Abstract

一种胶带座,包括一用于放置胶带筒的卷轴、一设有一第一刀片的按压件、一设有一第二刀片的支撑组件,所述卷轴设于所述支撑组件的一端,所述按压件通过弹性元件可滑动地组设于所述支撑组件上,所述第一刀片可相对所述第二刀片滑动并相配合来切割从该胶带筒拉出并位于第一刀片与第二刀片之间的胶带。上述胶带座可方便、快捷的进行胶带的切割操作。

本发明涉及一种胶带座。
背景技术
现有的胶带座切割胶带的方式大多是应用锯齿片,并以拉扯胶带的方式来让锯齿片切割胶带,很不方便。而且在切割胶带时如果施加的力过大很容易扯坏胶带,并且切口部分也会随着锯齿片形成锯齿状的切口,很不美观。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种可更加容易切割胶带的胶带座,且切口整齐、美观。
一种胶带座,包括一用于放置胶带筒的卷轴、一设有一第一刀片的按压件、一设有一第二刀片的支撑组件,所述卷轴设于所述支撑组件的一端,所述卷轴为一空心的圆柱体,其一端凸设一圈凸出部,所述支撑组件包括一第一及一第二支撑件,所述第一及第二支撑件分别包括一个可供所述卷轴穿过的圆环,所述第二支撑件的圆环内壁上设有一圈可卡入所述凸出部的凹槽,以将所述卷轴固定于所述支撑件上,所述按压件通过弹性元件可滑动地组设于所述支撑组件上,所述第一刀片可相对所述第二刀片滑动并相配合来切割从该胶带筒拉出并位于第一刀片与第二刀片之间的胶带。
上述胶带座通过按压所述按压件使所述第一刀片相对第二刀片运动来切割胶带,从而可方便、快捷地切割胶带,而且切口整齐、美观。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明胶带座100的较佳实施方式包括一按压件10、一可转动套设一胶带筒的卷轴20、由一第一支撑件30与一第二支撑件40组成支撑组件及两个滚筒50。
所述按压件10包括一长方形的按压部12,所述按压部12的一长边的两端沿斜向下方向延伸出两个第一按压杆14,所述两第一按压杆14的末端弯折成一角度后继续延伸出两个与所述按压部12大致平行的第二按压杆16,所述两第二按压杆16的末端固定连接一第一刀片60,所述第一刀片60的下部设有一斜的刀刃,每一第二按压杆16的两端内侧各凸设一丁字形的卡扣部19,每一卡扣部19包括一水平的凸柱192及一竖直的凸柱194。
所述卷轴20为一空心的圆柱体,其一端靠近边缘处凸设一圈凸出部22。
所述第一支撑件30包括一个可套设所述卷轴20的圆环31、两平行设于所述圆环31一侧的滑槽32、两个设于所述两个滑槽32之间的定位孔34。第一支撑件30远离该圆环31的端面的下部设有两螺孔37,以固定一第二刀片70。每一滑槽32可收容一弹簧36,其底部凸设一凸柱322。所述第二刀片70于一端附近处对应所述螺孔37设有两通孔72。所述第二刀片70的上部设有一斜的刀刃。
所述第二支撑件40与所述第一支撑件30基本相同,包括一圆环41、两滑槽(图未示)、两定位孔44。每一滑槽可收容一弹簧46,其底部凸设一凸柱(图未示)。所述第二支撑件40与所述第一支撑件30不同之处仅在于:所述圆环41的内壁上还设有一圈与所述卷轴20的凸出部22相对应的凹槽412。另外,所述第二支撑件40远离该圆环41的端面未设置螺孔。
每一滚筒50为一圆柱体,其两端分别凸设一与所述定位孔34、44相对应的凸块52。
请参照图2,组装时,将所述两滚筒50的凸块52对应插入所述第一支撑件30及第二支撑件40的定位孔34、44。藉由一对螺丝38穿过所述第二刀片70的通孔72再螺锁进所述第一支撑件30的螺孔37内以使所述第二刀片70固定在所述第一支撑件30上。将所述弹簧36、46放于所述第一支撑件30的滑槽32及第二支撑件40的滑槽内且一端套设在所述第一支撑件30的凸柱322及第二支撑件40的凸柱上,将所述按压件10的卡扣部19滑动收容在第一支撑件30的滑槽32及第二支撑件40的滑槽内,所述弹簧36、46的另一端套设在卡扣部19的凸柱194上,所述弹簧36、46的两端抵接卡扣部19的凸柱192及第一支撑件30的滑槽32及第二支撑件40的滑槽的底部。此时所述按压件10的第二按压杆16分别位于所述第一支撑件30及第二支撑件40的外侧,所述第一刀片60位于所述第一支撑件30及第二支撑件40的前端且与所述第二刀片70相对。将所述卷轴20伸进所述第一支撑件30及第二支撑件40的圆环31及41内,且使所述卷轴20的凸出部22卡入所述圆环41的凹槽412中,以固定所述卷轴20。
请参照图3,使用时,取出所述卷轴20,将胶带筒套设在所述卷轴20上,再将卷轴20重新安放在所述第一支撑件30及第二支撑件40的圆环31及41内,再将胶带筒的胶带拉出并穿过所述两滚筒50之间进行使用。当要切割胶带时,按压所述按压件10的按压部12,所述第二按压杆16将随着按压部12向下运动并压缩弹簧36、46,此时所述第一刀片60的刀刃朝向第二刀片70的刀刃运动可相互配合将所述胶带剪断,松开所述按压部12,弹簧36、46恢复变形使10回复到初始位置。本发明胶带座100通过所述第一刀片60相对第二刀片70运动来切割胶带,不仅操作十分方便、快捷,而且切口整齐、美观。

Claims (7)

1.一种胶带座,包括一用于放置胶带筒的卷轴、一设有一第一刀片的按压件、一设有一第二刀片的支撑组件,所述卷轴设于所述支撑组件的一端,所述卷轴为一空心的圆柱体,其一端凸设一圈凸出部,所述支撑组件包括一第一及一第二支撑件,所述第一及第二支撑件分别包括一个可供所述卷轴穿过的圆环,所述第二支撑件的圆环内壁上设有一圈可供所述凸出部卡入的凹槽,以将所述卷轴固定于所述支撑件上,所述按压件通过弹性元件可滑动地组设于所述支撑组件上,所述第一刀片可相对所述第二刀片滑动并相配合来切割从该胶带筒拉出并位于第一刀片与第二刀片之间的胶带。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶带座,其特征在于:所述第一及第二支撑件分别包括可收容所述弹性元件的滑槽,所述按压件包括一按压部,所述按压部的一长边的两端沿斜向下方向延伸出两个第一按压杆,所述两第一按压杆的末端弯折成一角度后继续延伸出两个与所述按压部大致平行的第二按压杆,每一第二按压杆凸设有卡扣部,所述卡扣部可滑动收容于所述滑槽并抵接所述弹簧。
3.如权利要求2所述的胶带座,其特征在于:所述弹性元件为弹簧,所述滑槽的底部设有凸柱,所述卡扣部包括一与所述滑槽的凸柱相对的第一凸柱,所述弹簧的两端分别套设于所述凸柱。
4.如权利要求3所述的胶带座,其特征在于:所述卡扣部还包括一与第一凸柱垂直的第二凸柱,所述弹簧的两端分别抵接所述第二凸柱及所述滑槽的底部。
5.如权利要求2所述的胶带座,其特征在于:所述第一刀片设置在两第二按压杆的末端并设有一斜的刀刃,所述第二刀片对应设在第一支撑件并设有一斜的刀刃。
6.如权利要求5所述的胶带座,其特征在于:所述第一支撑件的端面设有螺孔,所述第二刀片设有通孔,藉由螺丝穿过所述第二刀片的通孔再螺锁进所述第一支撑件的螺孔内以使所述第二刀片固定在所述第一支撑件上且刀刃向上。
7.如权利要求1所述的胶带座,其特征在于:所述胶带座还包括两滚筒,每一滚筒的两端分别凸设一凸块,所述第一及第二支撑件分别设有两定位孔,所述两滚筒的凸块卡入所述两定位孔以使所述两滚筒卡固在所述支撑件内,以导引从胶带筒拉出的胶带。
