Abstract

本发明公开了一种调心滚柱导轨块,包括滚柱、滑块和返向器,滚柱安装在滑块内,返向器设置在滑块的两端,在滑块内朝向轨道基准面一侧设有圆弧状调心块安装槽,在调心块安装槽内设有与调心块安装槽相适配且能沿圆弧方向自由转动的圆弧状调心块。本发明通过调心块自动纠正安装基准面和轨道基准面的制造误差,使得滚柱导轨块在受承载时,滚柱和轨道基面可以完全接触,实现滚柱的高承载、高刚性、高寿命的特性,同时大大降低了安装基准面和滚道基准面的制造要求,从而有效提高滚柱导轨块在使用中的刚性和疲劳寿命。

Description

调心滚柱导轨块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚柱导轨块,具体地说是一种可自动纠正安装误差的调心滚柱导轨块。
技术背景
滚柱导轨块的主要作用为高承载和做线性运动,而导轨块在安装使用时,如图1a和图1b所示,其中11为工作台、12为轨道、13为安装基准面、14为轨道基准面、15为滚柱、16为滑块。由于安装基准面和轨道基准面不可能出现绝对平行,总会有出现θ斜度的误差。然而一般滚柱导轨的设计在出现θ安装误差时,滚道基准面和滚柱之间的接触形式为点接触,如图1b所示。这样在受作用力时会在接触点出现非常大的应力集中现象,特别是θ较大,即安装基准面误差很大时,滚柱导轨块以及滚道的寿命会大大的减少。所以要实现滚柱导轨块的正常使用就必须要求“安装基准面”和“轨道基准面”平行度非常高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中由于安装基准面和轨道基准面不平行而带来的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种调心滚柱导轨块,该滚柱导轨块通过调心块自动纠正安装基准面和轨道基准面的制造误差,使得滚柱导轨块在受承载时,滚柱和轨道基面可以完全接触,实现滚柱的高承载、高刚性、高寿命的特性;同时大大降低了安装基准面和滚道基准面的制造要求。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种调心滚柱导轨块,包括滚柱、滑块和返向器,滚柱安装在滑块内,返向器设置在滑块的两端,其特征在于:在滑块内朝向轨道基准面一侧设有圆弧状调心块安装槽,在调心块安装槽内设有与调心块安装槽相适配且能沿圆弧方向自由转动的圆弧状调心块。
本发明中,调心块的材质与滑块的材质相同,采用具有耐磨性材料制作。调心块与滚柱接触部分与滑块内部滚道相适配,即作为传统设计的滑块内部滚道,表面采用一定的处理,与滚柱动态运动时具有较高的承载和抗疲劳性能。
本发明采用调心块结构,调心块和滑块采用一定的圆弧接触,具有沿与滑块接触的圆弧方向自由转动自由度,实现可调心性能。与现有技术相比,本发明通过调心块自动纠正安装基准面和轨道基准面的制造误差,使得滚柱导轨块在受承载时,滚柱和轨道基面可以完全接触,实现滚柱的高承载、高刚性、高寿命的特性;同时大大降低了安装基准面和滚道基准面的制造要求。

具体实施方式
一种本发明所述的调心滚柱导轨块,见图2,该调心滚柱导轨块包括滚柱1、滑块2和返向器3,滚柱1安装在滑块2内,返向器3设置在滑块2的两端。滑块2和返向器3紧密配合形成滚柱1循环回路,使得滚柱1在其中可以流畅运行。在滑块1内朝向轨道基准面一侧设有圆弧状调心块安装槽21,在调心块安装槽21内设有圆弧状调心块4,圆弧状调心块4是与调心块安装槽21相适配的圆弧状,且圆弧状调心块4能在圆弧状调心块安装槽21内沿圆弧方向自由转动。
调心块4的材质与滑块2的材质相同,采用具有耐磨性材料制作。调心块4与滚柱1接触部分与滑块2内部滚道相适配,即作为传统设计的滑块内部滚道,表面采用一定的处理。调心块4与滚柱1动态运动时具有较高的承载和抗疲劳性能。
图3a是本发明的安装示意图;图3b是图3a的B-B方向视图。由于安装基准面13和轨道基准面14不可能出现绝对平行,总会有出现θ斜度的误差。本发明采用调心块结构,调心块4和滑块2采用一定的圆弧接触,具有沿与滑块接触的圆弧方向自由转动自由度,通过调心块自动纠正安装基准面和轨道基准面的制造误差,实现可调心性能。使得滚柱导轨块在受承载时,滚柱1和轨道基准面14可以完全接触,实现滚柱的高承载、高刚性、高寿命的特性;同时大大降低了安装基准面和滚道基准面的制造要求。

Claims (3)

1.一种调心滚柱导轨块,包括滚柱(1)、滑块(2)和返向器(3),滚柱(1)安装在滑块(2)内,返向器(3)设置在滑块(2)的两端,其特征在于:在滑块(2)内朝向轨道基准面一侧设有圆弧状调心块安装槽(21),在调心块安装槽(21)内设有与调心块安装槽(21)相适配且能沿圆弧方向自由转动的圆弧状调心块(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调心滚柱导轨块,其特征在于:调心块(4)的材质与滑块(2)的材质相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的调心滚柱导轨块,其特征在于:调心块(4)与滚柱(1)接触部分与滑块(2)内部滚道相适配。
