技术领域
本发明涉及流体产品分配装置,并更特别地涉及药品的鼻腔喷雾装置。
背景技术
流体产品分配装置在现有技术中是众所周知的。它们一般包括容纳流体产品的储存器,分配机构例如泵或阀组装在储存器上,分配机构一般通过分配头被致动,以便以选择性方式分配包含在所述储存器内的产品。分配头包括分配孔,产品将穿过该分配孔被喷射,例如在鼻腔喷雾装置的情况下喷射在使用者的鼻内。许多此类装置通过使用者使储存器和分配头彼此相对轴向移动而被手动致动,其作用是致动分配机构。但是,此类装置具有一些缺点,尤其是当装置为鼻腔喷雾类型时,因为使用者为启动装置所施加的轴向力导致分配头在使用者鼻孔内移动的危险,因此作动时有受伤和/或产品分配不完全或不适当的危险。为了克服该问题,已经提出过侧向致动装置,其一般包括枢转安装在本体上的操纵杆,操纵杆的一内部分适于与分配头或储存器中的一个配合,以移动该零件靠向另一零件并因此作动分配机构。但是这些装置一般相当复杂,并且包括大量组成部件,这使制造和组装比较昂贵。同样,侧向致动系统与分配机构之间的用以把致动系统的径向移动转换为分配机构的轴向移动以实现启动的界面常常是复杂的,并且是失效之源。文件WO 01/03851、WO 03/095007、WO02/20168、WO 2005/075105和EP-1170061描述了现有技术的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供不再产生上述缺点的流体产品分配装置。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种流体产品分配装置,尤其是鼻腔喷雾装置,该装置保证每次致动时安全和可靠地致动装置,而没有伤害使用者的危险。
更特别的是,本发明的目的是提供既简单并且制造和组装都很便宜的流体产品分配装置。
因此,本发明的目标是流体产品分配装置,该装置包括本体、储存器、安装在储存器上的分配机构如泵或阀、与所述本体连在一起的侧向致动系统,该装置还包括安装在储存器上或与储存器连在一起的环,所述环包括至少一能够与所述侧向致动系统的活动零件相配合的径向突起,所述至少一突起倒角加工带有倾斜的径向端面。
有利的是,所述环包括同轴并且对称的两个径向突起,它们分别延伸在所述环的每一侧。
有利的是,所述至少一突起具有修圆形的、特别是圆形的截面。
有利的是,所述侧向致动系统的所述活动零件对于环的每个径向突起均具有一个孔眼,所述孔眼围绕所述径向突起。
有利的是,所述孔眼的内型廓为修圆形,特别是椭圆形。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的第一方面,流体产品分配装置包括尤其在图3和4中所示的本体10。该本体10有利地包括分配孔5。容纳待分配的流体产品的储存器20位于该本体内。以已知的方式特别是通过固定环,将分配机构30(图3和4中看不到)组装在所述储存器上。致动时,储存器20和分配机构30形成的单元能够在本体10内轴向移动,以便使一剂量产品穿过分配孔5分配。为了实现该致动,本体10包括侧向致动系统40,该侧向致动系统与本体10连在一起,并且该侧向致动系统可以尤其包括操纵杆42和活动零件45,操纵杆42枢转安装在本体10上,活动零件45枢转安装在所述操纵杆42内并与储存器20和分配机构30形成的单元连接。根据本发明,侧向致动系统的该活动零件45与安装在储存器20上或与储存器20连在一起的环50配合,所述环50包括至少一适于与所述活动零件45配合的径向突起55。

如图5和6中可以看到的,轴向套筒530基本延伸到图5和6所示的笔直位置中的活塞31的上轴向端。这方便把泵-储存器构成的子组件组装在侧向致动系统40中。
要注意的是,在图5中,径向突起55没有示出在固定环50上。实际上,根据本发明的另一方面,也可考虑使用这样的固定环50:其用于把泵30固定在储存器20上,并且包括引导活塞的管形引导部分,而与致动系统无关,因此也没有侧向致动系统。这样就可避免泵在使用者进行非轴向致动的情况下泵“倾斜”的任何危险,因此限制在倾斜情况下可能出现的泵堵塞、泄漏或剂量不完整分配的危险。
当然,图5的环50在与侧向致动系统一起使用时,有利地还包括两个前面描述的侧向突起55。
图6表示另一实施变型,其中管形引导部分不是在用于把泵固定在储存器上的环上形成,而只在环箍上形成,即在确定活塞31息止位置的零件上形成。仍旧地,当然还可独立于无论是轴向还是侧向的致动系统使用这样的环箍。
尽管已经参照本发明的不同实施变型对本发明进行了描述,但是当然本领域技术人员可以对其进行任何改变,而不超出所附权利要求确定的本发明的范围。

Claims (13)
