Abstract

一种防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板,其包括外层面纸、蜂窝纸芯、底层面纸,还设有中纸和木塑发泡材料层,所述外层面纸和中纸之间为蜂窝纸芯,中纸和底层面纸之间为木塑发泡材料层,蜂窝纸芯和木塑发泡材料层高度相同。本发明兼具传统蜂窝纸板比强度和比刚度高和木塑发泡材料透湿度低、透气率低、冲击强度高、缓冲性能优异等优点,不仅适用于重型产品的运输包装、电子产品的包装,还特别适用于潮湿环境产品如水产品的运输包装。

一种防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蜂窝纸板,尤其是涉及一种防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板。
背景技术
蜂窝纸板是将无数个空心立体六角形构件,用胶接方法连接成一个整体的包装材料,承受能力强,抗压性能好,可以承载较大的平面压力,具有良好的缓冲性能,蜂窝芯厚度越大,吸收冲击能量越大,缓冲效果越好。但蜂窝纸板也存在以下缺点:对某些产品表面会产生磨损;难以形成三维曲面;过载复原性差;加工较难,不好模切;垂直方向缓冲性能差;对湿度敏感,防水防潮性能较差,用其制成的包装箱、托盘、受潮后强度减弱,经不起撞击和振动;制造成本比瓦楞纸板高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有蜂窝纸板存在的缺陷,提供一种防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板,其包括外层面纸、蜂窝纸芯、底层面纸,其特征在于:还设有中纸和木塑发泡材料层,所述外层面纸和中纸之间为蜂窝纸芯,中纸和底层面纸之间为木塑发泡材料层,蜂窝纸芯和木塑发泡材料层高度相同。
所述蜂窝纸板截面形状可以是正六边形、正四边形或菱形。
所述木塑发泡材料可以为聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)等木塑发泡材料,所述木塑发泡材料泡孔结构为闭孔,孔径0.5~5mm。
所述外层面纸和底层面纸可采用牛皮纸,蜂窝纸芯及中纸采用瓦楞原纸。
所用胶黏剂为传统蜂窝纸板用的淀粉胶。
所述底层面纸可以不必设置。
本发明之蜂窝纸板,由于木塑发泡材料层内部无规则分散着无数圆形小气泡,气泡结构为闭孔,气泡受力会发生变形,但是由于圆形结构抵抗外力及恢复性能强,因而能够赋予制品优异的缓冲性能;加之蜂窝纸芯拥有优异的比强度、比刚度,故本发明之蜂窝纸板能有效地防止外来冲击的变形;同时,由于含有闭孔结构气泡的木塑发泡材料层,透湿度低,透气率低,因而能有效地阻止水分的扩散。
本发明综合了传统蜂窝纸板的比强度和比刚度高和木塑发泡材料的透湿度低、透气率低、缓冲性能优异等优点,不仅适用于重型产品的运输包装、电子产品的包装,还特别适用潮湿环境产品如水产品的运输包装。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
参照图1,本实施例包括外层面纸1、蜂窝纸芯2、底层面纸5,还设有中纸3和木塑发泡材料层4,外层面纸1和中纸3之间为蜂窝纸芯2,中纸3和底层面纸5之间为木塑发泡材料层4,蜂窝纸芯2和木塑发泡材料层4高度相同。
蜂窝纸芯2截面形状是正六边形、正四边形或菱形。所述木塑发泡材料是PE、PP、PVC或PS木塑发泡材料,泡孔结构为闭孔,孔径0.5~5mm。
外层面纸1和底层面纸5采用牛皮纸,蜂窝纸芯2及中纸3采用瓦楞原纸。粘结所用胶黏剂为传统蜂窝纸板用的淀粉胶。
实施例2
参照图2,本实施例包括外层面纸1′、蜂窝纸芯2′、中纸3′和木塑发泡材料层4′,外层面纸1′和中纸3′之间为蜂窝纸芯2′,中纸3′外侧粘合有木塑发泡材料层4′,蜂窝纸芯2′和木塑发泡材料层4′高度相同。

1. 一种防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板,包括外层面纸、蜂窝纸芯、底层面纸,其特征在于,还设有中纸和木塑发泡材料层,所述外层面纸和中纸之间为蜂窝纸芯,中纸和底层面纸之间为木塑发泡材料层,蜂窝纸芯和木塑发泡材料层高度相同;
所述木塑发泡材料泡孔结构为闭孔,孔径0.5-5mm。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝纸板截面形状是正六边形、正四边形或菱形。
3.根据权利要求书1或2所述的防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板,其特征在于,所述木塑发泡材料为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯木塑发泡材料。
4.一种防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板,包括外层面纸、蜂窝纸芯,其特征在于,还设有中纸和木塑发泡材料层,所述外层面纸和中纸之间为蜂窝纸芯,中纸另一侧粘合有木塑发泡材料层;
所述木塑发泡材料泡孔结构为闭孔,孔径0.5-5mm 。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝纸板截面形状是正六边形、正四边形或菱形。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的防水防潮耐冲击型蜂窝纸板,其特征在于,所述木塑发泡材料为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯木塑发泡材料。
