背景技术
[0002] 近年来,钢铁行业在减排SO2方面做了大量工作,如使用低硫煤,燃煤锅炉逐步采 取脱硫措施等,这使得从2005年开始我国钢铁行业SO2排放增幅大大趋缓。但由于烧结球 团工序脱硫在我国发展缓慢,其SO2排放仍处于上升趋势,占整个钢铁工业SO2排放的比重 也越来越大,因此烧结烟气脱硫已经成为我国钢铁企业节能减排的必要措施,且刻不容缓。
[0003] 钢铁行业烧结烟气具有二氧化硫浓度变化大,温度变化大,流量变化大,水分含量 大,含氧量高,含有多种污染成分等特点,从而使钢铁行业烧结烟气进行脱硫具有很大难 度,烟气脱硫(FGD)是目前唯一可大规模削减SO2污染的可行与实用技术。我国钢铁企业由 于受资金和脱硫技术问题困扰,烧结烟气脱硫研究和应用方面基本上还处于起步状态。国 内有些学者对烧结过程进行过脱硫技术研究但未见工业化应用报道。部分冶金工程类企业 正积极寻求成熟技术,尝试与国外领先的环保技术企业合作,个别领先的钢铁企业自身也 在研发或引进技术,在燃煤电厂脱硫市场的环保公司也意识到自身在专业上的不足,加强 了在钢铁行业烟气处理方面的研发。国家已将烧结烟气脱硫列入2020年钢铁行业科技发 展指南的重点开发课题和科技发展规划的重点开发课题。
[0004] 目前,我国已投运的烧结烟气脱硫装置采用的脱硫工艺有循环流化床法、氨一硫 铵法、密相干塔法、石灰石/石灰一石膏法等不同工艺,各自具有不同的优势和局限。柳钢 正在建设烧结机烟气脱硫工程,采用氨_硫酸铵法脱硫工艺,将焦化厂产生的高氨废水与 含硫烟气进行反应,吸收其中的SO2生产硫酸铵。该法脱硫效率高,又利用了副产品氨水, 但工艺操作不当会造成气氛逸出使排气不达标,液氮或高浓度的氨水属于危险化学品,安 全要求高,在脱硫过程中有大量过程废水需要处理。。
[0005] 济钢在120m2烧结机新建了一套循环流化床半干法脱硫设施,该方法系统简单,占 地面积小,运行可靠,对煤种适应性强,高、低浓度的SO2烟气都可以处理,节能,无废水,系 统基本无腐蚀。但烟气量的不稳定变化会影响到吸收剂的硫化状态不稳定,导致脱硫效果 以随烟气量的变化而影响,为了维持高的循环倍率,设备磨损比较严重。
[0006] 包钢自产矿含氟高,在烧结烟气净化上采用了湿法脱硫除氟净化工艺,该工艺的 脱氟率和脱硫率分别达到95%和75%以上,耗水量仅为湿法的1/20,耗电量仅为湿法的 1/4,无废水排放,反应产物不腐蚀管道;净化烟气水份含量少,大大减轻了包钢烧结生产烟 气外排形成酸雨对周边环境及设备的损害。但半干法脱硫率和吸收剂利用率低,在硫分高 时,运性费用高。
[0007] 因此,尽快解决烧结机烟气脱硫问题,已成为钢铁行业实现循环经济和可持续发 展的一个重要课题,烧结烟气脱硫已经成为我国钢铁企业节能减排的必要措施,且刻不容缓。
3发明内容
[0008] 针对以上提出的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种脱硫效率高,设备磨损小,运行成 本低,运行可靠的烟气烧结机脱硫系统。
[0009] 本发明通过以下技术措施实现的,一种烟气烧结机脱硫系统,包括反应器、烟气引 风单元、物态分离单元、固态物回送及填料单元、吸收剂加入单元以及数据采集单元;其中, 所述反应器的下方设置为文丘里结构的文丘里部;所述烟气引风单元包括将经过预除尘的 烧结机烟气由风机管道输送至反应器底部的引风机;所述物态分离单元包括与反应器顶部 排气口管接的初级旋风分离器、与初级旋风分离器管接的次级旋风分离器、通过控制阀接 通初级旋风分离器和次级旋风分离器气态物出口的布袋除尘器以及管接布袋除尘器出口 的排风机;所述固态物回送及填料单元包括接通初级旋风分离器和次级旋风分离器固态物 出口的循环灰斗、脱硫剂给料机,以及连通循环灰斗、脱硫剂给料机与反应器的反应剂给料 机;所述吸收剂加入单元包括水槽、浆槽、连通水槽的水泵、连通浆槽的浆泵、连通空气的空 压机,其中水泵、浆泵、空压机的出口与反应器的下方文丘里部连通。

[0017] 本发明只要是将烧结机出来的烟气,经过预除尘器后从底部进入反应器。反应器 底部为文丘里结构,烟气流经时被加速。烟气通过反应器下部的文丘里部时加速,进入上方 的循环流化床体。吸收剂通过一套喷射装置在反应器底部喷入,循环脱硫灰从反应器底部 的另侧输送进入反应器。吸收剂和循环脱硫灰受加速的烟气冲击悬浮起来形成流化床,物 料在循环流化床里,由于气流的作用形成气固两相流机制,极大地强化了气固间的传质与 传热,与烟气充分混合完成脱硫反应。

[0019] (1)循环流化床反应器:从烧结机出来的烟气,通过反应器底部进入反应器。然后 烟气通过反应器下部的文丘里部加速,进入循环流化床体,物料在循环流化床里,由于气流 的作用,产生激烈的湍动与混合,气固两相充分接触,这样循环流化床内两相流机制,极大 地强化了气固间的传质与传热,为实现高脱硫率提供了根本的保证。

4流线型布风板使气流在塔内分布更均勻;在反应器的顶部,大部分的颗粒物在两级旋风分 离器的作用下,沿反应器壁下落。剩余部分则与烟气一同离开反应器进入下游的布袋除尘 器,最终被分离并收集到除尘器料斗内。
[0022] (4)由循环灰斗、脱硫剂给料机和反应剂螺旋给料机组成的固态物回送及填料单 元:烟气在上升过程中,颗粒一部分随烟气被带出反应器,一部分因自重重新回流到循环流 化床内,进一步增加了流化床的床层颗粒浓度和延长吸收剂的反应时间。

[0025] 本发明有强大的功能和良好的性能,在系统优化后,能解决目前各行业烟气脱硫 系统中脱硫率低、安全系数低、运营成本高、排气不达标、工程应用少等缺陷、具有广泛的市 场价值。控制脱硫除尘器入口烟气温度,防止出现板结;更精确的调整烟气温度和提高脱硫 效率,更有效的控制反应器内的湿度,确保进入脱硫除尘器中的脱硫灰具有良好的流动状 态;采用流线型布风板使气流在塔内分布更均勻;多管文丘里结构减少了单个文丘里的高 度,增加了反应区的高度和脱硫反应时间,提高了脱硫效率,改善了反应器内的流场,整个 系统脱硫效率高,设备磨损小,运行成本低,运行可靠。

[0035] 利用上述的烟气烧结机脱硫系统对一煤粉燃烧装置的烟气进行脱硫,该燃烧装置 提供烟气量为300〜600Nm3/h、温度为140〜180°C的烟气。煤粉燃烧装置主要由制粉系 统、燃烧系统、数据采集和控制系统以及烟气取样在线系统组成,通过对煤粉燃烧装置进 行调节来满足烟气循环流化床脱硫试验的要求。在脱硫运行过程中技术负荷适应能力在 50%〜110%,可满足锅炉负荷多变的运行要求;烟尘排放小于50mg/m3,且系统除尘效率不 低于99% ;SO2排放小于260mg/m3,且系统脱硫效率不低于95% ;NOx排放小于400mg/m3,且 系统脱硝效率不低于35% ;HCl排放小于75mg/m3,且系统HCl脱除率不低于80% ;Hg排放 小于0. 2mg/m3,且总Hg脱除率不低于60% ;二恶类物质的排放小于Ing TEQ/m3,且二恶英 类物质的脱除率不低于90%。单位运行成本150-300元/t S02。

Claims (8)
- 一种烟气烧结机脱硫系统,其特征在于:包括反应器、烟气引风单元、物态分离单元、固态物回送及填料单元、吸收剂加入单元以及数据采集单元;其中,所述反应器的下方设置为文丘里结构的文丘里部;所述烟气引风单元包括将经过预除尘的烧结机烟气由风机管道输送至反应器底部的引风机;所述物态分离单元包括与反应器顶部排气口管接的初级旋风分离器、与初级旋风分离器管接的次级旋风分离器、通过控制阀接通初级旋风分离器和次级旋风分离器气态物出口的布袋除尘器以及管接布袋除尘器出口的排风机;所述固态物回送及填料单元包括接通初级旋风分离器和次级旋风分离器固态物出口的循环灰斗、脱硫剂给料机,以及连通循环灰斗、脱硫剂给料机与反应器的反应剂给料机;所述吸收剂加入单元包括水槽、浆槽、连通水槽的水泵、连通浆槽的浆泵、连通空气的空压机,其中水泵、浆泵、空压机的出口与反应器的下方文丘里部连通。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的烟气烧结机脱硫系统,其特征在于:所述数据采集单元包括 设置在引风机和排风机附近管道的多个烟气成分分析仪、控制各部件和控制阀工作状态的 PLC以及电连接PLC和烟气成分分析仪的工业计算机。
- 3.根据权利要求1所述的烟气烧结机脱硫系统,其特征在于:所述反应器在文丘里部 上方为高度为24. 6m,直径为2. 4m的柱状。
- 4.根据权利要求1所述的烟气烧结机脱硫系统,其特征在于:所述初级旋风分离器与 次级旋风分离器由二个控制阀管接成一锁气结构。
- 5.根据权利要求1所述的烟气烧结机脱硫系统,其特征在于:所述反应剂给料机为螺 旋给料机。
- 6.根据权利要求1所述的烟气烧结机脱硫系统,其特征在于:所述空压机的出口还管 接在布袋除尘器上。
- 7.根据权利要求1所述的烟气烧结机脱硫系统,其特征在于:所述吸收剂加入单元由 喷嘴连通反应器的文丘里部。
- 8.根据权利要求1所述的烟气烧结机脱硫系统,其特征在于:所述烟气引风单元还包 括连接在引风机上的调节风门。
