O型防滑电缆夹板,属电缆护套夹具技术领域。其目的是提供一种煤矿采煤机能够适应倾斜综采工作面安全工作的O型防滑电缆夹板。其技术要点是:包括由钢芯注塑结构的左、右两块支撑板和上、下两块联接板构成的电缆夹;左、右两块支撑架的上、下两端分别设有对称的榫槽,前、后两端分别设有金属连接叉和连接片;上、下两块联接板的左、右两端分别设有与左、右两块支撑架上的榫槽匹配结合的榫头;左、右两块支撑架(1)的顶部设有防滑齿(14),下部居中位置处分别开设有开放式空腔,该开放式空腔内分别由自攻螺钉从左、右两块支撑架的外侧卧装一近似“7”字形的止逆爪(4)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种煤矿采煤机用的O型防滑电缆夹板,属电缆护套夹具技术领域。 
技术背景
随着煤矿开采技术和机械化综采技术的发展进步和生产能力的提高,综采装备与设备愈加大型化。采煤机电源电缆的截面和截面直径越来越大,并且越来越重。特别在较长的综采工作面(300m以上)生产条件下,采煤机电源电缆的防护工作便会更加困难。中国专利200920143217.2公开的一种矿用采煤机榫铆装配式O型电缆夹,虽然解决了大型综采设备电源电缆防护功能和防护强度需求,但在倾斜(15°以上)综采工作面,电缆防滑问题上尚未提及。在倾斜综采工作面上采煤机上行拖拽固定有电缆的电缆夹节链行进,不存在电缆下滑问题。但当采煤机换向下行,电缆夹节链和电缆也要跟随采煤机翻转换向,折叠下行,此时电缆夹节链和电缆在电缆槽中折叠成上下两层。上层随采煤机牵引下行,下层浮着在电缆槽槽底,随采煤机下行。下层电缆夹节链和电缆在换向翻转处,逐节翻转换向到上层,翻转点也以采煤机下行速度的1/2向下移动。当采煤机开始换向时,采煤机便失去了对电缆夹节链和电缆的上行牵拉力,电缆夹节链和电缆产生下滑趋势,电缆夹仅靠与下层电缆夹的摩擦力来阻止下滑、保持稳定。在上层下行移动作用和机械振动作用的扰动下,加之电缆槽存在矿渣颗粒的滚动效应,尤其在工作面倾角大于20°时,两层电缆夹之间及下层电缆夹对电缆槽之间极易产生下滑现象。当采煤机下行至工作面中间位置时,整条电缆夹节链和整根电缆形成等长的上下两层,此时产生下滑的可能性为最大。一旦下滑产生,整条电缆夹节链和电缆越滑越快,形成巨大的冲击力,用人力和一般外来力量无法阻止,产生巨大的破坏作用,对电缆和综采工作面人员及设施构成严重威胁。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种采煤机能够适应倾斜综采工作面安全工作的用于采煤机的O型防滑电缆夹板。 
其技术方案是:一种用于采煤机的O型防滑电缆夹板,包括由钢芯注塑结构的左、右两块支撑架和上、下两块联接板构成的电缆夹板;左、右两块支撑板的上、下两端分别设有对称的榫槽,前、后两端分别设有金属连接叉和连接片;上、下两块联接板的左、右两端分别设有与左、右两块支撑架上的榫槽匹配结合的榫头;其特征在于:所述左、右两块支撑架的顶部分别设有防滑齿,下部居中位置处分别开设有开放式空腔,该开放式空腔内分别由自攻螺钉轴从左、右两块支撑架的外侧卧装一近似“7”字形的止逆爪。 
其技术效果是:由于设置在左、右两块支撑架下部居中位置处开设的开放式空腔内的止逆爪重心远离摆轴轴心,使止逆爪有足够的摆转偏心矩和下摆重量,从而使止逆爪有充分的向下摆转动力,故当电缆夹链随采煤机牵拉上行时,止逆爪被电缆夹槽底托藏在电缆夹板下部的开放式腔体内,对电缆夹板的正常运行不产生任何影响;而当采煤机换向向下运行时,电缆夹板一旦逆向向下滑动,采煤运输机由于每节电缆槽的节与节之间在槽底都有150mm左右的空隙,止逆爪就会下摆伸插到电缆槽底空隙内,阻止电缆夹板节链与固定在电缆夹板内的电缆向下滑动;当采煤机换向,电缆槽内出现上下两层电缆夹板时,下层电缆夹板的滑动由止逆爪卡固在电缆槽上,上层电缆夹板则是由两层电缆夹板之间的防滑齿相互作用,将下滑力传递到下层电缆夹板和电缆槽上。下层电缆夹板的防滑齿在顶部,翻转到上层后,防滑齿也换向,在上层电缆夹板的底部,使上下两层电缆夹板防滑齿相互作用。上层电缆夹板的止逆爪也在自身重力作用下摆藏在逆止机构开腔内,不妨碍电缆夹板的正常运行。因此,本发明的防滑电缆夹板,由于自带防滑装置,从合理的技术角度解决了倾斜综采工作面采煤机电缆夹板和电缆防滑问题,故无需再用打木楔、塞胶板、铁丝绑或人拉、绞车拽等不安全的操作方法来阻止下滑,避免了电缆夹板和固定在电缆夹板内的电缆下滑冲击所造成的破坏 作用和安全隐患。

具体实施方式
如图1~5所示,一种用于采煤机的O型防滑电缆夹板,包括由钢芯注塑结构的左、右两块支撑板1和上、下两块联接板3构成的电缆夹板。左、右两块支撑架的上、下两端分别设有对称的榫槽11,前、后两端分别设有金属连接叉12和连接片13。上、下两块联接板的左、右两端分别设有与左、右两块支撑架上的榫槽匹配结合的榫头31。榫槽与榫头匹配结合处,由销6连接铆固。左、右两块支撑架的顶部分别设有三角形防滑齿14,下部居中位置处分别开设有开放式空腔,该开放式空腔内分别由自攻螺钉轴从左、右两块支撑架的外侧卧装一近似“7”字形的止逆爪4,构成逆止机构。电缆夹板向前行进时,止逆爪被电缆槽底上抬收起,反向下滑时则伸出卡固在电缆槽节间空隙中。电缆夹板换向翻转运行时,上层电缆夹板翻转换向,止逆爪因自重下摆回落收于左、右两块支撑架居中位置处分别开设的开放式空腔中,上下层电缆夹板上的三角形防滑齿相互作用,阻止电缆夹板下滑。各节电缆夹板之间由螺栓7连接,构成整条电缆防护链夹板。

1.一种O型防滑电缆夹板,包括由钢芯注塑结构的左、右两块支撑架(1)和上、下两块联接板(3)构成的电缆夹板;左、右两块支撑板的上、下两端分别设有对称的榫槽(11),前、后两端分别设有金属连接叉(12)和连接片(13);上、下两块联接板的左、右两端分别设有与左、右两块支撑架上的榫槽匹配结合的榫头(31);其特征在于:所述左、右两块支撑架的顶部分别设有防滑齿(14),下部居中位置处分别开设有开放式空腔,该开放式空腔内分别由自攻螺钉轴从左、右两块支撑架的外侧卧装一近似“7”字形的止逆爪(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的O型防滑电缆夹板,其特征在于:所述防滑齿(14)为三角形防滑齿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的O型防滑电缆夹板,其特征在于:所述榫槽(11)与榫头(31)匹配结合处,由销(6)连接铆固。
