除在个人基础上提供奖励和锻炼激励之外,系统10和集线器11还在组级别上提供膳食(board)和锻炼激励,再一次对那些锻炼的人促进共享和归属感。图4是用于在组级别上提供激励援助的方法300的流程图。如步骤310所指示的,集线器11最初经由输入22或与外围设备18相关联的输入从两个或更多个人12处接收或收集锻炼目标。这个集体锻炼目标被存储并且与每个人12相关联。这种集体锻炼目标的例子包括来自多个人12的锻炼结果的总和或由正在锻炼的多个人12的锻炼结果得到的平均值、中间值或其它统计。在一个实施例中,集体训练目标基于来自与集线器11通信的同一类型的FEU 16的锻炼度量。在另一个实施例中,集体训练目标可能与多种不同类型的FEU 16相关联。例如,锻炼目标的配对(click)可能包括在跑步机和椭圆机上锻炼。在一个实施例中,集线器11调整或修改锻炼结果或阻碍某些锻炼结果以在不同类型的锻炼装置或FEU中建立统一标准。
如步骤312和314所指示的,个人12在锻炼的同时完成他们的锻炼后或从暂时存储锻炼结果的中间外围设备18上传来自每个个人12的锻炼结果后,集线器11从每个个人12接收(或收集)锻炼结果。如步骤316所指示的,集线器11组合或另外聚集多个个人12的锻炼结果。在一个实施例中,集线器11调整或修改锻炼结果或阻碍某些锻炼结果以在不同类型的锻炼装置或FEU中建立统一标准。
如步骤318所指示的,集线器11比较集体锻炼目标(在步骤310接收到或建立)与来自多个个人12的组合或另外聚集的锻炼结果。这个比较产生比较结果。如步骤320所指示的,该比较结果输出给一个或多个人12。结果,他们希望更多个人12能看到他们如何有助于全体集体目标以及个人12如何作为一个整体,或朝集体目标进展。在一个实施例中,该比较结果可能以数字或图形显示,比如用柱状图表、饼状图等图形地表示达到了集体目标。在一个实施例中,当朝向集体目标的运动达到时,该比较结果可巧妙地输出到锻炼机或FEU 16,在锻炼期间向锻炼的人提供激励。
如步骤322和324所指示的,在步骤310中建立的该集体目标还可以以类似于如上所述的向个人的激励的方式获得奖励。例如,第三方实体,比如慈善组织、保险公司、社团赞助商等,可以建立一组多个个人12的集体目标(代替在步骤310中输入的目标)。一达到该集体目标,每个人12就可以接收到个人奖励(比如健康保险费减少、常见的飞行里程或其它产品奖金或费用减少)。在其它实施例中,该组个人12可以接收到他们特定的组织或组的捐赠或费用减少。在另一个实施例中,以该组个人名义给我们的慈善组织的慈善事业进行慈善捐赠。如步骤324所指示的,该奖励可由集线器11批准或该个人或聚集锻炼结果可通过集线器11直接转送给一个或多个第三方奖励赞助商。
总之,系统10以及集线器11提供网络,通过该网络锻炼的个人12可与其它锻炼的个人通信并且还可以与对促进这种锻炼感兴趣的第三实体通信。系统10和集线器11有助于促进分享、归属和竞争的感觉。系统10和集线器11促进更规律的体育锻练方式和有益于有价值的慈善事业。

Claims (20)
1.一种锻炼系统,包括:
多个锻炼装置,其中该锻炼装置被配置用来感应和传送锻炼结果;
至少一个服务器,其存储多个个人的集体锻炼目标,该至少一个服务器与多个锻炼装置通信,以便接收锻炼结果并把锻炼结果和集体锻炼目标比较,其中该至少一个服务器把比较结果提供给个人。
2.如权利要求1所述的锻炼系统,其中该至少一个服务器响应于达到了集体锻炼目标而授予奖励。
3.如权利要求2所述的锻炼系统,其中该奖励包括给慈善组织的捐赠。
4.如权利要求3所述的锻炼系统,其中捐赠基于锻炼结果的价值上按照比例分配。
5.如权利要求1所述的锻炼系统,其中该奖励包括对于一个或多个个人的健康保险费减少。
6.如权利要求1所述的锻炼系统,其中多个锻炼装置包括至少一个椭圆锻炼装置。
7.如权利要求1所述的锻炼系统,其中至少一个服务器是多个锻炼装置的制造商的服务器,并且其中该系统还包括锻炼奖励赞助者的至少一个第二服务器,其中至少一个第二服务器从该至少一个第一服务器接收锻炼结果。
8.如权利要求2所述的锻炼系统,其中多个锻炼装置各包括显示器并且其中该至少一个服务器或该至少一个第二服务器被配置用于把当前捐赠的当前和总的累积水平传送给多个锻炼装置的至少一个的显示器。
9.如权利要求1所述的锻炼系统,其中该集体锻炼目标包括来自个人的锻炼结果的总和或平均值。
10.如权利要求1所述的锻炼系统,其中该集体锻炼目标包括在不同类型的锻炼装置上的来自个人的锻炼结果的总和或平均值。
11.如权利要求1所述的锻炼系统,其中该至少一个服务器接收和存储一个人不同锻炼时期的四月集会的锻炼结果。
12.一种健身激励系统,包括:
锻炼装置,其被配置把第一个人的第一锻炼结果传送给至少一个服务器;
至少一个第一网页服务器,其中该至少一个网页服务器接收第一锻炼结果并把第一锻炼结果或基于第一锻炼结果的信息传送给基于锻炼结果提供奖励的锻炼激励赞助者。
13.如权利要求12所述的锻炼激励系统,其中奖励包括以该个人的名义给慈善组织的捐赠。
14.如权利要求12所述的锻炼激励系统,其中该锻炼激励赞助者包括保险公司。
15.如权利要求14所述的锻炼激励系统,其中奖励包括健康保险费的减少或信用。
16.如权利要求12所述的锻炼激励系统,其中该至少一个网页服务器给锻炼激励赞助者传送奖励授权。
17.如权利要求12所述的锻炼激励系统,还包括第二锻炼装置,其被配置用来把第二个人的第二锻炼结果传送给该至少一个服务器,其中该至少一个服务器接收第二个人的第二锻炼结果、组合第一锻炼结果和第二锻炼结果,并且把组合的锻炼结果传送给第一个人或第二个人。
18.如权利要求17所述的锻炼激励系统,其中该至少一个服务器将组合的锻炼结果传送给锻炼激励赞助者。
19.一种方法,包括:
从位于至少一个锻炼装置上的多个个人接收锻炼结果;
把该锻炼结果传送给至少一个奖励赞助者,其根据锻炼结果为个人提供锻炼激励奖励。
20.如权利要求19所述的方法,还包括:
存储多个个人的集体锻炼目标;
组合锻炼结果;
比较该组合的接收的锻炼结果与集体锻炼目标形成比较;以及
把所述比较传送给多个个人。
