Detailed Description
In order to implement the method of the present invention, a multimedia on demand server is provided in an LTE network, and the overall network architecture is shown in fig. 1.
The basic idea of the invention is: after logging in the multimedia on-demand server, the mobile terminal sends a request for inquiring the scheduling to the multimedia on-demand server, and the multimedia on-demand server returns a scheduling list; the mobile terminal selects the required multimedia file from the received scheduling list and stores the related information of the selected multimedia file; the mobile terminal downloads the multimedia files from the multimedia on-demand server and plays the multimedia files according to the schedule corresponding to the multimedia files.
It should be noted here that the method of the present invention is also applicable to other wireless networks based on IP data packets, the system of the present invention is customized for LTE, and the system is designed for the characteristics that the downlink rate is higher than the uplink rate and there is a certain network packet loss, etc., while other wireless networks have their respective characteristics, if the present solution is implemented on other wireless networks, the implementation strategies of some modules of the corresponding system are slightly different, so as to enhance the experience of the mobile terminal user.
The scheduling list is a multimedia file play sequence list preset by a multimedia on-demand server; wherein, the multimedia file is stored in the multimedia on demand server.
In the present invention, the multimedia file includes: picture files, and/or audio-video files, and/or streaming media files, etc.
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for implementing multimedia on demand based on LTE according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following implementation steps:
step 201: the mobile terminal logs in a multimedia on-demand server;
the method specifically comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal needs to log in before obtaining the service of the multimedia on-demand server, the mobile terminal can send information such as a self account number, a password and the like to the multimedia on-demand server, and the multimedia on-demand server returns a message of successful login after confirming the information.
Here, the user has registered online before logging in to the multimedia on demand server, such as: the mobile terminal is registered in the multimedia on demand server through the personal computer, and after the registration, the multimedia on demand server stores the information of the mobile terminal for identity authentication when the mobile terminal logs in.
Step 202: the mobile terminal sends a request for inquiring the scheduling to the multimedia on-demand server, and the multimedia on-demand server returns a scheduling list;
the method specifically comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal sends the request for inquiring the scheduling to the multimedia on demand server through the LTE network, and the multimedia on demand server returns the set scheduling list to the mobile terminal after receiving the request.
In the invention, in order to ensure the expandability of the communication protocol, the communication between the mobile terminal and the multimedia on demand server is completed by adopting an extensible markup language (XML), for example: the statement to get the schedule list can be expressed as: < Request > GetPlayList </Request >,
wherein the Request field is used for specifying a current communication purpose; the GetPlayList represents an acquisition scheduling list; if GetPlaomadieng is substituted for GetPlayList in the sentence, the meaning of the sentence can be expressed as obtaining text information such as news reports.
Here, the schedule list is preset and stored by the multimedia on demand server before the mobile terminal communicates with the multimedia on demand server, and the schedule list may include: types of multimedia files, such as: news, advertisements, emergency notifications, etc.; storing a folder name of a multimedia file; a link address of the multimedia file; the specific scheduling of playing multimedia files; wherein, a plurality of multimedia files with the same type are stored in the same folder.
The arrangement of the scheduling also adopts XML, and the specific statements are as follows:
<PlayList>
<PlayListId>001<></PlayListId>
<TimeBegin>1:00</TimeBegin>
<TimeEnd>2:00</TimeEnd>
<Mode>1</Mode>
<ListType>1</ListType>
<Area>a</Area>
wherein the PlayList is used to describe a play sequence condition within a one-hour time period; the playlist id is used to identify the currently playing record, i.e. to identify the currently playing multimedia file; the TimeBegin and the TimeEnd are used for describing the starting time and the ending time of the playing of the multimedia file; the Mode is used for describing the cutting condition when the display screen is played; the ListType represents a play type of the multimedia file, such as: 1 represents that the video is played in non-real time, and 2 represents that the video is played in real time; the Area represents the display Area of the multimedia file in the divided Area of the display screen, and other fields and the meanings thereof are not listed one by one here.
Step 203: the mobile terminal selects the required multimedia file from the received scheduling list and stores the related information of the selected multimedia file;
the method specifically comprises the following steps: after receiving the scheduling list sent by the multimedia on demand server, the mobile terminal selects an interested multimedia file, for example: the required multimedia file can be selected according to the type of the multimedia file, and after the mobile terminal executes the selection operation, the related information of the selected multimedia file is stored, for example: link addresses for storing multimedia files, a specific schedule for playing the multimedia files, and the like, for performing subsequent downloading and playing operations.
Step 204: the mobile terminal downloads the multimedia files from the multimedia on-demand server and plays the multimedia files according to the scheduling corresponding to the multimedia files;
here, since the multimedia files include picture files, audio/video files, and streaming media files, the acquisition manner and the storage manner are different for different multimedia files. The picture file and the audio and video file are played after being downloaded to the mobile terminal, and the streaming media file is downloaded and played in real time, specifically as follows:
for picture files and audio and video files, the mobile terminal downloads the required files from the multimedia on-demand server by using a file transfer protocol (Ftp)/hypertext transfer protocol (Http) according to the link addresses of the stored multimedia files, when downloading, the whole folder for storing the picture files and/or the audio and video files is downloaded to the mobile terminal, and after downloading is finished, the multimedia files are played according to the stored schedule corresponding to the multimedia files, for example: playing areas, playing time periods and the like of the multimedia files on the display screen of the mobile terminal;
for a streaming media file, the downloading operation is usually controlled by a streaming media player arranged in the mobile terminal, and the streaming media player downloads the streaming media file from a multimedia on-demand server in real time according to a link address of the streaming media file stored in the mobile terminal, and performs decoding playing while downloading, wherein a real-time transport protocol (RTP) commonly used in the prior art is adopted during downloading, and the streaming media file is played according to a set schedule.
Here, because the LTE network is complex, a problem that the connection between the mobile terminal and the multimedia on-demand server may fail may occur, at this time, the streaming media player may frequently attempt to reconnect to the multimedia on-demand server, and frequent reconnection may cause that the working thread of the streaming media player cannot be recovered, which greatly consumes thread resources, so that the working thread of the streaming media player needs to be recovered when the streaming media playing fails, and the streaming media player is allowed to reconnect to the multimedia on-demand server after the communication between the mobile terminal and the multimedia on-demand server is normal. The process of determining whether the communication between the mobile terminal and the multimedia on demand server is normal is prior art and will not be described in detail here.
In the invention, because the picture file and the audio and video file are played after being downloaded to the mobile terminal, and the multimedia on demand server may update the picture file and the audio and video file resources stored in the multimedia on demand server, the mobile terminal needs to compare the downloaded multimedia file with the multimedia file stored in the multimedia on demand server regularly and download the multimedia file to be updated, and the specific downloading and updating method comprises the following steps:
here, the updating operation is performed only when the mobile terminal detects that the media file in the multimedia on-demand server changes, the detection process is very short, and the data volume can be basically ignored relative to the data; for the process of downloading the multimedia file, the consumption is only network transmission and data storage, and compared with the multimedia on demand system, the consumption mainly comes from the decoding and graphic rendering of the multimedia file, so the updating process of the multimedia file does not affect the playing process at all.
The mobile terminal sends a request for inquiring the schedule to the multimedia on demand server periodically, for example, every 5s, the multimedia on demand server returns a schedule list, and the mobile terminal compares the multimedia files in the received schedule list with the multimedia files downloaded and stored by the mobile terminal, for example: twenty-five folders for storing picture files in the schedule list, the folders downloaded by the mobile terminal before are the first and the twelfth, namely: the mobile terminal only selects the first folder and the twelfth folder for playing before, at the moment, the mobile terminal needs to compare the contents in the updated first folder and the twelfth folder in the scheduling list with the contents in the originally downloaded first folder and twelfth folder, and when the contents are determined to be updated or newly added, the updated or newly added contents are downloaded again from the multimedia on-demand server and stored; the updating process of the audio and video files is the same as that of the picture files.
Furthermore, considering the unstable factors such as abnormal packet loss of the wireless network, which may cause the connection interruption between the mobile terminal and the multimedia on demand server at any time, the multimedia on demand server of the present invention monitors the running state of the mobile terminal in real time through the timed heartbeat report mode of the mobile terminal, and saves the session information of the mobile terminal in time when the mobile terminal is in abnormal conditions such as network disconnection, so that the mobile terminal does not need to log in again after being connected with the network again, the flow interaction between the mobile terminal and the multimedia on demand server is reduced, and the operation before network disconnection is continuously executed.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an LTE-based multimedia on demand system according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the system includes: the system comprises a mobile terminal and a multimedia on-demand server; wherein,
the mobile terminal is used for sending a request for inquiring the scheduling to the multimedia on-demand server after logging in the multimedia on-demand server, selecting a required multimedia file from the received scheduling list and storing the related information of the selected multimedia file; the multimedia on demand server is also used for downloading the multimedia files, analyzing and playing the downloaded multimedia files according to the schedule corresponding to the multimedia files;
the multimedia on-demand server is used for returning the scheduling list to the mobile terminal after receiving the request for inquiring the scheduling sent by the mobile terminal.
The multimedia on-demand server is further used for presetting a scheduling list corresponding to the multimedia file before the mobile terminal logs in the multimedia on-demand server;
specifically, a scheduling management module may be disposed in the multimedia on-demand server, and configured to perform scheduling setting on a picture file, an audio/video file, and a streaming media file stored in the multimedia on-demand server.
The multimedia file includes: picture files, and/or audio and video files, and/or streaming media files;
the mobile terminal is further used for regularly comparing the downloaded picture file and/or audio/video file with the picture file and/or audio/video file stored in the multimedia on-demand server and updating the downloaded picture file and/or audio/video file in time.
The multimedia on-demand server is further used for monitoring the running state of the mobile terminal in real time in a timed heartbeat reporting mode of the mobile terminal, and saving the session information of the mobile terminal in time when the mobile terminal is in an abnormal condition of network disconnection; here, a session cache module may be provided within the multimedia-on-demand server to implement the function,
correspondingly, the mobile terminal is further used for sending the heartbeat to the multimedia on demand server at regular time.
In the present invention, a plurality of interface modules for interacting with the mobile terminal may be arranged on the multimedia on demand server, for example: the login module is used for logging in the mobile terminal; a schedule query module for querying the schedule of the mobile terminal, and a schedule push module for sending the schedule list to the mobile terminal, etc., which are not limited herein.
The present invention also provides a mobile terminal based on a multimedia on demand system, as shown in fig. 4, including: the device comprises a scheduling query module, a download module and an analysis playing module; wherein,
the scheduling query module is used for sending a request for querying scheduling to the multimedia on-demand server after logging in the multimedia on-demand server, selecting a required multimedia file from the received scheduling list, and storing relevant information of the selected multimedia file;
the download module is used for downloading the multimedia files from the multimedia on demand server according to the related information of the multimedia files stored in the scheduling query module;
the analysis playing module is used for analyzing and playing the multimedia files downloaded by the downloading module according to the scheduling corresponding to the multimedia files stored in the scheduling query module.
The mobile terminal further comprises an updating module which is used for comparing the picture files and/or audio and video files downloaded in the downloading module with the picture files and/or audio and video files stored in the multimedia on-demand server periodically and updating the picture files and/or audio and video files downloaded in the downloading module in time.
The mobile terminal also comprises a heartbeat reporting module which is used for sending heartbeat to the multimedia on demand server at regular time.
The invention also provides a method for realizing multimedia on demand of the mobile terminal based on the LTE, which comprises the following steps:
the mobile terminal logs in the multimedia on-demand server, then sends a request for inquiring the schedule to the multimedia on-demand server, selects the required multimedia file from the schedule list sent by the multimedia on-demand server after receiving the schedule list, and stores the related information of the selected multimedia file; the mobile terminal downloads the multimedia file from the multimedia on-demand server according to the stored related information of the multimedia file; the mobile terminal analyzes the schedule corresponding to the multimedia file and plays the downloaded multimedia file according to the schedule.
