本发明锥型孔板流量计属于流量的测量技术领域,解决了孔板前极易积污和出现液相累积的问题,它包括锥型孔板、压力变送器、差压变送器、温度传感器和流量计算机,在锥型孔板前端设置有压力变送器,在锥型孔板上方设置有差压变送器,在锥型孔板后端设置有温度传感器,压力变送器、差压变送器和温度传感器通过数据线与流量计算机连接,所述的锥型孔板为孔板或槽型孔板,锥型孔板的前端和后端或前端为倒锥形敞口,倒锥形敞口底边与锥型孔板出入口或入口边缘相吻合,倒锥形敞口的角度α或β为30°~160°或者40°~120°,体积小,重量轻,安全可靠,测量范围宽,测量精度高,气体精度可达±1~2%,液体精度可达±5%,可广泛用于天然气井的实时测量。

Description

锥型孔板流量计
一、技术领域本发明属于流量的测量技术领域,特别是涉及一种通过测量压力或压差的孔板流量计。
二、背景技术近年来随着海陆天然气的勘探开发,含液天然气的准确计量为生产监控、油藏管理提供了可靠的原始资料,但现有多相流量计主要针对含液率为10%~90%的油气水三相流进行测量,不能直接用于凝析天然气计量,用单相气体流量计测量凝析天然气时,又会由于液相的存在产生很大的测量误差。当流体流过孔板时会形成流体的局部收缩,在孔板下游形成幅度较大的漩涡,它会使孔板的量程比缩小,差压信号中的噪声增大,流量计的测量精度降低,压损增大。另外,孔板的这种中心突然收缩的节流方式还会带来其它不良影响:要求的上游直管过长(一般20D~50D),孔板前极易积污,出现液相累积,产生液相断续通过节流件的现象,导致很大的附加阻力和差压波动,孔板人口边缘极易磨损从而丧失精度,流出系数不稳定,线性差。
三、发明内容本发明的目的是提供一种锥型孔板流量计,解决了孔板前极易积污和出现液相累积的问题,它包括锥型孔板、压力变送器、差压变送器、温度传感器和流量计算机,在锥型孔板前端设置有压力变送器,在锥型孔板上方设置有差压变送器,在锥型孔板后端设置有温度传感器,压力变送器、差压变送器和温度传感器通过数据线与流量计算机连接,所述的锥型孔板为孔板或槽型孔板,锥型孔板的前端和后端或前端为倒锥形敞口,倒锥形敞口底边与锥型孔板出入口或入口边缘相吻合,倒锥形敞口的角度α或β为30°~160°或者40°~120°,体积小,重量轻,安全可靠,测量范围宽,测量精度高,气体精度可达±1~2%,液体精度可达±5%,可广泛用于天然气井的实时测量。

五、具体实施方式下面结合图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6对本发明锥型孔板流量计做进一步的说明,它包括锥型孔板2、压力变送器1、差压变送器3、温度传感器4和流量计算机5,在锥型孔板2前端设置有压力变送器1,在锥型孔板2上方设置有差压变送器3,在锥型孔板2后端设置有温度传感器4,压力变送器1、差压变送器3和温度传感器4通过数据线与流量计算机5连接,锥型孔板2为孔板或槽型孔板,锥型孔板2的前端和后端或前端为倒锥形敞口,倒锥形敞口底边与锥型孔板2出入口或入口边缘相吻合,倒锥形敞口的角度α或β为30°~160°或者40°~120°,该结构具有自清洁功能,确保锥型孔板2上、下游不会出现液相累积以及液相断续通过锥型孔板2导致很大的附加阻力和差压波动的现象,从而影响到测量精度,而且锥型孔板2厚度的增加能有效地避免锥型孔板2挠曲。

Claims (6)

1.锥型孔板流量计,包括锥型孔板、压力变送器、差压变送器、温度传感器和流量计算机,其特征是在锥型孔板前端设置有压力变送器,在锥型孔板上方设置有差压变送器,在锥型孔板后端设置有温度传感器,压力变送器、差压变送器和温度传感器通过数据线与流量计算机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锥型孔板流量计,其特征是所述的锥型孔板为孔板或槽型孔板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的锥型孔板流量计,其特征是所述的锥型孔板的前端和后端或前端为倒锥形敞口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的锥型孔板流量计,其特征是所述的锥型孔板的倒锥形敞口底边与锥型孔板出入口或入口边缘相吻合。
5.根据权利要求3所述的锥型孔板流量计,其特征是所述的锥型孔板的倒锥形敞口的角度α或β为30°~160°。
6.根据权利要求5所述的锥型孔板流量计,其特征是所述的锥型孔板的倒锥形敞口的角度α或β为40°~120°。
