一种信号发射方法以及信号接收的方法。该信号发射的方法包括:确定预编码向量组,其中该预编码向量组包括N个预编码向量,N为大于1的整数;使用该预编码向量组中的各预编码向量发射信号。该信号接收的方法包括:接收用户设备使用预编码向量组中各预编码向量发射的信号,其中该预编码向量组包括N个预编码向量,N为大于1的整数;通过分析接收到的信号,获得调度所需参量。同时,还包括一种用户设备和网络设备。通过上述技术方案,可以使得网络侧可以通过接收用户设备发射的信号,获知调度所需的参量。
