本发明涉及一种船舶制造领域，具体涉及一种船上风雨密门用逃生型防海盗装置。
背景技术
现有船舶上的风雨密门上的锁是采用普通挂锁，当出现紧急情况，比如船上出现海盗时，风雨密门很容易被海盗从外面撬开，导致内部的物品被海盗掠走。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种船上风雨密门用逃生型防海盗装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为：一种船上风雨密门用逃生型防海盗装置，包括五角螺母、保护套筒、支承座、碟形螺母、五角螺母专用扳手和碟形螺母专用扳手，所述保护套筒固定安装在风雨密门的门扇上，保护套筒内设有五角螺母，所述支承座通过碟形螺母拧紧在风雨密门的门框上，所述保护套筒通过五角螺母与支承座拧紧在一起，所述五角螺母专用扳手与五角螺母相适配，所述碟形螺母专用扳手与碟形螺母相适配。
采用本发明防海盗装置，船员利用用五角螺母专用工具从门外面松开五角螺母，可以方便地打开该门；海盗没有五角螺母专用工具，无法松开五角螺母，因此无法打开该门，因而起到预防海盗的作用。船员从内部其他场所到达该门时，可以用手或借助碟形螺母专用工具松开碟形螺母将该门打开，起到在紧急情况下通过该门逃生的作用。
有益效果：本发明结构简单、操作方便，不仅能有效预防海盗，而且能方便船员的进出。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明：
如附图所示：一种船上风雨密门用逃生型防海盗装置，包括五角螺母1、保护套筒2、支承座3、碟形螺母4、五角螺母专用扳手5和碟形螺母专用扳手6，在房间外侧将保护套筒2焊接在门扇上，与门扇成一个整体，保护套筒2内设有五角螺母1，支承座3用房间内部的碟形螺母4通过螺纹连接(需要时可松开)拧紧门框上，(门框与钢围壁预先焊接在一起)，用五角螺母1将保护套筒2与支承座3通过螺纹连接(需要时可松开)拧紧在一起，这样门扇就从门外侧锁紧在门框(钢围壁)上。所述五角螺母专用扳手5与五角螺母1相适配，所述碟形螺母专用扳手6与碟形螺母4相适配，船员利用五角螺母专用扳手5松开五角螺母1，可以打开门扇，从而进入该门。如果没有五角螺母专用工具5，从外面就无法松开五角螺母1，因此无法打开门，起到预防海盗的作用。船员从内部其他场所到达该门时，可以用手或借助碟形螺母专用工具6松开碟形螺母4将该门打开，起到在紧急情况下通过该门逃生的作用。

1.一种船上风雨密门用逃生型防海盗装置，其特征在于：该装置包括五角螺母(1)、保护套筒(2)、支承座(3)、碟形螺母(4)、五角螺母专用扳手(5)和碟形螺母专用扳手(6)，所述保护套筒(2)固定安装在风雨密门的门扇上，保护套筒(2)内设有五角螺母(1)，所述支承座(3)通过碟形螺母(4)拧紧在风雨密门的门框上，所述保护套筒(2)通过五角螺母(1)与支承座(3)拧紧在一起，所述五角螺母专用扳手(5)与五角螺母(1)相适配，所述碟形螺母专用扳手(6)与碟形螺母(4)相适配。
