技术领域
本发明涉及一种风能装置的吊舱的护罩以及具有这样的护罩的风能装置。
背景技术
在现代的风能装置中在配属的塔架上可旋转地设置一个吊舱,在该吊舱上支承风能装置的转子。转子在此传递力矩地与传动链连接、但至少与发电机或其他的能量转换器连接,其基本上设置在吊舱的护罩内。属于能量转换器一般还有控制装置,所述控制装置同样设置在吊舱的护罩内。
由于这样的吊舱设置在配属的塔架的较大的高度上,也必须在那里在上面设置和维护处于护罩内的各构件。为了以成本低的和同时可靠的方式完成这些安装和维护工作,意味着大的挑战。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种风能装置,其中设置在配属的吊舱的护罩内的各构件以特别成本低的和同时对于参与人员更可靠的方式和方法来安装,并且也经过风能装置的使用期限后可以被维护。
按照本发明利用下述的风能装置的吊舱的护罩和风能装置达到该目的。
风能装置的吊舱的护罩,所述风能装置包括一个平台,所述护罩包括:在安装位置朝向上的护罩顶面;在护罩顶面中构成的舱口,所述舱口构造成如此大,使得通过舱口能够从风能装置的传动链的整个区域向上取出各构件或从上方将各构件装入吊舱内;以及舱口盖,借助所述舱口盖能按选择地封闭舱口,所述舱口盖可滑移地在平台下方支承。
风能装置,所述风能装置具有所述的护罩。
按照本发明提供风能装置的吊舱的护罩,其中在吊舱的安装位置上构造一个朝向上的护罩顶面。在护罩顶面中构造一个舱口,其构造成如此大,使得通过舱口可以从风能装置的传动链的整个区域向上取出各构件或从上面将各构件装入吊舱内。此外舱口能用舱口盖按选择地封闭。
按照本发明的方案在风能装置的吊舱的各构件的安装和维护方面走全新式的途径。将各构件不像在传统的风能装置中那样从地面用吊车向上拉入到吊舱内,而将各构件从上面插入吊舱中和从其中取出。这特别优选从空中借助于直升飞机来实现。可以特别是专门地为此匹配风能装置的吊舱的按照本发明的护罩,以便可以利用直升飞机飞近护罩,并且然后从直升飞机将各构件装入到吊舱的护罩内或(在维护工作的情况下)也从那里取出各构件。
为此按照本发明在风能装置的护罩上在其朝向上的护罩顶面上构造特别大的舱口,其特别是可以基本上如此宽地打开,使其横跨护罩顶面的大部分。利用传统的(小面积的)维护舱口,如所述舱口目前也可以部分地构造在风能装置的朝向上的护罩顶面上,构件的这样的装入特别是借助于直升飞机是不可能的。
在风能装置的吊舱的护罩上的已知的舱口中设置配属的舱口盖,通常用以翻开、亦即可转动的。相反地,在按照本发明的护罩或风能装置的有利的进一步构造中可滑移地支承舱口盖。可滑移的支承因此是特别是有利的,因为按照本发明的舱口盖是特别大面积的。可滑移的支承在打开舱口盖期间关于风作用面积是特别有利的。在直升飞机飞近吊舱的过程中,这样的可滑移的舱口盖也更好地保持。
为了即使在恶劣的气候条件下也可靠地打开和关闭按照本发明的舱口盖,还有利的是,将其设置在护罩顶面的外侧上并且可在其上移动。同时舱口盖有利地搭接舱口的边缘,从而即使在暴风雨雪时也没有任何雨或雪可以侵入护罩的内部。
在按照本发明的方案的另一有利的实施形式中,舱口盖是护罩顶面的大致一半大,亦即横跨护罩顶面的大致一半。利用这样的舱口盖,在尽可能大的可盖住的舱口和同时舱口盖在打开时的可靠的导向和结构之间建立最好的折衷。打开的舱口盖可靠地设置在护罩顶面的保留的一半上并且在那里只提供小的风作用面积。
按照本发明待打开的舱口盖的另一特别有利的导向装置这样构成,即在护罩顶面的两个相互对置的侧边缘上设置各一个导轨,舱口盖分别可滑移地支承在所述导轨上。
此外有利地护罩顶面的一部分用可行走的平台横跨,舱口盖能够移动到所述平台下方,以便打开舱口。如果通过舱口由直升飞机要装入各构件或从吊舱中取出构件,则可以有利地特别是由人员登上平台。同时舱口盖在打开的状态下可靠地固定在可行走的平台与护罩顶面之间。
在按照本发明的方案的另一有利的实施形式中,利用舱口盖可封闭的舱口在护罩顶面中基本上覆盖配属的吊舱的整个宽度。也特别有利的是,利用舱口盖可封闭的舱口在护罩顶面中基本上一直伸到护罩的面向所属的转子的前壁面。在朝向上的护罩顶面上的如此大的舱口能够从传动链的整个区域并且也在吊舱的旋转轮圈上方垂直向上取出各构件或将各构件装入其中。
按照本发明的方案还包括一种风能装置,其具有按照本发明如此构成的护罩。

具体实施方式
各图中示出一个风能装置10,该风能装置包括一个吊舱12作为主要的构件。在吊舱12上借助于轮毂16可旋转地支承一个转子14,其中从轮毂16径向伸出三个转子叶片18。
吊舱12借助旋转轮圈20设置在一个(只在图3中示出的)塔架22上并且在内部包括一个具有发电机24和配属的控制装置26的传动链。此外在吊舱12内安装一个吊车28,借助该吊车特别是可以安装和替换传动链的各构件。
吊舱24的外壳用护罩30构成,其由框架32和在框架上设置的多个嵌板34构成。利用这些嵌板34特别是构成两个护罩侧面36、一个前壁面38和一个护罩顶面40。
在护罩顶面40上在其相对置的各侧边缘42之间构造一个舱口盖44,其基本上横跨护罩顶面40的全宽并且盖住处在其下方的舱口46。舱口46基本上沿护罩顶面40的全宽延伸并且沿纵向方向从前壁面38延伸直到顶嵌板48,其中舱口46基本上形成纵向延伸部的一半并且顶嵌板48沿护罩顶面40的后面的第二半部延伸。
舱口盖44对此这样地处在顶嵌板48的上方,使得它可以越过顶嵌板移动。其中舱口盖44在两个导轨50上引导,各导轨分别处在护罩顶面40的各侧边缘42上。按这种方式,舱口盖44即使在特别不利的气候影响下也可靠地密封舱口46,并且可以同时按很简单的方式将其移到打开的位置,在该打开的位置上它然后提供特别小的风作用面积。
在顶嵌板48的上方设有一个平台52型式的直升飞机吊绳面,其用两个支架54以一定的间距设置在顶嵌板48上方。两个支架54在此从护罩顶面40的一个侧边缘42延伸到相对置的侧边缘42。各支架54和平台52构造成使舱口盖44可以越过顶嵌板48在平台52下方移动。在设计成可由人员行走的平台52上伸出一个板条56,它沿其中一个侧边缘42向转子叶片18的方向延伸并且从而延伸越过舱口46。
在板条46中构成一个板条口58,一个梯子60处于该板条口中。人员经由梯子60可以从平台52或板条56上进入吊舱12的内部和返回。当舱口盖44从舱口46移离时,人员可以使用梯子60。此外,如果舱口盖44封闭舱口46,则人员也可以使用梯子60。这由此可能的是,在舱口盖44中构成能够按选择封闭的开口62,其在舱口盖44封闭时处在板条口58的下方。
在舱口盖44打开时,舱口46构造成如此之大,使得从吊舱12的内部可以垂直向上优选借助于直升飞机64取出各构件并且也可以将各构件装入吊舱12内。有利地,舱口46为此是如此大,使得该舱口沿传动链的整个的底面延伸(见图5)。

Claims (8)

1.风能装置(10)的吊舱(12)的护罩(30),所述风能装置包括一个平台(52),所述护罩包括:
在安装位置朝向上的护罩顶面(40);
在护罩顶面(40)中构成的舱口(46),所述舱口构造成如此大,使得通过舱口(46)能够从风能装置(10)的传动链(24)的整个区域向上取出各构件或从上方将各构件装入吊舱(12)内;以及
舱口盖(44),借助所述舱口盖能按选择地封闭舱口(46),
所述舱口盖(44)可滑移地在平台(52)下方支承。
2.按照权利要求1所述的护罩,其特征在于,所述舱口盖(44)设置在护罩顶面(40)的外侧上并且能在所述外侧上移动。
3.按照权利要求1至2之一项所述的护罩,其特征在于,所述舱口盖(44)横跨护罩顶面(40)的大约一半。
