本发明新增加的技术是在起立床的基础上增加上半身后仰功能,患者的上半身被后仰的床板托起,使患者的大部分重量落在后仰的床板上,减轻患者双腿的支撑力量,从而使患者感觉更安全和舒适。具有后仰功能的起立床包括1站立床底座、2直线电机1、3床板支架、4上半身床体、5减重固定架、6减重绑带、7脚板、8脚板绑带、9直线电机2。上半身床体(4)能过活动轴承安装在床板支架(3)上,直线电机2通过活动轴承链接在上半身床体(4)和床板支架(3)之间,这样当直线电机2(9)做伸缩运动时,上半身床体(4)便能绕着床板支架(3)旋转运动,这样便可以通过控制直线电机2(9)的伸缩来实现后仰角度。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种站立训练功能的起立床,本发明属于康复医疗器械领域。
背景技术
目前下肢伤残患者护理和康复训练中普遍采用起立床,起立床已经是一种很常见的医疗设备了,比如偏瘫、脑中风患者的站立训练,还有一些长期卧床的不能站立的患者使用站立床也能有效的预防卧床综合征,如肌肉萎缩、钙流失、低血压、关节挛缩等等。
目前的起立床床面都是直板的,患者在站立起来时都会有点恐惧的感觉,精神高度紧张,还有就是患者在做站立训练时,身体容易摇摆从而影响治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明新增加的技术是在起立床的基础上增加上半身后仰功能,患者的上半身被后仰的床板托起,使患者的大部分重量落在后仰的床板上,减轻患者双腿的支撑力量,从而使患者感觉更安全和舒适。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案。具有后仰功能的起立床包括1站立床底座、2直线电机1、3床板支架、4上半身床体、5减重固定架、6减重绑带、7脚板、8脚板绑带、9直线电机2。
上半身床体(4)能过活动轴承安装在床板支架(3)上,直线电机2通过活动轴承链接在上半身床体(4)和床板支架(3)之间,这样当直线电机2(9)做伸缩运动时,上半身床体(4)便能绕着床板支架(3)旋转运动,这样便可以通过控制直线电机2(9)的伸缩来实现后仰角度。

为了实现上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案。具有后仰功能的起立包括1站立床底座、2直线电机1、3床板支架、4上半身床体、5减重固定架、6减重绑带、7脚板、8脚板绑带、9直线电机2。
床板支架(3)通过活动轴承铰接安装在站立床底座(1)上,直线电机(2)通过活动轴承铰接安装在床板支架(3)和站立床底座(1)之间,这样便可以通过直线电机(2)的伸缩来控制站立的角度。
床体(4)安装在床板支架(3)上,减重固定架(5)安装在床体(4)底下,减重绑带(6)挂在减重固定架(5)上用于固定患者身体和达到把患者悬挂在床体(4)上。
脚板(7)安装在床板支架(3)上,脚板绑带(8)安装在脚板(7)上用来固定患者的脚背。
上半身床体(4)能过活动轴承安装在床板支架(3)上,直线电机2(9)通过活动轴承链接在上半身床体(4)和床板支架(3)之间,这样当直线电机2(9)做伸缩运动时,上半身床体(4)便能绕着床板支架(3)旋转运动,这样便可以通过控制直线电机2(9)的伸缩来实现后仰角度。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有后仰功能的起立包括1站立床底座、2直线电机1、3床板支架、4上半身床体、5减重固定架、6减重绑带、7脚板、8脚板绑带、9直线电机2。其特征在于:通过直线电机(2)的伸缩来控制站立的角度,通过控制直线电机2(9)的伸缩来实现后仰角度。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种具有后仰功能的起立,其特征在于:床板支架(3)通过活动轴承铰接安装在站立床底座(1)上,直线电机(2)通过活动轴承铰接安装在床板支架(3)和站立床底座(1)之间,这样便可以通过直线电机(2)的伸缩来控制站立的角度。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种具有后仰功能的起立,其特征在于:上半身床体(4)能过活动轴承安装在床板支架(3)上,直线电机2(9)通过活动轴承链接在上半身床体(4)和床板支架(3)之间,这样当直线电机2(9)做伸缩运动时,上半身床体(4)便能绕着床板支架(3)旋转运动,这样便可以通过控制直线电机2(9)的伸缩来实现后仰角度。
