Abstract
本发明涉及在深海水封堵泄漏油汽管的方法,本发明是利用电动机转动船上的与差动滑轮拉链相连的齿轮,差动滑轮以漏油法兰钢管对接的法兰和钢管为支撑,利用差动滑轮的拉力把圆台形钢铜管压入漏油钢管口内或漏油管内的法兰管口内来封堵漏油钢管,并能收集原油。

本发明涉及封堵深海水泄漏油汽管的方法,属于环境保护技术类。
背景技术
目前,封堵深海水泄漏油汽管的方法是利用控油罩罩在漏油管口上方后往漏油管内注入水泥来封堵。
发明内容
为了封堵深海水漏油钢管,本发明提供一种以漏油法兰钢管对接的法兰、钢管上的法兰阀门和钢管为支撑,差动滑轮拉力所做的功把圆台形钢铜管压入漏油钢管口内或漏油钢管相邻的法兰管口内来封漏和收集原油。
本发明为在深海水封堵泄漏油汽管所采用的技术方案是:用钢板封闭的钢管顶部有导油管伸到海面油船内,关闭导油管顶部阀门,在钢管的顶部中央焊有铁环,钢管的底端附近圆周均匀分布有铁环,用钢板封闭的钢管底部中央有钢管,并外层铜和内层钢管、钢管底部形成一体的前端细后端粗的圆台形钢铜管,后端粗的圆台形钢铜管外径略大于漏油管口内径或法兰管口内径,前端细的圆台形钢铜管能伸入漏油管口内或法兰管口内,船上的滑轮起重机通过圆台形钢铜管顶部铁环把圆台形钢铜管放入到接近漏油管口正上方,对称的垂直于油管的支架用螺栓、螺母紧固在与漏油法兰钢管对接的法兰下的顶部钢管上,差动滑轮的定滑轮挂在对称支架的支架孔上和用铁链系在与漏油法兰钢管对接的法兰下的顶部钢管上、法兰阀门下的钢管上,差动滑轮的动滑轮挂在圆台形钢铜管圆周铁环上,放松滑轮起重机对圆台形钢铜管的拉力,用电动机匀速转动与差动滑轮拉链相连的船上的齿轮,差动滑轮通过支架和铁链以与漏油法兰钢管对接的法兰、钢管上的法兰阀门和钢管为支撑把圆台形钢铜管压着井喷的推力往漏油管口移动和压入漏油钢管内或法兰管口内来封堵漏油,打开导油管阀门时收集原油。
本发明的有益效果是防止发生生态灾难,又为继续在海底开采石油提供安全保障。

如图1所示用铁板封闭的钢管顶部有导油管8伸到海面油船18内,关闭导油管顶部阀门9,在钢管的顶部中央焊有铁环7,钢管的底端附近圆周均匀分布有铁环12,用钢板封闭的钢管底部中央有钢管28,并外层铜29和内层钢管28、钢管底部形成一体的前端细后端粗的圆台形钢铜管27,并后端粗的圆台形钢铜管27外径略大于漏油管16口内径或法兰管口25内径,前端细的圆台形钢铜管27能伸入漏油管16口或法兰管口25内,船上的滑轮起重机10通过圆台形钢铜管顶部铁环7把圆台形钢铜管27放入到接近漏油管口正上方,对称的垂直于油管1的支架3用螺栓、螺母6紧固在与漏油法兰钢管对接的法兰2下的顶部钢管1上,差动滑轮5的定滑轮挂在对称支架的支架孔4上和用铁链19系在与漏油法兰钢管对接的法兰2下的顶部钢管1上、法兰阀门26下的钢管1上,差动滑轮5的动滑轮挂在圆台形钢铜管铁环12上,放松滑轮起重机10对圆台形钢铜管27的拉力,用电动机匀速转动与差动滑轮拉链11相连的船18上的齿轮17,差动滑轮5通过支架3和铁链19以与漏油法兰钢管对接的法兰2、钢管上的法兰阀门26和钢管1为支撑把圆台形钢铜管27的前端细的圆台形钢铜管压着井喷的推力往漏油管口移动和压入漏油钢管16口内或法兰管口25内来封堵漏油,打开导油管顶部阀门9时收集原油。
Claims (2)
1.一种在深海水封堵泄漏油汽管的方法,其特征是:对称的垂直于油管(1)的支架(3)用螺栓、螺母(6)紧固在与漏油法兰钢管对接的法兰(2)下的顶部钢管(1)上,差动滑轮(5)的定滑轮挂在对称支架的支架孔(4)上和用铁链(19)系在漏油法兰钢管对接的法兰(2)下的顶部钢管(1)上、法兰阀门(26)下的钢管(1)上,差动滑轮(5)的动滑轮挂在圆台形钢铜管铁环(12)上,放松滑轮起重机(10)对圆台形钢铜管(27)的拉力,用电动机匀速转动与差动滑轮拉链(11)相连的放在船(18)上的齿轮(17),差动滑轮(5)通过支架(3)和铁链(19)以法兰(2)、法兰阀门(26)和钢管(1)为支撑,把圆台形钢铜管(27)的前端细的圆台形钢铜管压入漏油钢管(16)口内或法兰管口(25)内来封堵漏油钢管,打开导油管顶部阀门(9)时收集原油。
2.权利要求1所述的一种在深海水封堵泄漏油汽管的方法,其特征在于,所述圆台形钢铜管(27)是用铁板封闭的钢管顶部有导油管(8)伸到海面油船(18)内,导油管顶部有关闭的阀门(9),在钢管的顶部中央焊有铁环(7),钢管底端附近圆周均匀分布有铁环(12),用钢板封闭的钢管底部中央有钢管(28),并外层铜(29)和内层钢管(28)、钢管底部形成一体的前端细后端粗的圆台形钢铜管(27),并后端粗的圆台形钢铜管(27)外径略大于漏油管(16)口内径或法兰管口(25)内径,前端细的圆台形钢铜管(27)能伸入漏油管(16)口或法兰管口(25)内。
