Abstract

本发明涉及一种胎圈钢丝加热回火装置,用以提高钢丝强度,以适应汽车轻量化的需求。所述装置包括线圈(1)和钢丝(4),线圈(1)与超音频电源(2)相接,线圈(1)内均匀布置有若个瓷管(3),钢丝(4)穿过瓷管(3)。本发明利用钢丝经过线圈,被线圈内的电磁场感应而发热的原理,来使钢丝强度提高达到回火的效果。环保、成本低、免维护。

胎圈钢丝加热回火装置
技术领域
本发明涉及胎圈钢丝金属线回火加热装置,用以提高钢丝强度,以适应汽车轻量化的需求。
背景技术
目前胎圈钢丝回火加热基本上采用铅浴回火,过程是将铅液加热到500℃左右,利用铅的高热熔、耐热冲击的特性来实现等温转变的过程。但是它存在以下缺陷:
1、环境污染
主要是铅蒸汽和废渣的处理对人和环境的危害。
2、成本昂贵
常规的每锅用铅大约在50吨左右,约人民币80万元,加上铅锅装机容量在300千瓦左右。铅块在铅锅里经过高温形成铅液。铅液的高温氧化必然要带来铅液的大量耗损,还有铅锅的用电量也是大得惊人。
3、操作维护
铅锅的覆盖、清理和保养工作繁重恶劣。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种环保、成本低、免维护的胎圈钢丝加热回火装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种胎圈钢丝加热回火装置,所述装置包括线圈和钢丝,线圈与超音频电源相接,线圈内均匀布置有若个瓷管,钢丝穿过瓷管。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明利用钢丝经过线圈,被线圈内的电磁场感应而发热的原理,来使钢丝强度提高达到回火的效果。环保、成本低、免维护。

具体实施方式
参见图1~2,图1为本发明胎圈钢丝加热回火装置的正面结构示意图。图2为图1的侧视图。由图1~2可以看出,本发明胎圈钢丝加热回火装置,包括线圈1,线圈1与超音频电源2相接,线圈1内均匀布置有若个瓷管3。钢丝4穿过瓷管3。
超音频电源加电压在线圈上,使线圈内形成电磁场。钢丝穿过瓷管,在电磁场的作用下发热,使得钢丝表面形成涡流而发热。

1. 一种胎圈钢丝加热回火装置,其特征在于所述装置包括线圈(1)和钢丝(4),线圈(1)与超音频电源(2)相接,线圈(1)内均匀布置有若个瓷管(3),钢丝(4)穿过瓷管(3)。
