Abstract
本实用发明公开一种球磨机用履带式轴承,这种轴承在结构上,类似滑动瓦,但轴与轴承之间的运动付是滚动。采用的具体技术措施是在履带式轴承的内圈和外圈之间安装两排滚子链,两排滚子链呈闭环状环绕外圈和甬道;内圈为整圆圈体,外表面有两条内圈滚道;外圈为仅具有1/3圆周的弧形体,内表面有两条外圈滚道;外圈由甬道支架支撑。本发明履带式轴承既具备滑动轴承安装方便、可维修性的优点,又具备滚动轴承滚动摩擦小、节能的优点,节电15%~20%。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及滚动轴承,特别涉及一种球磨机用履带式轴承。
背景技术
球磨机是冶金、采矿、水泥等行业的主要生产设备之一,其中球磨机轴承是球磨机重要部件之一。球磨机轴承用得最多的是滑动轴承,即轴瓦。滑动轴承主要特点是旋转的轴与轴瓦之间是滑动摩擦,摩擦系数大,电能消耗大;轴与轴瓦之间固体摩擦使轴与轴瓦在工作一段时间后都会产生固体磨损消耗,导致球磨机旋转精度下降,直至抱轴停转;但是经过检修后,轴与轴瓦可以重新正常使用。滚动轴承也应用在球磨机上,滚动轴承最主要特点是运动付是滚动摩擦,滚动摩擦系数显然小于滑动摩擦系数,节能效果显著;但是滚动轴承的缺点也是明显的,最主要的是当轴承构件如:滚动体,保持架,内、外圈某一件损坏时,整个轴承就得更换,不具备可维修性。由于拆卸更换轴承停机时间较长,影响生产,因此对推进球磨机轴承滚动化进程存在阻力。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开一种球磨机用履带式轴承,这种轴承在结构上,类似滑动瓦,但轴与轴承之间的运动付是滚动。
采用的具体技术措施是在履带式轴承的内圈和外圈之间安装两排滚子链,两排滚子链呈闭环状环绕外圈和甬道;
所述内圈为整圆圈体,外表面有两条内圈滚道;外圈为仅具有1/3圆周的弧形体,内表面有两条外圈滚道;
所述外圈由甬道支撑体支撑;
本发明履带式轴承即具备滑动轴承安装方便、可维修性的优点,又具备滚动轴承滚动摩擦小、节能的优点,节电15%~20%。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,将外圈3装到甬道支架5上,外圈3是仅具有1/3圆周的弧形体;如图3所示外圈3内表面有两条外圈滚道8;将两排滚子链4(见图4)装到外圈3两条外圈滚道8内和甬道6内,使滚子链4首尾相连形成闭环状。把轴承内圈2装到球磨机空心轴1上,内圈2是一个整圆圈体,如图2所示外表面有两条内圈滚道7;然后将空心轴1对正放到滚子链4上,刚好使两条滚子链4进入两条内圈滚道7内。当工作时,球磨机由减速机带动旋转时,空心轴1和内圈2同步旋转,内圈滚道7与滚子链4中接触部分的滚子产生滚动摩擦,随着轴承内圈2的旋转,滚子链4就在外圈滚道8和甬道6中循环移动,这样球磨机就进入工作正常状态。
由此可见,履带式轴承在结构与安装方面与滑动轴承相似,滚子链4就相当于轴瓦,使用履带式轴承时,将装在空心轴1上的内圈2放到滚子链4上即可,履带式轴承也可维修,对某个损坏的零件都可单独更换,更换后整个轴承又可继续运行了。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,任何一种履带式滚动轴承结构,无论滚子间连接方法如何,无论实心滚子还是空心滚子,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种球磨机用履带式轴承,其特征在于:在轴承的内圈和外圈之间安装两排滚子链,两排滚子链呈闭环状环绕外圈和甬道。
2.按照权利要求1所述球磨机用履带式轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈为整圆圈体,外表面有两条内圈滚道;外圈为仅具有1/3圆周的弧形体,内表面有两条外圈滚道。
3.按照权利要求1所述球磨机用履带式轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈由甬道支架支撑。
