The invention provides a WLAN positioning method, a terminal and a WLAN access server, which are applied to the terminal, wherein the positioning method comprises the following steps: acquiring a position transmitting frame including access position information transmitted by a WLAN access server; the access location information is saved. The WLAN positioning method provided by the invention can realize the function of sending and acquiring the position information by the WLAN access server and the terminal in a protocol frame expanding mode under the condition of no network, thereby achieving the function of acquiring the position information directly by the WLAN access server, the WLAN access server can also receive the position information update from the terminal, a user can directly carry out quick positioning by the WLAN without networking by the method, and when the position information of the WLAN access server needs to be updated, the user can also quickly update the position information of the WLAN access server by the method.

Background
The current WLAN positioning is based on a network, and requires a terminal to download from the network or obtain specific location information corresponding to a MAC (media access control) address of a WLAN access server from a server through the network in real time, but if a user does not open the network or the network is unavailable, the user cannot perform positioning through the WLAN without connecting to the server required for WLAN positioning. That is, WLAN positioning cannot be used in the event that the network is unavailable.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal is a general client in the WLAN, and may be a computer equipped with a wireless network card, or may be a smart phone supporting the WLAN technology, and the terminal may be mobile or fixed, and is the most basic constituent unit of the WLAN. The terminal location information is location information of the client, and may change with the change of the terminal location.
The WLAN access server represents an access point, the access position information is the position information of the WLAN access server, and the mode for realizing WLAN positioning is that a terminal acquires an MAC (media access control) address and the access position information of the WLAN server, wherein the MAC address and the access position information are in one-to-one correspondence.
The present invention provides a WLAN positioning method, as shown in fig. 1, which is a working flow chart of a WLAN positioning method at a terminal side in an embodiment of the present invention, and the WLAN positioning method is applied to a terminal, and includes:
acquiring a position transmitting frame including access position information transmitted by a WLAN access server;
and storing the access position information.
By adopting the WLAN positioning method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the WLAN access server can directly send the access position information to the terminal, so that the terminal can acquire the access position information of the WLAN access server under the condition of no network, and the WLAN can be quickly positioned.
Specifically, those skilled in the art can understand that after receiving the position transmission frame, the terminal first needs to analyze the position transmission frame and then take out the access position information, and finally stores the access position information.

In the WLAN positioning methods of the two embodiments, the method further includes:
and sending a position request frame to the WLAN access server, wherein the position request frame comprises the terminal position information, so that the WLAN server updates the stored terminal position information according to the position request frame.
Through the above steps, the terminal can inject specific location information into the WLAN access server.
Therefore, the WLAN positioning method according to the embodiment of the present invention provides a communication mechanism between the WLAN access server and the terminal, so that the terminal can obtain the access location information of the WLAN access server, and the WLAN access server can update the location information through the terminal.

The subtype value 0110 of the management frame is used as the position request frame type of the terminal, the MAC address to be sent to the WLAN access server is filled in the destination address, the MAC address of the terminal is filled in the source address, and if all bits of the destination address are filled with 1, the request frame is a broadcast frame.

In the terminals in the two embodiments, the terminal may further include a second frame sending module, configured to send a location request frame, where the location request frame includes terminal location information, so that the WLAN access server updates the stored terminal location information according to the location request frame.
The terminal can inject specific location information into the WLAN access server using the second frame transmission module.
The invention also provides a WLAN positioning method, which is applied to the WLAN access server and comprises the following steps:

As shown in fig. 6, a flowchart of a work flow for updating terminal location information at a WLAN access server side is shown, in the WLAN positioning methods of the two embodiments, the methods may further include:
receiving a position request frame from a terminal, wherein the position request frame comprises terminal position information;
and saving the terminal position information.
Through the step, the WLAN access server obtains the specific position information of the terminal according to the position request frame sent by the terminal, so as to update and store the position information.
Specifically, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, after receiving the location request frame, the WLAN access server first parses the location request frame, extracts the terminal location information, stores and updates the terminal location information, and in this way, the WLAN access server can directly update the terminal location information without a network.
