Abstract

本发明公开了一种接骨板万向锁定加压装置,是在接骨板本体上设有长形滑孔,长形滑孔内安装有锁紧滑块,锁紧滑块上设有锥形螺钉孔,锥形螺钉孔内装有锥头螺钉,长形滑孔横截面的两内侧轮廓线形状为弧形,锁紧滑块的两侧面形状为与其相适应的弧面,锁紧滑块的中部带有凹形缺口。锁紧滑块不仅可以在长形滑孔内滑动,加压效果好,而且可以左右摆动,使螺钉按临床需要调整方向,减小操作难度,由于锁紧滑块两侧面为弧面,在旋紧螺钉后可完全避免锁紧滑块的脱出,提高了手术质量。

接骨板万向锁定加压装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种接骨板,具体地说是涉及一种接骨板的锁定加压装置。
背景技术
接骨板是目前治疗骨折最常用的内固定器材。传统的金属接骨板是在接骨板本体上设有螺钉固定孔,通过带有锥形外螺纹的螺钉固定。为提高治疗效果,加快骨折断端愈合,近年来出现了诸如专利号为200520009461.1的加压接骨板,它们都是通过螺钉和螺钉孔的斜面实现加压,调节距离短,加压效果差,并且螺钉方向不可调节,致使操作麻烦,影响手术质量。由本申请人发明的专利号为201020014496.5的万向锁定金属接骨板虽然可以调节螺钉方向,但无加压效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种既可以方便调节螺钉方向,又可以任意调节加压距离的接骨板锁定加压装置,以减小手术操作难度,提高治疗效果。
本发明是对现有接骨板的改进,它是在接骨板本体上设有长形滑孔,长形滑孔内安装有锁紧滑块,锁紧滑块上设有锥形螺钉孔,锥形螺钉孔内装有锥头螺钉。长形滑孔的两侧面为内弧面,即长形滑孔横截面的两内侧轮廓线形状为弧形,锁紧滑块的两侧面形状为与其相适应的外弧面,锁紧滑块的中部带有凹形缺口,该凹形缺口将锁紧滑块分成对称的两瓣,但两瓣的底面相连接。
本发明的锁紧滑块可以在长形滑孔内滑动,任意调节加压距离,因而加压效果好;由于长形滑孔的两侧面为弧面,锁紧滑块的两侧面同样为与其相适应的弧面,从而在旋紧螺钉后可完全避免了锁紧滑块的脱出,并且在操作时锁紧滑块可以左右摆动,使螺钉按临床需要调整方向,减小了操作难度,提高了手术质量。

具体实施方式
附图所示实施例,本发明是在接骨板本体1上设有长形滑孔2,长形滑孔2内安装有锁紧滑块3,锁紧滑块3上设有锥形螺钉孔3-3,锥形螺钉孔3-3内装有锥头螺钉4。长形滑孔2横截面的两内侧轮廓线形状为弧形,也就是说,长形滑孔2的两纵向表面为内弧面,锁紧滑块3的两侧面形状为与其相适应的外弧面3-1。锁紧滑块3的中部带有凹形缺口3-2,该凹形缺口3-2将锁紧滑块3分成对称的两瓣,但其底面还稍有连接,这样在安装时,向内压缩两瓣即可方便地将锁紧滑块3卡进长形滑孔2内。操作时,可以在长形滑孔2内滑动锁紧滑块3以适应加压需要,并且可以左右摆动锁紧滑块3以使锥头螺钉4按临床需要调整方向,待调节合适后,拧紧锥头螺钉4,锥头螺钉4的锥头将锁紧滑块3的两瓣向外撑开,压紧在长形滑孔2内壁以实现锁定。由于二者为弧面接触,因而不会脱出。

Claims (1)

1.一种接骨板万向锁定加压装置,是在接骨板本体(1)上设有长形滑孔(2),长形滑孔(2)内安装有锁紧滑块(3),锁紧滑块(3)上设有锥形螺钉孔(3-3),锥形螺钉孔(3-3)内装有锥头螺钉(4),其特征在于:长形滑孔(2)的两侧面为内弧面,锁紧滑块(3)的两侧面形状为与其相适应的外弧面(3-1),锁紧滑块(3)的中部带有凹形缺口(3-2)。
