在植物生长过程中,土壤里的病菌、种子基因里的遗传病菌及其他真菌、细菌等病原体,都会影响植物的生长发育,导致植物生理机能失调,使植物抵抗力差,诱发和加重植物传染病原基因的发生,引发病害,造成植物的减产。而现有的植物防治药物存在毒性大,不易分解,易随植物侵入人体,而且,不能同时增强植物营养,一般的药肥不具备防治植物病害的功效。因此,还没有一种无毒性、无公害、无残留既能防治植物病菌,又能全面增加营养,增产增质的药肥。
据统计,城市垃圾中含有有机质的垃圾占总量40%左右,可回收的占30%左右,城市建筑垃极占20-25%可为制砖厂所用或公路建设,余下的无法处理多采用填埋的方式。可见,城市垃圾中含有有机质的垃圾占比重不小,现也多采用填埋的方式,而随着土地资源的日益紧缺,填埋方式也越来越不行,寻求新的处理方法,势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供一种药肥合一,防治病菌、营养全面,标本兼治,无毒性,无公害,无残留的有机生物药肥。
本发明的另一目的在于提供该有机生物药肥的制备方法。
本发明的一种有机生物药肥,包括如下重量比的原料:
沸石8-25份
氨基酸3-12份 钼酸铵或钼酸钠0.2-1份
硫酸锰3-10份 黄腐酸2-8份
碳酰铵2-8份 硫酸锌0.2-2份
EDTA0.2-2份 醋酸0.2-1份
高精酮0.3-2份 正丁醇1-5份
低糖素0.2-0.6份。3-10的水
上述的有机生物药肥,其中低糖素的制备方法以植物废弃物(玉米杆、大豆杆和银杏叶等)或含有有机质的城市垃圾1T为原料,加发酵酶0.5-3kg,搅拌加热至28-50℃水解,溶液经过滤再经真空减压浓缩至重量的35-40%,灭菌封存。其中:城市垃圾为烂菜叶、剩饭菜、杂草、木块(屑)等含有有机质的城市垃圾。发酵酶为果胶酶、保加利亚乳酸菌、嗜热侧孢霉和绿色木霉等。
一种有机生物药肥的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)以(重量)含水量3-5%的植物废弃物或含有有机质的城市垃圾为原料,加入0-20倍的水,然后再加发酵酶,搅拌加热至28-50℃水解,溶液经过滤再经真空减压浓缩至35-40%,灭菌封存得低糖素备用;
(2)将沸石、氨基酸、钼酸铵或钼酸钠、硫酸锰、黄腐酸、碳酰铵、硫酸锌按重量比混合,加3-10倍水溶解,过滤、滤液备用;
(3)滤液中按重量比加入低糖素,混合后依次按重量比加入EDTA、醋酸、高精酮、正丁醇进行搅拌增效稳定,然后调节PH值为3-8,即得产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下明显的优点和有益的效果,从以上技术方案可知:低糖素是一种新型、广谱、微毒的生物药,以高活性“OS”因子为主要成分,其作用主要是刺激作物的免疫及生长系统反应,诱导植物体产生抗病菌因子,在短期内产生抗病毒物质,溶解真菌、细菌等病原体细胞壁,干扰病毒RNA的形成,达到防治病害的目的,又能有效地活化植物细胞,调节和促进植物生长。无公害、无残留,对环境和生态平衡无不良影响,而且不易引起植物抗药性。特别是对目前化学农药防效较差的植物病毒病,具有显著的防治效果与之增产,增质的双重效果。沸石含各种元素,EDTA主要用作金属离子的鳌合剂。组分中含生物防治病菌元素及各种营养元素,如:低糖素,沸石、氨基酸、黄腐酸、氮、磷、钾、锌、镁、铜、锰、钼、硫、硒、铬等大、中、微、稀有元素合一体的增效渗透,标本兼治的有机生物药肥,避免了单一功效而只防治病菌或只有肥效不能防治病菌的弊端,既可防治病菌,又能补充植物营养。
在制备方法中,药肥重量比确定后,若简单地把各种原料溶解混合,不按其分子结构进行聚合,会产生分层、沉淀或变成乳浊状,影响质量,而失去它的双重功效,使植物不能全面吸收,达其防治植物病害增产增质之目的。因此,本发明充分利用EDTA醋酸,增效剂、正丁醇等络合,鳌合,分子渗透聚合,稳定掩蔽等作用,得到经稀释200倍和严格的低温及热贮检验均合格,对各种植物全面吸收营养起到促进作用;低糖素是刺激植物的免疫及生长系统反应,诱导植物体产生抗病因子,在短期内产生抗病物质,溶解真菌、细菌等病原体细胞壁,调节和促进植物生长;配制中加入氨基酸、沸石,黄腐酸和大、中、微、稀有元素是植物生长所必需的营养物质。能促进植物光合作用,调节植物体内氧化还原与碳水化合物的转化,增加叶绿素含量,促进植物生长,提高植物抗病能力,达到改善植物品质,增加植物产量,具有无毒性,无公害,无残留,标本兼治,防病营养双重功效,而成本低廉。
本发明经过三万多亩各类作物,特别是茶叶、烟草、蔬菜的施用,对各类植物的病菌防效率达78.9-93.5%,增产15-40%,提高植物的品质,达到标本兼治,防病营养的双重功效。同时有效地解决了占城市垃圾40%左右含有有机质的垃圾的处理问题。
本发明的具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的有益效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种有机生物药肥的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)以(重量)含水量3%的植物废弃物(玉米杆、大豆杆和银杏叶等)1T为原料,加入20倍的水,然后再加果胶酶0.5kg,搅拌加热至28-50℃水解,溶液经过滤再经真空减压浓缩至重量的35%,灭菌封存得低糖素备用;
(2)按重量将沸石15份、氨基酸10份、钼酸铵0.5份、硫酸锰5份、黄腐酸3份、碳酰铵4份、硫酸锌1份,加3倍的水溶解混合,过滤、滤液备用;
(3)滤液中加入低糖素0.3份,混合后依次按重量加入EDTA1份、醋酸0.3份、高精酮1份、正丁醇1份进行搅拌增效稳定,然后用苛性钠调节PH值为3,即得产品。
实施例2
一种有机生物药肥的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)以(重量)含水量5%的植物废弃物(玉米杆、大豆杆和银杏叶等)1T为原料,加入10倍的水,然后再加果胶酶1kg,搅拌加热至28-50℃水解,溶液经过滤再经真空减压浓缩至重量的40%,灭菌封存得低糖素备用;
(2)按重量将沸石8份、氨基酸10份、钼酸铵0.5份、硫酸锰5份、黄腐酸4份、碳酰铵3份、硫酸锌0.8份,加10倍的水溶解混合,过滤、滤液备用;
(3)滤液中加入低糖素0.35份,混合后依次按重量加入EDTA1份、醋酸0.3份、高精酮1份、正丁醇1份进行搅拌增效稳定,然后用苛性钠调节PH值为5,即得产品。
实施例3:
一种有机生物药肥的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)以(重量)含水量4%的植物废弃物(玉米杆、大豆杆和银杏叶等)1T为原料,加入15倍的水,然后再加果胶酶1kg,搅拌加热至28-50℃水解,溶液经过滤再经真空减压浓缩至重量的35%,灭菌封存得低糖素备用;
(2)按重量将沸石20份、氨基酸3份、钼酸钠0.2份、硫酸锰4份、黄腐酸5份、碳酰铵2份、硫酸锌0.8份,加8倍的水溶解混合,过滤、滤液备用;
(3)滤液中加入低糖素0.6份,混合后依次按重量加入EDTA1份、醋酸0.2份、高精酮0.3份、正丁醇3份进行搅拌增效稳定,然后用苛性钠调节PH值为8,即得产品。
实施例4:
一种有机生物药肥的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)以含有有机质的城市垃圾1T为原料,加保加利亚乳酸菌0.5kg、嗜热侧孢霉0.5kg或绿色木霉0.5kg,搅拌加热至28-50℃水解,溶液经过滤再经真空减压浓缩至重量的35%,灭菌封存得低糖素备用;
(2)按重量将沸石25份、氨基酸10份、钼酸钠0.2份、硫酸锰3份、黄腐酸2份、碳酰铵8份、硫酸锌0.2份,加8倍的水溶解混合,过滤、滤液备用;
(3)滤液中加入低糖素0.35份,混合后依次按重量加入EDTA0.2份、醋酸0.5份、高精酮1份、正丁醇4份进行搅拌增效稳定,然后用苛性钠调节PH值为5,即得产品。
实施例5:
一种有机生物药肥的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)以含有有机质的城市垃圾1T为原料,加保加利亚乳酸菌1kg、嗜热侧孢霉1kg或绿色木霉1kg,搅拌加热至28-50℃水解,溶液经过滤再经真空减压浓缩至重量的40%,灭菌封存得低糖素备用;
(2)按重量将沸石10份、氨基酸12份、钼酸铵1份、硫酸锰10份、黄腐酸8份、碳酰铵3份、硫酸锌2份,加8倍的水溶解混合,过滤、滤液备用;
(3)滤液中加入低糖素0.6份,混合后依次按重量加入EDTA2份、醋酸1份、高精酮2份、正丁醇5份进行搅拌增效稳定,然后用苛性钠调节PH值为8,即得产品。
上述五个实施例制得的产品投入使用对照结果如下表所示,结果调查植物病毒病数及其严重度等统计数据,得到防效率最高达到93.5%,增产率最高达到40%优良结果,这表明应用本发明得到的产品施加给植物,具有防病营养,增产、增收的双重功效。

致死中浓度ECm=1.3558mg/L 95%置信区1.3108~1.4024
回归方程利用方差分析F测验,F植的显著水平为0.0003小于0.05,表明所求的毒力回归方程是符合实际的。

Claims (2)
2.如权利要求1所述的有机生物药肥的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)以重量含水量3-5%的植物废弃物或含有有机质的城市垃圾为原料,加入0-20倍的水,然后再加发酵酶,搅拌加热至28-50℃水解,溶液经过滤再经真空减压浓缩至35-40%,灭菌封存得低糖素备用;
(2)将沸石、氨基酸、钼酸铵或钼酸钠、硫酸锰、黄腐酸、碳酰铵、硫酸锌按重量比混合,加3-10倍水溶解,过滤、滤液备用;
(3)滤液中按重量比加入低糖素,混合后依次按重量比加入EDTA、醋酸、高精酮、正丁醇进行搅拌增效稳定,然后调节pH值为3-8,即得产品。
