）与底板（9）前部螺栓连接、电气辅件（4）与底板（9）后部螺栓连接、主传动部件（5）与底板（9）中部螺栓连接，门板（6）与框架（1）前部螺栓连接；
所述主传动部件（5）包括有电机（10）、两级减速机（11）、主轴（12）、接头（13）、连接法兰（14）、摇把套（15）、减速机底架（16）、行程开关（17）、机械限位螺钉（18）、行程板（19）、辅助开关（20）；所述电机（10）与两级减速机（11）侧面的连接法兰键连接，主轴（12）与两级减速机（11）键连接，接头（13）与主轴（12）键连接，连接法兰（14）与接头（13）螺栓连接，摇把套（15）与两级减速机（11）销连接，减速机底架（16）与两级减速机（11）螺栓连接，行程开关（17）通过安装板与两级减速机（11）螺栓连接，机械限位螺钉（18）通过安装板与两级减速机（11）螺栓连接，行程板（19）与主轴（12）键连接，辅助开关（20）通过联轴器与主轴（12）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户内侧装电动操作装置，其特征是：所述箱罩（3）在所述蝶形螺母固定处设有开槽。
