Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种床的定位机构,包括布置成彼此间隔开的至少两个高度可调提升器,高度可调提升器一侧安装在底架框架上,另一侧连接到患者表面框架。
背景技术
在躺卧患者的护理中,如果病床在除了其它位置还能使床的患者表面能够侧倾则是有利的。出于治疗目的,需要最小±30°的侧倾。但是,在这种倾度,有患者表面的各个部分与底架碰撞的问题。为了防止碰撞,通常必须将床水平提升并仅在此时才可侧向倾斜。因此,已知的倾斜机构通常在水平位置升高到患者表面的最低可能位置。由于这些原因,所使用的电子设备相对复杂,且必须感测患者表面的绝对高度位置且必须评估碰撞状态。
迄今为止,主要使用具有两个或四个提升器的线性伸缩系统进行使病床倾斜和定位的患者表面的高度调节。使用两个以上可伸缩拉伸提升器来控制患者表面的高度和其进一步的定位会带来在某些位置机构可能碰撞的问题。
该设计的另一缺点是结构复杂性和产生的现有使床倾斜和定位的高投资需求。
已知技术方案的另一缺点是设置侧倾和头高脚低位置和头低脚高位置的组合,即使患者表面围绕横向轴线倾斜是有问题的。
因此,本发明的目标是设计这样一种床的定位机构,使上述缺点最少。
发明内容
上述目标用一种床的定位机构来实现,该床的定位机构包括彼此距离间隔开布置的两个高度可调提升器,提升器一侧安装在底架框架上,且另一侧连接到患者表面框架,根据本发明,其原理在于第一提升器布置成其轴线与患者表面框架的纵向轴线相交,且第一提升器围绕患者表面框架表面的纵向轴线摆动地并沿患者表面框架的纵向轴线方向滑动地连接到患者表面框架。第二提升器和第三提升器与横向于患者表面框架的纵向轴线定向的臂互连,且该臂摆动地连接到患者表面框架。该臂围绕平行于患者表面框架的纵向轴线的轴线摆动地且横向于患者表面框架滑动地在一端连接到第二提升器。该臂在另一端围绕平行于患者表面框架的纵向轴线的轴线摆动地连接到第三提升器。
床的定位机构的这种设计减小了载荷的水平分量在提升器上的应力,使机构的安装高度最低,使患者表面框架已经能够从提升器的底部位置倾斜,因为没有患者表面框架与底架框架碰撞的危险。
在有利实施例中,第一提升器其顶端承载有至少一个水平第一引导件,第一滑动件滑动地安装在第一引导件内。第一滑动件摆动地连接到轭,且轭摆动地连接到患者表面框架。第二提升器在其顶端承载有至少一个第二引导件,在第二引导件内滑动地安装有至少一个第二滑动件,而滑动件用销摆动地连接到臂的一端,且第三提升器用销连接到臂的相反端。
根据一较佳实施例,布置在臂的相反端处销的轴线之间的距离大于第二和第三提升器的纵向轴线之间的距离。该设计减小了在患者表面侧向加载期间对提升器的垂直加载力,尤其是在侧倾情况下。
为了便于运动控制,在底架框架和患者表面框架下布置有带相对凸轮的位置传感器。用这种简单的端部传感器进行零位置和最大倾斜的控制代替每个提升器的复杂位置测量。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出根据本发明的床的定位机构的示例实施例,包括三个高度可调节提升器1、2、3,各提升器在一侧安装在底架框架4上并在另一侧连接到床的患者表面的框架5。
提升器1、2、3可使用在此未示出的电动机调节高度。
提升器1、2、3可具有本领域已知的任何设计。例如,可提到实用新型第CZ6654号中描述的伸缩提升器。
第一提升器1垂直地在底架框架4上布置成第一提升器1的轴线与患者表面框架5的纵向轴线6相交。第一提升器1在其顶端承载有两个水平第一引导件7,两个第一滑动件8滑动地安装在两根第一引导件7内。两个第一滑动件8使用销摆动地连接到轭9的相对臂,轭9连接到患者表面的框架5,使得其可围绕患者表面框架5的纵向轴线6摆动。
第二提升器2和第三提升器3与横向于患者表面框架5的纵向轴线6定向的臂10互连。
第二提升器2在其顶端承载有两个第二引导件12,在两个第二引导件12内滑动地安装有两个第二滑动件11,而滑动件11摆动地连接到臂10的一端,且第三提升器3用销连接到臂10的相反端。
臂10在中部用板13和销14连接到患者表面框架5,同时轴14横向于患者表面框架5的纵向轴线6定向。
臂10连接到第二和第三提升器2、3的顶端,使得布置在臂10的相反端处的销17的轴线之间的距离B大于第二和第三提升器2、3的纵向轴线之间的距离A。通常不能增加提升器的轴向距离A,因为在患者表面框架5侧倾期间,会发生与底部框架4的碰撞。销17的轴线之间的距离B越靠近患者表面框架5的宽度,则侧倾期间患者表面框架5与底架框架4碰撞的危险越小。
在患者表面框架5上安装有四个位置传感器15,抵靠这些位置传感器安装有凸轮16。位置传感器15是常用的端部传感器。
根据各个提升器1、2、3的相互延伸和收缩,患者表面的框架5可升高、降低以及围绕横向轴线和围绕纵向轴线6倾斜。
为了实现患者表面框架5围绕纵向轴线6的横向倾斜,使第二提升器2和第三提升器3反向运动。
在患者表面框架5开始横向倾斜时,凸轮16和传感器15的相互位置发生变化(见图3)。在第一阶段,两个中间位置传感器15指示患者表面框架5已经横向倾斜并倾斜到哪一侧。通过两个端部位置传感器15发出信号表示患者表面框架5实现到一侧或另一侧的最大倾斜。
通过滑动件8、11在引导件7、12内的运动,在患者表面框架5倾斜期间造成提升器1、2、3的弯曲应力的不合要求的力最小。
根据本发明的定位机构主要是用于病床。
Claims (3)
1.一种床的定位机构,包括布置成彼此距离间隔开的至少两个高度可调提升器(1、2、3),所述提升器在一侧安装到底架框架(4)上并在另一侧连接到患者表面框架(5),第一提升器(1)布置成所述第一提升器的轴线与所述患者表面框架(5)的纵向轴线(6)相交,且所述第一提升器(1)围绕所述患者表面框架(5)的所述纵向轴线(6)摆动地并沿所述患者表面框架(5)的所述纵向轴线(6)的方向滑动地连接到所述患者表面框架(5),而第二提升器(2)和第三提升器(3)与臂(10)互连,所述臂(10)横向于所述患者表面框架(5)的所述纵向轴线(6)定向并摆动地连接到所述患者表面框架(5),而所述臂(10)在一端围绕与所述患者表面框架(5)的所述纵向轴线(6)相平行的轴线摆动地并横向于所述患者表面框架(5)滑动地连接到所述第二提升器(2),且所述臂(10)在另一端围绕与所述患者表面框架(5)的所述纵向轴线(6)相平行的轴线摆动地连接到所述第三提升器(3),其特征在于,所述第一提升器(1)在其顶部承载有至少一个水平第一引导件(7),在所述第一引导件(7)内滑动地安装有第一滑动件(8),且所述第一滑动件(8)摆动地连接到轭(9),而所述轭(9)摆动地连接到所述患者表面框架(5),而所述第二提升器(2)在其顶端承载有至少一个水平第二引导件(12),在所述第二引导件(12)内滑动地安装有至少一个第二滑动件(11),所述第二滑动件(11)用销(17)连接到所述臂(10)的一端,而所述第三提升器(3)用销(17)连接到所述臂(10)的相反端。
2.如权利要求1所述的床的定位机构,其特征在于,布置在所述臂(10)的相反两端处的所述销(17)的轴线之间的距离(B)大于所述第二和第三提升器(2、3)的纵向轴线之间的距离(A)。
3.如权利要求1至2中任一项所述的床的定位机构,其特征在于,所述底架框架(4)与患者表面框架(5)之间布置有带相对凸轮(16)的位置传感器(15)。
