一种用亚甲基蓝治疗鱼体水霉病的方法
技术领域:
本发明属于水产养殖病害防治技术,是一种有效治疗鱼类苗种水霉病的方法。
背景技术:
早春、晚冬时节,由于拉网操作不当或苗种运输中的碰撞等原因,致使鱼类苗种擦伤,未采取有效消毒措施,造成鱼类苗种患上水霉病。该病原为水霉菌,水温较低时,繁延速度快,大量感染鱼类苗种后,使鱼呼吸困难、行动缓慢,鱼体消瘦,不久便死亡。
治疗水霉病的特效药物孔雀石绿被禁用后,各种替代产品层出不穷,但大多疗效一般。而亚甲基蓝能够有效、快速地杀灭水霉菌,彻底治愈水霉病。亚甲基蓝是一种深绿色有光泽的柱状结晶或细小褐色粉末,易溶于水,水溶液呈蓝色,具碱性,药性温和,对鱼毒性较低,治疗水霉病效果显著。该药对鱼体寄生虫也有较强的杀灭作用,也可用于亚硝酸盐和氰化物中毒的解毒。本品有助于增强鱼的呼吸机能,故使用时无需增氧,是目前市场上最理想的治疗水霉病的良药。

本发明的目的:是提供一种有效治疗鱼类苗种水霉病的防治方法。
本发明的内容是这样实现的:
确诊鱼类苗种患水霉病后,将亚甲基蓝用水溶解,然后按2-4g/m3水体终浓度全池遍洒,视病情可连用2次。
本发明的优点是:
1、方法简单;
2、操作方便;
3、治愈率高,痊愈快。
具体实施方式:
下面通过1治疗实例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施1例:
某精养池塘,面积5亩,水深1米,从外地购进鲢、鳙鱼时,没有进行鱼种消毒,鱼种投放前池塘也未进行严格消毒,鱼种入塘后第5天,开始发现水霉病,第8天出现鱼种大量死亡现象。养殖户将10kg亚甲基蓝用水溶解后,全池泼洒,使池水终浓度为3g/m3,隔天用同剂量再用一次,4天后,该病治愈。
