Abstract

本发明提出一种生态友好型风力电机浆叶,用于提高大型风力风机的浆叶的生态安全性,由于风力电机浆叶的高速转动,尤其是浆叶翼尖处,其切线速度可达30m/s以上,鸟类易受撞击致死,本发明在浆叶外缘设置橡胶缓冲柱、拉橡胶缓冲线,在基本不影响其气动性能的条件下,由于橡胶的柔韧性,鸟的身体不会受到浆叶的直接撞击。

本发明涉及生态友好型风力电机浆叶,用于提高大型风力风机的浆叶的生态安全性。
背景技术:
目前,全世界全国都在竞相开发绿色能源,其中风力电机是热点之一,大型风力发电系统往往设置于沿海、平原、山地、峡谷口风力集中之处,利用风能推动直径长达几十米以上的浆叶高速转动,来带动发电机发电,但是由于浆叶的高速转动,尤其是浆叶翼尖处,其切线速度可达30m/s以上,如果鸟类从附近飞过被卷入,将受到静态几十公斤力以上的撞击,如此巨大力量一般将导致鸟类死亡,这一点是风力电机为环保人士、动物保护人士极为垢病的缺点,风力电机的设计人员曾考虑在浆叶外缘附装橡胶缓冲片,但由于缓冲片易受风力作用变形,从而影响风机浆叶的气动性能而作罢。
发明内容:
为克服风力电机浆叶速度高,易对飞行中的鸟类造成伤害的缺点,且又不影响风力电机的气动性能,现提出一种环境友好型风力电机浆叶,其主要实现方法是这样的:首先在浆叶外缘设置橡胶缓冲柱列各橡胶缓冲柱平行于浆叶的运动方向,垂直于浆叶外缘,在各橡胶缓冲柱之间,拉橡胶缓冲线,缓冲线平行于浆叶外缘,这样,由于柱与线都与浆叶保持一定距离,且都相对比较纤细,所以,在风力电机运行时,基本不影响其气动性能,造成的阻力也非常的微弱,而当飞行中的鸟类被浆叶撞击时,由于橡胶缓冲柱上拉的缓冲线将首先将鸟的身体推开,由于橡胶的柔韧性,鸟的身体不会受到浆叶的直接撞击,根据冲力公式f=v/t,其推动力由几十公斤下降90%以上,最多对于鸟类只产生普通的轻伤。
本发明的优势是:防止了风力电机高速运行的浆叶直接撞击伤害飞行中的鸟类,保护了生态平衡,防止了保护主义人士,动物保护协会人士的垢病。

具体实施方式:
如附图1、附图2所示,在风力电机桨叶(1)外缘设置橡胶缓冲柱(4)柱列,各橡胶缓冲柱(4)平行于风力电机桨叶(1)的运动的切线方向,垂直于风力电机桨叶(1)外缘,在各橡胶缓冲柱(4)之间,拉橡胶缓冲线(3),缓冲线(3)平行于风力电机桨叶(1)外缘,当飞行中的鸟类被风力电机桨叶(1)撞击时,由于橡胶缓冲柱(4)上拉的缓冲线(3)将首先将鸟的身体推开,由于橡胶的柔韧性,鸟的身体不会受到直接撞击。

1.生态友好型风力电机浆叶,包括:风力电机桨叶、橡胶缓冲线、橡胶缓冲柱,其特征是:风力电机桨叶外缘设置橡胶缓冲柱柱列,各橡胶缓冲柱平行于风力电机桨叶的运动的切线方向,垂直于风力电机桨叶外缘,在各橡胶缓冲柱之间,拉橡胶缓冲线,所述橡胶缓冲线平行于风力电机桨叶外缘。
