Abstract

椎间融合器,呈空心多边形体,上下表面均有均布的齿状小突起,中间为椭圆状空心,便于放置人工髓核;在左右两个侧面设置有矩形槽,矩形槽使得融合器具有较好弹性;正侧面有三个通孔,其中两侧的两个孔为光孔,中间的孔为螺纹孔,螺纹孔与椭圆形空心连通,便于手术安装返修手术的时候采用相应带螺纹工具取出和放入椎体;同时中间的孔可以观察人工髓核放置情况;两个侧面的矩形槽设置有上下贯通的孔洞,孔洞结构便于减轻结构重量,同时易于组织长入;均布的齿状小突起便于咬紧上下终板,形成牢固固定;整个胸腰椎融合期采用碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料,具有良好的生物相容性和耐磨性能。

椎间融合器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人体颈椎植入器械。
背景技术
传统的颈椎前路减压术在减压完成后需要从患者的髂前取块状骨,然后作椎间植骨融合,而髂前大块取骨后的局部并发症发生率达25%,包括取骨区的疼痛、感染、髂骨翼的骨折等。
颈椎椎间融合器为椎间植骨融合提供了框架,我们只需要在髂前切2cm的小口,用专用的取骨器械取一定量的松质骨,填入椎间融合器中植入椎间就可以取得即刻的稳定。
融合器多采用高分子材料作成,可以透过X线,便于对植骨融合的观察,并且融合器内有金属标志物,可以显示融合器的位置。
要求椎间融合器有一定弹性,最好接近人体组织的弹性模量值,材料具有良好的生物相容性。
发明内容
基于上述内容,本发明提供一种用于颈椎前路手术的椎间融合器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:

如图1所示,椎间融合器,呈空心多边形体,上下表面均有均布的齿状小突起1,中间为椭圆状空心2,便于放置人工髓核;在左右两个侧面设置有矩形槽3,矩形槽3使得融合器具有较好弹性;正侧面有三个通孔,其中两侧的两个孔为光孔4,中间的孔为螺纹孔5,螺纹孔5与椭圆形空心2连通,便于手术安装返修手术的时候采用相应带螺纹工具取出和放入椎体;同时中间的孔可以观察人工髓核放置情况;两个侧面的矩形槽3设置有上下贯通的孔洞6,孔洞结构便于减轻结构重量,同时易于组织长入;均布的齿状小突起1便于咬紧上下终板,形成牢固固定;整个胸腰椎融合期采用碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料,具有良好的生物相容性和耐磨性能。

1.椎间融合器,其特征在于,上下表面均有均布的齿状小突起,中间为椭圆状空心;正侧面有三个通孔,其中两侧的两个孔为光孔,中间的孔为螺纹孔,螺纹孔与椭圆形空心连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,在左右两个侧面设置有矩形槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,两个侧面的矩形槽设置有上下贯通的孔洞。
