Abstract

本发明公开了一种散热风扇,安装于CPU散热鳍片或电脑机箱的相应位置上,包括风扇本体、扇框及扇叶,扇框为圆环形,风扇本体沿扇框外圆周设置,扇叶安装在扇框内,风扇本体的外表面、扇框上下边沿处与散热鳍片或电脑机箱的接触部位设橡胶膜层,橡胶膜层为二次注塑成型。风扇本体四个端角上下表面处设通孔,通孔上沿高于风扇本体端角平面,且通孔上沿与相应的扇框上、下沿相平齐。本发明可实现散热风扇与散热鳍片的柔性贴合,有效抵消纵向、横向冲击震动并降低噪音。

Description

一种散热风扇
技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热装置,特别涉及一种CPU散热风扇。
背景技术
随着信息产业的迅速发展,电子元器件运行速度的不断提升,计算机系统运转所产生的废热也随之大幅度增加。在计算机系统运转过程中所产生的废热,如果不加以散除,会降低计算机系统的效能,甚至导致计算机系统损坏,因此,需要一散热装置来散除计算机系统运转时产生的废热。计算机系统常使用的散热装置可为风扇,为追求更好的散热效率,所使用的散热风扇的转速越来越快,然而,高速运转的风扇所带来的振动频率也随之提高。安装在CPU散热器上的散热风扇,由于高速运转的风扇所带来的振动,会经由散热器传送到CPU以及周边如硬盘等周边装置,因而影响到周边装置的性能,造成周边装置容易损坏。若散热风扇安装在机箱内部,由于与机箱内壁贴合的不紧密,在散热风扇运转时会造成很大的噪音。因此,如何降低散热风扇运转时对计算机周边的装置的影响,便成为相当重要的课题。现有技术中的散热风扇由于转速过高,振动过大,影响了计算机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中缺陷,通过本体外表面以及扇框上下边沿处二次注塑形成的橡胶膜层,可实现散热风扇与散热鳍片的柔性贴合,有效抵消纵向、横向冲击震动并降低噪音。
本发明的散热风扇,安装于CPU散热鳍片或电脑机箱的相应位置上,包括风扇本体、扇框及扇叶,扇框为圆环形,风扇本体沿扇框外圆周设置,扇叶安装在扇框内,风扇本体的外表面、扇框上下边沿处与散热鳍片接触部位设橡胶膜层,橡胶膜层为二次注塑成型。
优选地,风扇本体四个端角上下表面处设通孔,通孔上沿高于风扇本体端角平面,且通孔上沿与相应的扇框上、下沿相平齐。
优选地,扇框内壁材质可为一次注塑成型的塑胶材质。
优选地,组装后的散热风扇通过钢丝扣扣接于散热鳍片的相应位置处,散热风扇上与散热鳍片的接触部位均为所述二次注塑成型的橡胶膜层
与现有技术相比,本发明散热风扇在扇框上下边沿处以及风扇本体上设次注塑的橡胶膜层,通孔上沿与相应的扇框上下边沿相平齐,使得散热风扇与CPU散热鳍片组的接触部位均为橡胶膜层。可实现风扇与散热鳍片的柔性贴合,有效抵消纵向横向冲击震动,降低噪音,并可有效延长散热风扇的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的一个具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
如图1至图3所示,本发明的散热风扇,安装于CPU散热鳍片组5的相应位置上(即外表面)或电脑机箱内(下面以安装在CPU散热鳍片组上为例进行说明),包括风扇本体3、扇框2及扇叶1,扇叶1安装在扇框2内,扇框2为圆环形结构,风扇本体3沿扇框外圆周设置,风扇本体3的外边框呈方形,方形的四个边处呈立体的X形形状,X形结构端角处设端角平面32(共八个),端角平面32上设通孔31(共八个),通孔31上沿高于风扇本体端角平面32,且通孔上沿与相应的扇框2上、下沿相平齐。在风扇本体3的外表面、扇框上下边沿处与散热鳍片接触部位设橡胶膜层4,该橡胶膜层为二次注塑成型。扇框2圆环形内壁材质为一次注塑成型的塑胶材质。
如图4、5所示,组装时,先将扇叶、扇框以及橡胶膜包覆后的风扇本体组装固定;然后将钢丝扣两端的弯钩结构穿扣在风扇本体内侧的通孔中,钢丝扣中部卡接在散热鳍片组的相应位置上。组装后的散热风扇通过钢丝扣6扣接在CPU散热鳍片组的相应位置处,可保证散热风扇上与散热鳍片的接触部位均为上述二次注塑成型的橡胶膜层。
本发明的散热风扇在扇框上下边沿处以及风扇本体在一次注塑成型的基础上设二次注塑的橡胶膜层,而且通孔上沿与相应的扇框上下边沿相平齐,使得散热风扇与CPU散热鳍片组的接触部位均为橡胶膜层。可实现风扇与散热鳍片的柔性贴合,有效抵消纵向横向冲击震动,降低噪音,并可有效延长散热风扇的使用寿命。
如果将本发明的散热风扇安装在电脑机箱内,在不改变散热风扇结构的前提下,通过螺钉将其固定在机箱上,保证风扇与机箱的接触部位为橡胶模层即可。

Claims (3)

1.一种散热风扇,安装于CPU散热鳍片或电脑机箱的相应位置上,包括风扇本体、扇框及扇叶,所述扇框为圆环形,风扇本体沿扇框外圆周设置,扇叶安装在扇框内,其特征在于,所述风扇本体的外表面、扇框上下边沿处与散热鳍片或电脑机箱的接触部位设橡胶膜层,所述橡胶膜层为二次注塑成型,所述扇框内壁材质为一次注塑成型的塑胶材质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热风扇,其特征在于,所述风扇本体四个端角上下表面处设通孔,通孔上沿高于风扇本体端角平面,且通孔上沿与相应的扇框上、下沿相平齐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的散热风扇,其特征在于,组装后的所述散热风扇通过钢丝扣扣接于所述散热鳍片的相应位置处,散热风扇上与散热鳍片的接触部位均为所述二次注塑成型的橡胶膜层。
