Abstract
本发明提供一种对准装置,其包括两端开口的容置槽体及设置在容置槽体上的夹持部。该容置槽体包括底板及平行相隔的两侧壁。该侧壁分别由底板相对两侧垂直向上延伸而成。该侧壁的中部沿垂直于底板的方向分别设置有一组相互对应的滑槽。在每一侧壁外侧邻近底板的位置处设置有与该侧壁上的滑槽相对应的固定柱。该夹持部包括至少两个压轮、至少四个轮轴及弹性元件。该压轮于垂直侧壁的方向放入容置槽体内,每一个压轮的两端分别对准侧壁上相互对应的滑槽。该轮轴穿过滑槽后分别连接在压轮的两端。该弹性元件连接在固定柱及对应的轮轴上通过弹力将压轮紧密贴合在底板上,以将分别从两端开口伸入容置槽体内的刀片固定在底板上并于同一水平面上相互对准。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种对准装置,特别涉及一种用于辅助对准镜片成型剪切机上的刀片的对准装置。
背景技术
现有的镜片成型剪切机通过带动上、下切刀沿相对方向的开合动作来剪切已成型好的塑料镜片。所述上、下切刀的刀刃在镜片成型剪切机闭合时必须相互对准且刚好接触,否则便会影响镜片的剪切质量或造成上、下切刀的损坏。现有的镜片成型机上通常是将上、下切刀装上镜片成型机后才调整上、下切刀的位置使其对准,然而此种调整一般需要作业员通过肉眼判断,其准确度较低,容易造成上、下切刀的损坏且会影响镜片剪切的质量。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种能精确对准上、下刀片的对准装置。
一种对准装置,其包括两端开口的容置槽体及设置在容置槽体上的夹持部。所述容置槽体包括底板及两个平行相隔的两侧壁。所述侧壁分别由底板相对两侧垂直向上延伸而成。所述侧壁的中部沿垂直于底板的方向分别设置有一组相互对应的滑槽。在所述每一侧壁的外侧邻近底板的位置处设置有与该侧壁的滑槽相对应的固定柱。所述夹持部包括至少两个压轮、至少四个轮轴及弹性元件。所述压轮于垂直侧壁的方向放入容置槽体内,每一个压轮的两端分别对准侧壁上相互对应的滑槽。所述轮轴穿过所述滑槽后分别连接在所述压轮的两端。所述弹性元件连接在固定柱及对应的轮轴上通过弹力将压轮紧密贴合在底板上,以将分别从两端开口伸入容置槽体内的刀片固定在底板上并于同一水平面上相互对准。
相对于现有技术,本发明所提供的对准装置通过在两端开口的容置槽体内设置相互平行的压轮以夹持分别由两端的开口伸入容置槽体内的刀片,从而可以在容置槽体内调整两个刀片的位置使其相互对准。所述对准装置不需要借用辅助的电路和检测设备,结构简单,成本低廉。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明实施方式所提供的对准装置1包括两端开口的容置槽体10及设置在容置槽体10上的夹持部12。
所述容置槽体10包括底板100及两个平行相隔的侧壁102。所述底板100为一矩形平板,其包括上表面100a、与所述上表面100a平行相对的下表面100b及相互平行的两个侧边100c。所述侧壁102分别由所述底板100的侧边100c向所述底板100的同一侧垂直延伸而成。所述侧壁102包括与所述底板100的上表面100a垂直相交的内侧面102a及与所述内侧面102a平行相对的外侧面102b。所述两个侧壁102上分别设置有一组相互对应的滑槽104。所述滑槽104沿垂直于底板100的方向形成在所述侧壁102的中部且贯穿所述侧壁102的内侧面102a及外侧面102b。所述每一侧壁102的外侧面102b上于邻近底板100的位置处设置有与所述侧壁102的滑槽104相对应的固定柱106。
所述夹持部12包括至少两个压轮120、轮轴122及弹性元件124。所述压轮120为一细长状圆柱体。所述压轮120沿其轴向的长度略小于两个侧壁102的内侧面102a之间的距离。所述轮轴122包括滚动部122a及定位部122b。所述滚动部122a为长条形圆柱体。所述滚动部122a的半径略小于所述滑槽104的宽度D。所述定位部122b由所述滚动部122a的一端延伸而成。所述定位部122b为圆柱体,其半径大于所述滑槽宽度D。所述弹性元件124可为弹性皮带或弹簧。在本实施方式中,所述弹性元件124优选为弹性皮带。
在进行组装时,将所述压轮120于垂直侧壁102的方向相互平行地放入所述容置槽体10内,且每一个压轮120的两端分别对准所述侧壁102上相互对应的滑槽104。所述轮轴122的滚动部122a与所述定位部122b相对的另一端穿过所述侧壁102上的滑槽104与所述压轮120的端部相互螺接以使得所述压轮120可沿所述侧壁102上的滑槽104滑动。所述滚动部122a与定位部122b相连的一端分别通过所述弹性元件124连接在对应的固定柱106上。所述压轮120在弹性元件124的弹力作用下紧密地贴合在所述底板100的上表面100a上。
请一并参阅图3,所述对准装置1用于辅助对准安装在镜头成型剪切机上的刀片2。所述刀片2包括刀刃20及安装槽22。在进行辅助对准时,先将两个刀片2的刀刃20分别由容置槽体10两端的开口处插入所述压轮120与底板100之间。因为所述压轮120通过弹性元件124将插入的刀片2紧密贴合在所述底板100的上表面100a上,所以所述两个刀片2于同一水平面上相互对准。其次,分别调整所述刀片2沿垂直于压轮120方向的位置,使得所述两个刀片2的刀刃20刚好相抵触以确保两个刀片2在相互闭合时可以完全地切断塑料镜片。将调整好位置的刀片2和对准装置1一起通过刀片2上的安装槽22固定安装在处于闭合状态的镜头成型剪切机上。最后,使闭合的镜头成型剪切机打开,同时拆下所述对准装置1。因为经过所述对准装置1对准后的两个刀片2处于闭合状态下相互对准的位置,所以将所述刀片2固定安装在闭合状态下的镜头成型剪切机上便可确保所述刀片2始终处于相互对准的位置。
可以理解的是,所述对准装置1的两个侧壁102的内侧面102a之间的距离等于所述刀片2沿垂直侧壁102方向上的宽度,以使得刀片2插入所述容置槽体10内时刀片2的两侧分别紧贴所述侧壁102的内侧面102a,防止在调整刀片2位置的过程中刀片2沿垂直侧壁102的方向移动而导致对位不准。
本发明所提供的对准装置通过在两端开口的容置槽体内设置相互平行的压轮以夹持分别由两端的开口伸入容置槽体内的刀片,从而可以在容置槽体内调整两个刀片的位置使其相互对准。所述对准装置不需要借用辅助的电路和检测设备,结构简单,成本低廉。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种对准装置,其包括两端开口的容置槽体及设置在容置槽体上的夹持部,所述容置槽体包括底板及两个平行相隔的两侧壁,所述侧壁分别由所述底板相对的两侧垂直向上延伸而成,所述侧壁的中部沿垂直于底板的方向分别设置有一组相互对应的滑槽,在所述每一侧壁的外侧邻近底板的位置处设置有与所述侧壁的滑槽相对应的固定柱,所述夹持部包括至少两个压轮、至少四个轮轴及弹性元件,所述压轮于垂直侧壁的方向放入容置槽体内,每一个压轮的两端分别对准侧壁上相互对应的滑槽,所述轮轴穿过所述滑槽后分别连接在所述压轮的两端,所述弹性元件连接在固定柱及对应的轮轴上通过弹力将压轮紧密贴合在底板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的对准装置,其特征在于:所述底板还包括上表面及与所述上表面平行相对的下表面,所述侧壁包括与所述底板的上表面垂直相交的内侧面及与所述内侧面平行相对的外侧面,所述侧壁包括与所述底板的上表面垂直相交的内侧面及与所述内侧面平行相对的外侧面,所述固定柱设置于所述侧壁的外侧面邻近底板的一侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的对准装置,其特征在于:所述压轮沿其轴向的长度小于两个侧壁的内侧面之间的距离。
4.如权利要求2所述的对准装置,其特征在于:所述轮轴包括滚动部及定位部,所述滚动部为长条形圆柱体,所述滚动部的半径小于所述滑槽沿平行于底板的侧边方向上的宽度,所述定位部由所述滚动部的一端延伸而成,所述定位部为圆柱体,所述定位部的半径大于所述滑槽沿平行于所述底板的侧边方向上的宽度,所述滚动部与定位部相对的另一端穿过所述侧壁上的滑槽与所述压轮的端部相连。
5.如权利要求1所述的对准装置,其特征在于:所述弹性元件为弹性皮带或弹簧。
6.如权利要求1所述的对准装置,其特征在于:所述对准装置用于辅助对准刀片,所述对准装置的两个侧壁的内侧面之间的距离等于所述刀片沿垂直侧壁方向上的宽度。
