Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及治疗液雾化设备,更具体地涉及一种用于输送清洗鼻腔的液体的设备,也称为鼻用冲洗器。
背景技术
用于鼻腔清洗即冲洗的设备基本上包括限定雾化腔的体部、雾化喷嘴、注射器以及用于接收鼻黏膜物质的腔室是已众所周知的。
在相同申请人的在先专利IT 252109中,提出了一种所谓的鼻用冲洗器,通过其构件的独创的构型、布置和组合,该鼻用冲洗器能够有助于将清洗液装载到不同的腔室中,以有利于零件的拆卸,从而能够没有困难地进入和清洁这些零件并使装配易于执行。
但是,该接收必要的空气流以运行的设备与其它同类型的设备类似,均必须至少气动地连接至外部系统,该外部系统为集中式电路或包括具有电路的压缩机的设备。此外,这种设备除了笨重且庞大难以搬运外,还必须通过与使用位置有关的所必需的连结件连接至电系统。也就是说,依照传统实施例的鼻用清洗器不能自主地使用,而总是与外部设备相关联或连接至外部设备。
发明内容
本本发明的一个目的是提供一种清洗鼻腔的设备,该设备相当便携、简单且易于使用,并且能够在不需要连结件或任何类型的外部连接件的情况下在任何位置自主地使用。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种设备,该设备构造成能够包含所有其使用所需的功能构件。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种鼻清洗设备,该设备还包括可再充电的供给电池并设置有电池充电器,该电池充电器具有至少在电池再充电时支承鼻冲洗设备以及容纳用于设备的附件的双重功能。
所述目的及从其得出的潜在优点通过根据至少权利要求1的用于清洗鼻腔的雾化设备来实现。

具体实施方式
在图1-6所示的鼻腔清洗设备中,鼻清洗设备11包括主体12、基帽13、容纳治疗液的罐14、在所述罐之上的盖或分离器15以及在所述分离器之上的适配器16。所有这些构件可例如由塑料材料制成并且构造成通过叠置相配合。
在该示例中,主体12和罐14为分别制成并被叠置并彼此恰当地连接的构件。特别地,主体12为中空的并界定有腔12’,该腔12’在底部通过基帽13闭合而在顶部通过向下呈锥形地倾斜的壁12”闭合,其中该壁12”界定有中心开口12a。
在主体12的腔12’内容纳有压缩机组18,该压缩机组包括泵19和控制该设备的电路板20,所述泵通过相应的电机19’带动并设计成产生压缩空气流。泵19在底部与空气进入通道21相连通,该空气进入通道面向安装在基帽13上的可能的进气阀22,而泵19在顶部与空气输运喷嘴21’相连通,该喷嘴向上延伸通过主体的顶部锥壁12”的中心12a。可将穿孔盖22’与设置有进气阀22的位置成一直线/对齐地应用到基帽13上,以保护所述阀并具有保护设备的内部不被来自外部的液体穿透的目的,特别是在清洗该设备时。
罐14分为两个并排设置的腔室:一容纳待被雾化的液体的雾化腔23和一用于可能的鼻黏膜物质和从鼻腔返回的清洗物质的收集腔室24。导管25从雾化腔23的底部向上延伸,该导管在压力下并通过密封与泵的空气输送喷嘴21’接合。围绕导管25安装有管状帽26,该管状帽在其底部附近向着雾化腔23辐射状地开口,以向上吸取其所容纳的液体,而在顶部处该管状帽通入雾化喷嘴或喷管(pisper)27,所述喷嘴或喷管位于泵的空气输送喷嘴21’的上方并与之成一直线。
有利地,泵组18与也容纳在主体12的腔内的电池31连接并由其供电,从而如所预测的,允许该设备在不需要电缆和/或任何类型的约束的情况下使用。电池31——即使可使用一次性电池——优选地采用可再充电型电池,该可再充电型电池由控制板20借助于感应电磁再充电单元31’型设备进行控制,该感应电磁再充电单元31’型设备与基帽13的中空部分相匹配并设置成向上连接至设置在支承元件32中的感应器(未示出),在再充电期间和未被使用时,该支承元件用作设备在竖立位置的支座。
当使用时,该设备由设置在主体一侧上的控制开关28致动,该控制开关控制电子控制电流的供给从而能够制动/致动泵。当泵被致动时,泵产生空气流,该空气流通过使导管25再上升而由于抽吸压力从腔室23的底部抽吸清洗液,并迫使清洗液通过雾化喷嘴或喷管27。雾化液通过这种方式形成并适于清洗鼻腔,所述雾化液通过由分离器15和顶部适配器16所分别限定的集中器29和输送部件30离开设备。
应当强调的是,可在基帽13和主体12之间设置密封件34,从而能够在需要清洗设备时不会对内部构件和电路产生影响。此外,支承元件也可具有空间33,从而将附件和设备所需的任何其它物件置于其中。
在图7和图8所示的变型中,前述构件的配置和组合仍然保留在鼻清洗设备中并与前述附图采用相同的参考标记,但主体112和液体罐不由单独的元件制成然后结合在一起而是有利地为一体元件。
Claims (8)
1.通过经雾化的治疗液清洗鼻腔的设备,包括:
-主体(12),
-位于所述主体之上的液体罐(14),所述液体罐分隔为容纳清洗液的雾化腔(23)和从鼻腔返回的物质的收集腔(24),
-从所述雾化腔提取和雾化治疗液并在压缩机组(18)所产生的处于压力下的空气流的帮助下向鼻腔供给经雾化的液体的提取和雾化治疗液的装置,所述压缩机组包括泵(19)和电子电路(20),并且由一电池系统(31)供电,该电池系统能连接到一再充电单元,其中,所述主体(12)具有由密封基帽(13)闭合的腔,所述压缩机组(18)、所述电子电路(20)和所述电池系统(31)容纳并保持在所述主体的所述腔中,
其中,所述压缩机组的所述泵一方面借助于进气通道(21)与外部连通,另一方面通过输运喷嘴(21’)与所述提取和雾化治疗液的装置连通,其中所述进气通道与一进气阀(22)相关联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述压缩机组(18)的所述泵具有相应的控制电机,控制所述设备的所述电子电路(20)通过一开关连接到所述电池系统(31)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述电池系统包括能再充电的并连接至再充电单元的电池,该再充电单元继而借助于连接系统连接至电供给器,所述连接系统位于所述设备的支承元件(32)中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于,所述再充电单元是电磁感应类型的再充电单元。
5.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于,所述支承元件(32)具有至少一个用于重新配置元件或附件的空间(33)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述泵的所述进气阀(22)设置在与一保护盖(22’)相关联的所述密封基帽中。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述主体(12)和所述液体罐(14)由独立的元件(12,14)通过叠置并彼此结合制成。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述主体(12)和所述液体罐(14)形成一体件(112)。
