背景技术
夹层杯安装在夹层杯固定加温圆盘中,通过转接口处橡胶压紧,且由于夹层杯本身结构局限,所以在取出夹层杯时非常困难,延长了工作时间,增加了劳动强度,降低了工作效率。
发明内容
为了克服原有的夹层杯取出困难、劳动强度大以及工作效率低的不足,本发明提供了一种全自动制片机器人夹层杯安装固定及顶出装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种全自动制片机器人夹层杯安装固定及顶出装置,包括杠杆、压杆、顶杆、顶出靠模和转接口,杠杆一端与压杆固定连接,另一端与顶杆固定连接,顶杆上设有顶出靠模,顶出靠模内设有转接口。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括顶出靠模外部设有导向支撑板。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括转接口与夹层杯固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:这种全自动制片机器人夹层杯安装固定及顶出装置结构简单,使用方便,有较强的实用性和可靠性,减少了工作步骤,缩短了工作时间,顶出装置采用了杠杆原理,减轻了劳动强度,提高了工作效率,易于应用推广。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,该全自动制片机器人夹层杯安装固定及顶出装置包括杠杆1、压杆2、顶杆3、顶出靠模4和转接口5,杠杆1一端与压杆2固定连接,另一端与顶杆3固定连接,顶杆3上设有顶出靠模4,顶出靠模4内设有转接口5,顶出靠模4外部设有导向支撑板6,转接口5与夹层杯7固定连接。
使用时,在安装固定夹层杯7时,将夹层杯7放置在夹层杯固定加温圆盘中,并由导向支撑板6导向安装固定,通过转接口5处的橡胶压紧后保证密封;当加液染色等过程处理完成后,需要取出夹层杯时,设备转至需顶出夹层杯7的工位,操作人员按动压杆2,通过杠杆1顶动顶杆3以及顶出靠模4,夹层杯7从转接口5处脱离,即可顶出夹层杯7。这种全自动制片机器人夹层杯安装固定及顶出装置结构简单,使用方便,有较强的实用性和可靠性,减少了工作步骤,缩短了工作时间,顶出装置采用了杠杆原理,减轻了劳动强度,提高了工作效率,易于应用推广。

1.一种全自动制片机器人夹层杯安装固定及顶出装置,包括杠杆(1)、压杆(2)、顶杆(3)、顶出靠模(4)和转接口(5),其特征在于:杠杆(1)一端与压杆(2)固定连接,另一端与顶杆(3)固定连接,顶杆(3)上设有顶出靠模(4),顶出靠模(4)内设有转接口(5),顶出靠模(4)外部设有导向支撑板(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动制片机器人夹层杯安装固定及顶出装置,其特征在于:转接口(5)与夹层杯(7)固定连接。
