Abstract

玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件太阳集热装置,由玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件和负载容器及安装机架组成,其特征在于集热元件由置于真空隔热层内的吸收体和一个用玻璃制造的上行管、下行管及放热端构成的玻璃自然循环流道组成,上行管与吸收体低热阻连接,罩玻璃管与玻璃管放热端熔融连接。本发明的有益效果包括:对于可倾斜或垂直安置的场合,循环传热无需配备动力、启动快、抗冻、不炸管、单管损坏仍然能集热、可制造水质符合卫生标准、得热多、保温性能优异的太阳集热装置;换热界面设计自由、对真空度不敏感、可半永久性稳定工作在20~500℃范围、可用低碳钢和铝代替铜、玻璃熔封密封性好、玻璃放热端耐腐蚀。结合附图给出一个实施例。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件太阳集热装置。
背景技术
真空插管太阳热水器可在冬季提供生活热水,但集热管内存水热沉大、得热少、抗冻性差、会炸管、单管破损会跑水、水质劣化细菌超标。采用热管集热元件可以制造管内无水的热水器,但铜——水热管造价高、容易冻坏、有的还存在明显的性能衰退现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件太阳集热装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:用若干个玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件和负载容器及安装机架组成一台玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件太阳集热装置。玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件由置于真空隔热层内的吸收体和一个用玻璃制造的上行管、下行管及放热端构成的玻璃自然循环流道组成,自然循环流道内部灌装但不充满液态热媒,自然循环流道的上行管与置于真空隔热层内的吸收体低热阻连接,罩玻璃管与自然循环流道的玻璃管放热端熔融连接。
本发明的有益效果包括:对于可倾斜或垂直安置的场合,循环传热无需配备动力、启动快、抗冻、不炸管、单管损坏仍然能集热、可制造水质符合卫生标准、得热多、保温性能优异的太阳集热装置;换热界面设计自由、对真空度不敏感、可半永久性稳定工作在20~500℃范围、可用低碳钢和铝代替铜、玻璃熔封密封性好、玻璃放热端耐腐蚀。

具体实施方式
图1中,用玻璃管熔封的真空循环集热元件1插入带绝热层的负载容器2,组成一台玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件太阳集热装置。负载容器2包括贮水箱和联集盒。集热元件1由置于真空隔热层3内的吸收体4和一个由玻璃制造的上行管5、下行管6及放热端7构成的玻璃自然循环流道组成,上行管5与置于真空隔热层3内的铝型材吸收体4低热阻连接,罩玻璃管8通过一个缩颈段9与自然循环流道的玻璃管放热端7同心布置并与玻璃管放热端7熔融连接。
图1实施例玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件太阳集热装置在阳光下作放热端7高置的倾斜安装,使斜虚线所示的热媒液面呈水平状态。阳光透过罩玻璃管8在吸收体4上转换为热能,热能经吸收体4传给上行管5内的热媒并使热媒受热膨胀通过上行管5上浮,在自然循环流道的管状放热端7处,热媒放出热能温度降低下沉进入下行管6,下沉到底后再次进入上行管5被加热并上浮。如此沿带箭头曲线所示途径周而复始循环集热。与此同时,负载容器2内的水或者热媒被不断加热。
在罩玻璃管非受光区域内表面涂制红外反射材料,可有效减少集热元件的辐射热损。

Claims (3)

1.具有玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件的太阳能集热装置,该集热装置具有若干个所述玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件和负载容器及安装机架,玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件具有置于真空隔热层内的吸收体和一个由玻璃制造的上行管、下行管及放热端构成的玻璃自然循环流道,自然循环流道内部灌装但不充满液态热媒,其特征在于自然循环流道的上行管与置于真空隔热层内的吸收体低热阻连接;玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件含有一个罩玻璃管,罩玻璃管下面是真空隔热层;所述罩玻璃管与自然循环流道的玻璃管放热端熔融连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集热装置,其特征在于所述罩玻璃管含有一个缩颈段,罩玻璃管通过缩颈段与自然循环流道的玻璃管放热端熔融连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集热装置,其特征在于所述罩玻璃管的非受光区域内表面涂制有红外反射材料。
