本发明属于夹具,具体涉及一种加工低地板前轴侧销孔的夹具。
技术背景
目前,加工低地板前轴侧销孔通常采用通用机床进行加工,先在前轴上划线,确定好前轴两端销孔的位置,再将前轴置于机床上进行加工,但是加工时经常出现刀具跑偏的现象。现有技术中在加工低地板前轴侧销孔时多采用填充切削材料的方法,来解决侧销孔加工时刀具跑偏的问题,但此种方法带来了材料的浪费,增加加工成本,且加工的产品质量不宜保证。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种低地板前轴侧销孔加工的夹具,该夹具加工前轴侧销孔时刀具不跑偏,能降低企业的加工成本,提高工作效率,加工的产品质量高。
本发明的技术方案是:一种加工低地板前轴侧销孔的夹具,它包括夹具体,上模板,下模板,心轴,钻套,导套,压紧螺母和前轴,夹具体上设置有上模板、下模板、心轴,钻套设置在上模板上,导套设置在下模板上,前轴设置在心轴上,心轴上设置有压紧螺母。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、成本低,由于采用了导向装置,取代了原技术中的填充切削材料,从而消除了此部分的材料消耗,降低了企业加工成本。
2、效率高,由于取消了填充切削材料这一工步,缩短了加工节拍,达到了提高工作效率的目的。
3、质量优,现有技术中的填充切削材料与母材存在切削性能上的差异,导致侧销孔位置度经常出现偏差,产品质量不稳定。本发明采用了上下同时导向的工艺方法,解决了以上问题,保证了产品质量,且质量稳定。
