发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种面条光亮,弹性好,不含有害添加剂,对人们身体健康有利的一种面条粉。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:以小麦粉为主,小麦粉占总重量的99.5%以上,再适当加入少量的食用盐,再加入微量的食品添加剂,食品添加剂可以使维生素C、维生素D、氧化酶、木糖醇、乳酸钙等,食品添加剂不超过总重量的0.3%。
本发明的优点是由于以优质小麦为主要原料,所加的添加剂量少,又都是对人体安全的,经过有关部门认可的食品添加剂,所以用本发明的方法制作的面条粉制作的面条光亮,弹性好,不含有害添加剂,对人们身体健康有利。
