一种通过多个检测探头进行流体计量检测的旋进旋涡流量计。使检测结果准确、可靠。多检测旋进旋涡流量计,包括:传感器(10)、连接件(20)及积算显示仪(30),并设有差模电路,其特征是:于传感器内设有至少三个流量检测探头。其中A、B两个流量检测探头设置在同一检测区域的流道两侧,另一个检测探头C设置在探头A或B下游同一纵截面上,能使抗震性能得到提高,用于流体计量检测。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及旋涡流量计,尤其是指一种旋进旋涡流量计。
背景技术
现有旋进旋涡流量计是目前国内气体及天然气体计量的首选产品,但由于压电检测探头灵敏度高,在空管时管内流体的脉动或低流量时管线振动产生的干扰信号也同样会被检测进去,引起计量累积误差。目前现有的双检测旋进旋涡流量计是在同一检测区对称位置安放两个检测器,它可以清除部分管内脉动干扰,但不能清除管线振动和外界振动干扰,由此造成计量困扰和积算误差,致使流量计的准确性、可靠性降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是能同时排除由管线振动引起的干扰和管内流体脉动干扰,减小计量误差,提供一种准确、可靠的多检测旋进旋涡流量计。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:多检测旋进旋涡流量计,其包括:传感器、连接件及积算显示仪,并设有差模电路,其特征是:于传感器内设有至少三个检测探头。
上述设计,在流量计即流量传感器内流道两侧安放两个检测探头A、B,在探头A或B下游安放一个检测探头C,同时检测正常流量信号和干扰信号,利用差模电路对三种信号进行区别,仰制振动干扰信号,放大流量信号,达到提高抗振性能和计量性能,减少计量误差的目的,使检测计量更为准确和可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示:本实用新型包括:传感器10、连接件20及积算显示仪30,并设有差模电路,其特征是:于传感器10内设有至少三个流量检测探头A、B、C。其中,流量检测探头A、B、C都采用压电晶体作检测元件;
如图1所示:其中,流量检测探头A、B分别处于流量检测敏感区流道两侧位置。
如图2所示:其中,流量检测探头C,位于探头A或B下游。
此外,本实用新型,其中,流量检测探头数量为3个或3个以上。并应用差模电路对不同信号进行区分处理,能排除干扰达到良好的检测效果,准确、可靠。

1. 多检测旋进旋涡流量计,其包括:传感器、连接件及积算显示仪,并设有差模电路,其特征是:于传感器内设有A、B、C三个流量检测探头,其中A、B两个检测探头位于流量检测敏感区流道的两侧;另一个检测探头C位于检测探头A或B的下游。
2. 如权利要求1所述的多检测旋进旋涡流量计,其特征是:流量检测探头A、B、C都为端面敏感压电式检测传感探头。
3. 如权利要求1所述的多检测旋进旋涡流量计,其特征是:其中,三个流量检测探头中有两个流量检测探头A、B位于流量检测敏感区传感器流道的两侧的相向位置,检测探头敏感检测面对准流道中心轴线。
4. 如权利要求1所述的多检测旋进旋涡流量计,其特征是:其中,检测探头C位于检测探头A或B的下游,同时处于同一纵剖面上。
