我国是一个农业大国,发展农村沼气给农村经济发展、农民增收节支提供新的机遇。老的沼气发酵技术存在建池难、管理难、效益难发挥的问题。节约利用资源,倡导低碳生活,发展生态循环农业,解决农村环境污染,开发绿色能源,沼气建设将发挥更为显著的作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种盘龙式干湿发酵沼气池,解决了传统沼气发酵技术建池难、管理难、效益难发挥的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
盘龙式干湿发酵沼气池,其特征在于:所述盘龙式干湿发酵沼气池包括干湿厌氧发酵池,所述干湿厌氧发酵池中部设有圆柱形水压间,即排粪门,圆柱形水压间一侧设有漏斗形进料口,漏斗形进料口与干湿厌氧发酵池连通,漏斗形进料口下方一侧设有发酵池隔墙板,干湿厌氧发酵池靠近发酵池隔墙板处设有出料门,所述出料门与圆柱形型水压间连通,所述干湿厌氧发酵池连接有导气管,圆柱形水压间与漏斗形进料口上设有盖板。
所述的盘龙式干湿发酵沼气池,其特征在于:盘踞一周龙身内直径1200毫米,所述圆柱形水压间深2400毫米,直径1200毫米,所述圆柱形水压间上口直径800毫米,高900毫米,下口直径400毫米。
“盘龙式干湿发酵沼气池”形状像一条大龙盘踞在地面,盘踞的一周或数周形如沼气池内厌氧干湿发酵池,升出盘踞中心的龙头形如沼气池的圆柱形水压间即出料池,翘起的龙尾形如沼气池进料口。
本发明的有益技术效果有:
1.整体池型:圆、小、浅,结构紧凑合理,受力均匀。
2.进料方便,适用于各种农作物秸秆、人畜粪便、生活污水。
3.出料方便,因进料是新料推动旧料在发酵池内自动旋转一周后从排粪门排入出料池。
4.发酵周期长,发酵物在池内旋转一周进行完全分解发酵;产气率高,达标排放好。
5.发酵面积大,它是传统沼气池发酵面积几倍。
6.进、出料池相连通,沼液自动旋转循环,促进了沼气菌生长,加快沼气发酵速度。
7.池浅,全池无密封盖,使用方便安全。
本发明使沼气发酵适合工厂化生产,投入沼气池内的农作物秸秆不需要切断或粉碎,省工、省时、省电。进料方便,人畜粪便、生活污水直接入池内旋转发酵,既产沼气,又能解决农村环境污染,它与传统的沼气池相比功效提高几倍,是实现节能减排,改造传统产业闯出了一条新路。
