技术领域
本发明涉及管件成型模具技术领域,具体为可调节的夹方模具。                    
背景技术
一般将圆形管件加工成方形管件是通过四个方向的模块同时挤压管件而得到,由于受到管件壁厚以及管件材质软硬度的影响,在加工过程中往往会出现尺寸超差现象,影响加工精度,一般在加工生产过程中,往往需要根据管件材料需要配置相应的模具,且模具模块大,模具成本高;另外,四个模块在合模时定位不准确也会影响加工精度。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了可调节的夹方模具,其结构简单,定位准确,且成本低。
其技术方案是这样的,其包括底座和模块,所述模块设置有四个,所述四个模块安装于所述底座上,其特征在于:所述四个模块内均设置有筋板,所述四个模块通过外部锁紧圈合模固定。
其进一步特征在于:所述四个模块的成型面侧开有竖向凹槽;所述筋板安装于所述竖向凹槽内;所述模块开有轴向螺孔和侧向螺孔;所述轴向螺孔、侧向螺孔均与所述竖向凹槽相联通;所述筋板通过所述轴向螺孔内的螺栓调节在所述竖向凹槽内的水平位置;所述筋板通过所述侧向螺孔内的螺栓定位;所述外部锁紧圈扣装于所述四个模块外周面;所述四个模块的外周面均为锥面;所述锁紧圈的内周面与所述四个模块的锥面配合;所述底座的四个角端均设置有限位块;所述四个模块嵌装于所述四个限位块形成的限位槽内,所述四个模块可以在所述限位槽内滑动。
本发明的可调节夹方模,其模块内的筋板可以根据需要进行轴向的调节,从而满足由于管件壁厚或是管件材质软硬度需要调整模块的要求,从而减少模具配置,降低模具成本;所述四个模块通过与外部锁紧圈内周面的锥面配合进行合模,能够保证合模时的准确定位。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2、图3和图4,本发明包括底座1和模块2,模块2设置有四个,四个模块2安装于底座1上,四个模块2内均设置有筋板3,四个模块2通过外部锁紧圈4合模固定。四个模块2的成型面侧开有竖向凹槽5;筋板3安装于竖向凹槽5内;模块2开有轴向螺孔6和侧向螺孔7;轴向螺孔6、侧向螺孔7均与竖向凹槽5相联通;筋板3通过轴向螺孔6内的螺栓调节在竖向凹槽5内的水平位置;筋板3通过侧向螺孔7内的螺栓定位;外部锁紧圈4扣装于四个模块2外周面;四个模块2的外周面均为锥面;外部锁紧圈4的内周面与四个模块2的外周面锥面配合;底座1的四个角端均设置有限位块8;四个模块2嵌装于四个限位块8形成的限位槽9内,四个模块2可以在限位槽9内滑动。外部锁紧圈4下落时,其内周面与锁紧四个模块2外周面锥面配合,四个模块2同时沿着限位槽9向内移动合模,同时对管件挤压成型。

1.可调节的夹方模具,其包括底座和模块,所述模块设置有四个,所述四个模块安装于所述底座上,其特征在于:所述四个模块内均设置有筋板,所述四个模块通过外部锁紧圈合模固定;所述四个模块的成型面侧开有竖向凹槽;所述筋板安装于所述竖向凹槽内;所述模块开有轴向螺孔和侧向螺孔;所述轴向螺孔、侧向螺孔均与所述竖向凹槽相联通;所述筋板通过所述轴向螺孔内的螺栓调节在所述竖向凹槽内的水平位置;所述筋板通过所述侧向螺孔内的螺栓定位;所述底座的四个角端均设置有限位块;所述四个模块嵌装于所述四个限位块形成的限位槽内,所述四个模块可以在所述限位槽内滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述可调节的夹方模具,其特征在于:所述外部锁紧圈扣装于所述四个模块外周面。
3.根据权利要求2所述可调节的夹方模具,其特征在于:所述四个模块的外周面均为锥面。
4.根据权利要求3所述可调节的夹方模具,其特征在于:所述锁紧圈的内周面与所述四个模块的锥面配合。
