Abstract

本发明是一种醇溶性复合油墨配方,本发明中,由于使用了醇溶性的聚氨酯树脂、缩丁醛树脂,完全摆脱了传统复合油墨的苯溶型氯化聚炳烯树脂,产品使用醇类作为溶剂,摆脱了对人体伤害极大的苯、酮作溶剂,改善了印刷环境,使操作工人身体健康得到了有效的保障,确保了印制品使用安全保障,使塑料印刷油墨完全进入到环保、卫生、安全,完全符合污染物的释放率和释放特性(VOC)标准,同时由于苯类属于石油产品,取而代之的属于醇类溶剂,也大大降低了印刷成本。

本发明涉及一种醇溶性复合油墨配方。
背景技术
传统复合油墨长期以来依赖于苯溶型氯化聚炳烯树脂,须使用苯和酮作为溶剂,由于大量使用苯和酮作为溶剂,使用这种油墨印刷的软包装行业中食品、医药塑料复合包装所含的油墨溶剂残留量长期存在,按污染物的释放率和释放特性(VOC)标准检测结果为苯、酮超标,而苯、酮、二甲苯等残留物对人体伤害极大,故造成食品、医药行业长期存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供能使用醇类作为溶剂的醇溶性复合油墨配方,完全摆脱使用苯、酮作溶剂,改善印刷环境,确保印制品使用安全保障,使塑料印刷油墨完全进入到环保、卫生、安全。
本发明是这样实现的:醇溶性复合油墨配方方法,它按以下重量比组分:
(1)白色醇溶性复合油墨配方方法:醇溶性聚氨酯树脂30,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂2,静电剂0.5,分散剂0.2,哑光粉0.5,白色颜料30,正丙酯10,乙酯10,异丙醇7,乙醇8,甲丁醚1,聚酮树脂1;
或(2)红色醇溶性复合油墨配方方法:醇溶性聚氨酯树脂30,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂3,静电剂0.5,分散剂0.5,哑光粉0.5,红色颜料9,正丙酯10,乙酯20,异丙醇10,乙醇15,甲丁醚1,聚酮树脂1.5;
或(3)黄色醇溶性复合油墨配方方法:醇溶性聚氨酯树脂29,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂3,静电剂0.5,分散剂0.2,哑光粉0.5,黄色颜料9,正丙酯10,乙酯20,异丙醇10,乙醇16,甲丁醚1,聚酮树脂1.5;
或(4)蓝色醇溶性复合油墨配方方法:醇溶性聚氨酯树脂29,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂2,静电剂0.5,分散剂0.5,哑光粉0.5,蓝色颜料10,正丙酯10,乙酯20,异丙醇10,乙醇14,甲丁醚2,聚酮树脂1.5;
或(5)黑色醇溶性复合油墨配方方法:醇溶性聚氨酯树脂30,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂2,静电剂0.5,分散剂0.2,哑光粉0.5,黑色颜料12,正丙酯10,乙酯20,异丙醇7,乙醇17,甲丁醚1,聚酮树脂1。
发明中,由于使用了醇溶性的聚氨酯树脂、缩丁醛树脂,完全摆脱了传统复合油墨的苯溶型氯化聚炳烯树脂,产品使用醇类作为溶剂,摆脱了对人体伤害极大的苯、酮作溶剂,改善了印刷环境,使操作工人身体健康得到了有效的保障,确保了印制品使用安全保障,使塑料印刷油墨完全进入到环保、卫生、安全,完全符合污染物的释放率和释放特性(VOC)标准,同时由于苯类属于石油产品,取而代之的属于醇类溶剂,也大大降低了印刷成本。

实施例1,一种白色醇溶性复合油墨配方,它按以下重量组分配比制作,醇溶性聚氨酯树脂30公斤,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂2公斤,静电剂0.5公斤,分散剂0.2公斤,哑光粉0.5公斤,白色颜料30公斤,正丙酯10公斤,乙酯10公斤,异丙醇7公斤,乙醇8公斤,甲丁醚1公斤,聚酮树脂1公斤。
实施例2,一种红色醇溶性复合油墨配方,它按以下重量组分配比制作,醇溶性聚氨酯树脂30公斤,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂3公斤,静电剂0.5公斤,分散剂0.5公斤,哑光粉0.5公斤,红色颜料9公斤,正丙酯10公斤,乙酯20公斤,异丙醇10公斤,乙醇15公斤,甲丁醚1公斤,聚酮树脂1.5公斤。

制作工艺为:置于高速分散机中以1600转/分速度高速分散40分钟,再置于砂磨机中研磨6小时,然后置于高速搅拌机中以800转/分速度搅拌20分钟,检测合格后包装。
按本发明醇溶性复合油墨配方生产的复合油墨,完全达到设计及产品使用性能要求,使复合印刷油墨完全步入了绿色环保阶段。

(1)白色醇溶性复合油墨配方方法:醇溶性聚氨酯树脂30,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂2,静电剂0.5,分散剂0.2,哑光粉0.5,白色颜料30,正丙酯10,乙酯10,异丙醇7,乙醇8,甲丁醚1,聚酮树脂1;
或(2)红色醇溶性复合油墨配方方法:醇溶性聚氨酯树脂30,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂3,静电剂0.5,分散剂0.5,哑光粉0.5,红色颜料9,正丙酯10,乙酯20,异丙醇10,乙醇15,甲丁醚1,聚酮树脂1.5;
或(3)黄色醇溶性复合油墨配方方法:醇溶性聚氨酯树脂29,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂3,静电剂0.5,分散剂0.2,哑光粉0.5,黄色颜料9,正丙酯10,乙酯20,异丙醇10,乙醇16,甲丁醚1,聚酮树脂1.5;
或(4)蓝色醇溶性复合油墨配方方法:醇溶性聚氨酯树脂29,醇溶性缩丁醛树脂2,静电剂0.5,分散剂0.5,哑光粉0.5,蓝色颜料10,正丙酯10,乙酯20,异丙醇10,乙醇14,甲丁醚2,聚酮树脂1.5;
