技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种涂料用稳定剂。
 
背景技术
PVC、PE、PP、PS、ABS等塑料会在热、光、氧等因素的作用下变色、强度降低。除非改变该聚合物本身的结构,否则就不能防止这种老化现象的发生。为使涂料在涂布后,自身具备耐热、耐光、耐氧化的性质,就需要在涂料内添加稳定剂。
 
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种涂料用稳定剂,该稳定剂可以有效提高涂料的紫外线耐受性。
技术方案:一种涂料用稳定剂,以质量份计包括:二缩水甘油醚5~10份,蓖麻油酸钙5~8份,2-乙基己酸钡10~12份,硬脂酸铬7~10份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮5~10份。优选:二缩水甘油醚10份,蓖麻油酸钙8份,2-乙基己酸钡10份,硬脂酸铬10份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮10份。
有益效果:本发明提供的涂料用稳定剂,可以提高涂料的紫外线耐受性,在户外光照1~3年内的涂料色泽无明显褪色。

一种涂料用稳定剂,以质量份计包括:二缩水甘油醚5~10份,蓖麻油酸钙5~8份,2-乙基己酸钡10~12份,硬脂酸铬7~10份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮5~10份。优选:二缩水甘油醚10份,蓖麻油酸钙8份,2-乙基己酸钡10份,硬脂酸铬10份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮10份。可以提高涂料的紫外线耐受性,在户外光照1~3年内的涂料色泽无明显褪色。

1.一种涂料用稳定剂,其特征在于以质量份计包括:二缩水甘油醚5~10份,蓖麻油酸钙5~8份,2-乙基己酸钡10~12份,硬脂酸铬7~10份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂料用稳定剂,其特征在于以质量份计包括:二缩水甘油醚10份,蓖麻油酸钙8份,2-乙基己酸钡10份,硬脂酸铬10份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮10份。
