Abstract

玻璃管熔封的真空循环集热元件,用置于真空隔热层内的吸收体和一个由玻璃制造的上行管、下行管及放热端构成的玻璃自然循环流道组成,上行管与置于真空隔热层内的吸收体低热阻连接,其特征在于罩玻璃管与自然循环流道的玻璃管放热端熔融连接。本发明的有益效果包括:对于可倾斜或垂直安置的场合,循环传热无需配备动力、启动快、抗冻、不炸管、单管损坏仍然能集热、可制造水质符合卫生标准、得热多、保温性能优异的太阳集热装置;换热界面设计自由、对真空度不敏感、可半永久性稳定工作在20~500℃范围、可用低碳钢和铝代替铜、玻璃熔封密封性好、玻璃放热端耐腐蚀。结合附图给出两个实施例。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃管熔封的真空循环集热元件。
背景技术
真空插管太阳热水器可在冬季提供生活热水,但集热管内存水热沉大、得热少、抗冻性差、会炸管、单管破损会跑水、水质劣化细菌超标。采用热管集热元件可以制造管内无水的热水器,但铜——水热管造价高、容易冻坏、有的还存在明显的性能衰退现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供玻璃管熔封的真空循环集热元件。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:用置于真空隔热层内的吸收体和一个由玻璃制造的上行管、下行管及放热端构成的玻璃自然循环流道组成一个玻璃管熔封的真空循环集热元件。自然循环流道内部灌装但不充满液态热媒,自然循环流道的上行管与置于真空隔热层内的吸收体低热阻连接,罩玻璃管与自然循环流道的玻璃管放热端熔融连接。
本发明的有益效果包括:对于可倾斜或垂直安置的场合,循环传热无需配备动力、启动快、抗冻、不炸管、单管损坏仍然能集热、可制造水质符合卫生标准、得热多、保温性能优异的太阳集热装置;换热界面设计自由、对真空度不敏感、可半永久性稳定工作在20~500℃范围、可用低碳钢和铝代替铜、玻璃熔封密封性好、玻璃放热端耐腐蚀。

具体实施方式
图1中,用玻璃制造的上行管1、下行管2和管状放热端3构成一个玻璃自然循环流道,上行管1与置于真空隔热层4内的铝型材吸收体5低热阻连接,罩玻璃管6通过一个缩颈段7与自然循环流道的玻璃管放热端3同心布置并与玻璃管放热端3熔融连接,组成一个玻璃管熔封真空循环集热元件。
图1实施例玻璃管熔封的真空循环集热元件在阳光下作放热端3高置的倾斜安装,使斜虚线所示的热媒液面呈水平状态。阳光透过罩玻璃管6在吸收体5上转换为热能,热能经吸收体5传给上行管1内的热媒并使热媒受热膨胀通过上行管1上浮,在自然循环流道的管状放热端3处,热媒放出热能温度降低下沉进入下行管2,下沉到底后再次进入上行管1被加热并上浮。如此沿带箭头曲线所示途径周而复始循环集热。
自然循环流道灌装热媒前应除气。自然循环流道的设计应满足:1)自然循环的建立;2)热媒性能稳定、饱和蒸汽压低;3)自然循环流道内保有热媒膨胀空间使热媒凝固或者空晒体积膨胀时不对有关零部件产生有害影响;4)放热端工况良好。
在罩玻璃管非受光区域内表面涂制红外反射材料譬如铝膜,可有效减少集热元件的辐射热损。

Claims (3)

1.玻璃管熔封的真空循环集热元件,用置于真空隔热层内的吸收体和一个由玻璃制造的上行管、下行管及放热端构成的玻璃自然循环流道组成,自然循环流道内部灌装但不充满液态热媒,自然循环流道的上行管与置于真空隔热层内的吸收体低热阻连接,其特征在于罩玻璃管与自然循环流道的玻璃管放热端熔融连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集热元件,其特征在于罩玻璃管通过一个缩颈段与自然循环流道的玻璃管放热端熔融连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集热元件,其特征在于罩玻璃管非受光区域内表面涂制有红外反射材料。
