Abstract
一种印刷电路板,包括一接地层,以及一信号层,所述信号层设置有一电镀开关以及两设置在所述电镀开关两侧的接地铜箔,所述两接地铜箔的一端分别邻近于所述开关元件的引脚,所述电镀开关包括一电镀按钮及设置于所述电镀按钮下方的一开关元件,所述电镀按钮与所述开关元件接触的内表面涂有阻镀漆。所述阻镀漆阻隔了静电电弧直接向所述电镀按钮下方的开关元件放电,而将静电转向所述开关元件两侧的接地铜箔进行放电,从而保护所述开关元件。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷电路板,特别涉及一种适用于一便携式电子装置的印刷电路板。
背景技术
静电放电(Electro-Static discharge,ESD)会对集成电路中的半导体元件产生严重的破坏,使其无法工作,这是因为ESD会在极短的时间内产生大量电流,该电流通常超过半导体元件所能负荷的范围,而对整个系统造成损坏。
在便携式电子产品的印刷电路板上,通常设置有电镀开关,为了防止ESD通过电镀开关上的电镀按钮对电镀按钮下方的开关元件造成损害,通常会在印刷电路板上通过表面粘贴技术(Surface Mounted Technology,SMT)加上静电保护元件,例如一变阻器或一二极管,当电镀开关受到ESD干扰时,ESD产生的电流会通过静电保护元件传输到印刷电路板上的接地层,而不会使ESD的电流进入开关元件,从而保护开关元件。
然而,采用上述方式必须在容易受到静电干扰的电镀开关的每一脚位安装一个静电保护元件,对于有多个电镀开关设计的便携式电子装置如笔记本电脑就必需安装更多的静电保护元件,因此设计成本相对比较高。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供成本较低的且可防止静电放电的印刷电路板。
一种印刷电路板,包括:
一接地层,以及
一信号层,所述信号层上设置有:
一电镀开关,所述电镀开关包括一电镀按钮及设置于所述电镀按钮下方的一开关元件,所述电镀按钮与所述开关元件接触的内表面涂有阻镀漆;以及
两条设置在所述电镀开关两侧的接地铜箔,每条接地铜箔的一端邻近所述开关元件设置。
本发明印刷电路板通过在所述电镀开关的两侧设置所述接地铜箔,使得所述电镀开关的电镀按钮外表面携带的静电能够通过两侧的接地铜箔进行放电,避免了所述电镀按钮外侧携带的静电对电镀开关的开关元件产生干扰保护开关元件及印刷电路板。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
请参考图1,本发明印刷电路板100的较佳实施方式应用于一便携式电子装置,如一笔记本电脑或一手机等。所述印刷电路板100包括一信号层101以及一接地层102。所述信号层101上设置一电镀开关10及两条接地铜箔20。所述电镀开关10包括一电镀按钮11及一开关元件12。所述两条接地铜箔20分别设置在所述开关元件12的两侧,每条接地铜箔20的一端临近所述电镀开关10设置,另一端通过一过孔21与所述印刷电路板100的接地层102相连。所述两接地铜箔20的宽度至少为1mm,长度至少为10mm。
所述电镀按钮11与所述开关元件12相接触的内表面涂有一层阻镀漆110,所述阻镀漆110为绝缘材料。当使用所述电镀开关10时,所述电镀按钮11的外表面因与人体接触而带有静电,所述阻镀漆110阻隔了静电电弧直接向所述电镀按钮11下方的开关元件12放电,转而将所述电镀按钮11外侧的静电转向所述开关元件12两侧的两条接地铜箔20进行放电,从而避免静电电流对所述开关元件12产生干扰,导致所述开关元件12发生误操作或损坏,进而造成所述印刷电路板100上的其他元件发生损坏的问题。
本发明印刷电路板100通过在所述电镀开关10的两侧设置所述接地铜箔20,并在所述电镀按钮11与所述开关元件12相接触的内表面涂上所述阻镀漆110,避免了所述电镀按钮11外表面携带的静电直接对所述开关元件12进行放电,转而将静电通过两侧的接地铜箔20进行放电,以保护所述开关元件12以及整个印刷电路板100。
Claims (3)
1.一种印刷电路板,包括:
一接地层,以及
一信号层,所述信号层上设置有:
一电镀开关,所述电镀开关包括一电镀按钮及设置于所述电镀按钮下方的一开关元件,所述电镀按钮与所述开关元件接触的内表面涂有阻镀漆;以及
两条设置在所述电镀开关两侧的接地铜箔,每条接地铜箔的一端邻近所述开关元件设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于:每一接地铜箔的宽度至少为1mm,长度至少为10mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于:每条接地铜箔的另一端均通过一过孔与所述印刷电路板的接地层相连。
